First and foremost… I would like to say that my boyfriend and I only went to this company because of all of the good reviews, they seemed like honest people to do business with. We took his 2012 Malibu to this company (the check engine light kept coming on) & after dealing with these whole in the wall companys, we wanted to know what the REAL issue was. We were told that it would be $90 to diagnose his car, cool. We left the car there, with an explanation of what had been happening. We got a call the next day saying that his fuel injector 4 wasnt plugged in, they fixed it, it would be $90 for the diagnosis... The owner recommended that he get new tires and rotors because they were HORRIBLE... Of course we thought these people knew what they were doing & our problem was REALLY fixed this time (because no one really had anything negative to say online). The diagnosis was $90, plus $325 for the brakes and rotors (parts and labor)… Spent a total of $430 after taxes... The next morning the check engine light came back on again, we pulled back up to the garage... The owner, Bob, comes back out with the machine hooks it to the car, and says its reading a misfire with fuel injector #3, it wasnt reading that before.... THAT WAS A BOLD FACE LIE, THATS THE SAME THING ITS BEEN SAYING FOR MONTHS, THATS TRHE REASON WE BROUGHT THE CAR HERE. THEY DIDNT EVER REALLY DO A DIAGNOSIS FROM WHEN WE FIRST DROPPED THE CAR OFF... THEY LOOKED UNDER THE HOOD, HOOKED IN FUEL INJECTOR NUMBER 4 (ASSUMED THAT WAS IT), RESET THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT (without EVER HOOKING IT UP) ... Fast forward, we left the car again (overnight again)… He said he would have his guy look at it again. Got a call the next morning... All in all he said it would need a Valve Replacement Job which runs about $2500 (but he couldnt GUARANTEE thatd 100% fix the issue)… So he recommended to replace the engine... Used would be about $4000 and a new one would be $5500... And I get it... Thats bad news that no one would want to hear, and money that very few people just have on hand. But however, being screwed is being screwed. Had they done their job the first time around, we wouldnt have invested $430.00 for brakes, rotors, and a diagnosis(that wasnt really done) on a car that needs a new engine. If they would have simply done their job, we could have paid $90.00 for the diagnosis and went on about our day to decide what to do and weigh out all our options. This isnt fair, not right, and A very dishonest to do business. Beyond Disappointed with this company. --Not to mention, Bob, the owner, didnt even have the decency (or time I guess) to explain in detail what a valve replacement job consisted of, we had to call another mechanic just to get a break down of what work is involved with that (which yea, it makes more sense to just get a new engine). If I could give 0 or a negative Star Experience I would, because thats exactly what it was.

I went in to get an inspection and their prices for oil change and alignment services were very reasonable. I work hard for my money so I make sure if somebody is going to do work on my vehicle that they are trustworthy. They could have sold me tire rotation service but they also suggested I get new tires and recommended a place that does the tire rotation for free. Thats good business in my book. I will be coming back to B&B Automotive.

These people are VERY dishonest people... I wouldnt recommend doing business with them AT ALL. Theyll charge you $90 to diagnose your car... They fix your car... then theyll clear the check engine light, recommend maintenance work that needs to be done with your tires, brakes etc.... Youll end up spending a steep price for such maintenance work that they recommended... Youll have to take your car right back to them when the check engine light comes back on again (more than likely that same day or next morning) … just to be told something completely opposite of what you were told during the first diagnosis... Then... Youll be stuck looking stupid having paid money for maintenance work when there is something major wrong with your car. Dont expect an apology for the inconvenience or misinformation either.

Very trustworthy, dependable and fair pricing. They are very knowledgeable. I will always take my car to B&B. Bob explains everything so well. Basically, everytime i take my car here, i feel I am not being ripped off.

Bob was knowledgeable and straightforward. The work cost exactly what he quoted me, and was done a day early. The mechanics I spoke to were friendly and respectful. No one called me sweetie or hun and every question I had got answered honestly. I’ll definitely be back.

Walked in close to closing, Needing an oil change. Bob said no problem and got it done right away. He was very pleasant. Did exactly what I needed and quickly. Didnt try to sell me a bunch of extra services. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Was looking to have a new evaporator core installed into my 2003 Toyota Highlander, they (B & B) quoted me a price ($749) way better than the $2500 price I got from the Toyota dealership, and honored that price when the work was finished. Jerry was of GREAT help and a friendly guy. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

This has always been a very knowledgeable and certious mechanic shop for my auto repair needs.

They were incredibly fast, very friendly, and very reasonably priced. The building is old and kind of hard to see from the road, but I didnt feel unsafe or like it was shady as other reviewers have commented.
