This is the best and affordable auto shop in the area. I got all my coworkers going here. I got a quick paint job, and they did a phenomenal job. Mr Rosales their manager is awesome. The best Body Shop in NOVA !!!!!Ive been taking my vehicles here since 2016 when I first moved to Virginia. I got into an accident they took care of me. Recently I was supposed to go on a Trip to Maine and got into an accident t week of my trip . My insurance told me that in network body shop would get me in 4-5 days. Adrian took care of me and assured me that Id be on my way to Maine before the weekend was over. Take your car here for everything they are the best. Tell them Keanu sent you. Great experience with C&G Auto. Had to get rotor/axel replaced and Tam did a great job with the work. Even stayed late on Saturday after they closed to complete the repairs and ensure the truck was ready to go. Had to have my bumper replaced and a bit of other body work in a relatively short time and they did a great job. Great professional service, competitive price compared with others in the area, cut me a bit of a discount when there was one other bit of work they found it needed (and it did, nothing sneaky about it), and the work was fantastic. Came in just looking for a generic check on my care to see if any maintenance was needed. Normally a shop would charge for this service, but they were happy to do it free of charge, for which I was extremely impressed. Reading other reviews, this place seems like a real honest business and I will be happy to take my car here when it needs servicing in the future. Hard to find a good mechanic that tells the truth nowadays.

Great experience! I noticed one of my tires was low on air so I took it to C&G specialty since it was only 5 min from where I was. Turned out I had a nail in it so I had to replace the tire instead of plugging it. The staff there quickly resolved my problem and had a new tire for me the very next day! Adrian and Keiri were really helpful and made my experience here great. 10/10 would definitely recommend if you need any type of service done to your car!

I went to have get diagnostic on my car after my check engine light came on and could not fix the code myself. They quickly figured out that the problem was probably a common one for my car that had special coverage from Chevy. It meant I could have Chevy fix it for free. I was really impressed and grateful that they would find all this information and tell me rather than just fix it and take my money. This seems like a trustworthy business, and I plan to go back to them for further service.

BEWARE! I chose this shop due to good ratings but they completely botched the repair of my vehicle and caused an additional $1400 worth of damage that had to be repaired by another shop that my insurance almost didnt cover. While they had my car, they popped two of my tires and didnt tell me - plugging them both, hoping I wouldnt notice. Except they started leaking air - and I had to take them to the dealership to find out they had been plugged. The paint job was terrible - didnt match the rest of the car. They were never able to fix the excessive wind noise from the replaced door. And all of the times I had to bring my car back meant all of my insurance rental was used up - so I had to pay over $500 out of pocket when I took it to a real shop to get my car properly fixed. I have no idea how this shop ranks 4.9, but it was the worst mistake of my life to take my car here. DO NOT LET THEM BOTCH YOUR CAR REPAIR!

I chose C&G after a pretty nasty crash which crumpled the whole front left of my Toyota Prius. I chose them for their very high ratings, and after going through the repair process with them, I can say that those high reviews are very much warranted.They were quick to give me a free estimate, and then quick to order the array of parts needed to make the repairs. My car required a lot of body work, but also some mechanical and electrical work. When I had some doubts about the brake system, the manager drove around with me and tested them for himself.C&G has an incredible personal touch, and this put me quite at ease. The staff was honest and direct about what needed to be done, and they always met their estimated repair times. I worked most with Omar, who was the technician who did most of the mechanical and electrical repairs. To make sure it was safe to drive, he took it through some extensive test drives and alignment procedures.All in all, C&G has my highest praise. Thanks guys! I recently moved to Arlington and during the drive to relocate, my air conditioner stopped working (long drive on a hot day with the AC running too long). Omar gave a detailed explanation of potential problems, so I could make a decision on how to proceed. My ACs compressor and hoses were completely damaged. Omar gave me an initial estimate for the parts that was much higher than I wanted, but he offered several ways he could reduce the price of labor. When I picked up my car, he showed me the compressor, so I can see the extent of damage myself. He also got me a good deal on a set of new tires. C&G is an honest business and does excellent work at fair prices. The waiting area is very clean and has snacks and drinks available. Their communication and customer service are excellent. I highly recommend C&G and definitely plan to return next time I have car issues!

I had a lot of hidden interconnected damage done to my vehicle. They were super friendly and transparent. The one time they forgot to call and update me they comped the part and labor. They are excellent and I highly recommend them. They also searched for the best price replacement parts. My car looks new and was in great hands. They also offered pick up and drop off Service via ride share and also comped and covered two days of a rental car when repairs took longer than expected. Really great!

Update 4/7/2020: For subsequent work, I had molding complete, but it was not properly sealed and the vehicle leaked water during rain and car washes. Secondly, after having the shop check out a passenger window motor concern where they told me it was nothing wrong (and only required lubrication), there is a large knocking sound each time I lower the window now.This did not occur before I had the work done. I sent them an email in February and in March (2020) to rectify the issue, but I received no response. Unfortunately, my praise for this place was for one event, but a chain of events has caused a poorer review of this location. I have since gone elsewhere for the quality work I thought this location provided.C&G is a well organized, well run auto repair and bodyshop. They were able to provide a free estimate, order a part on demand, and they installed that part within 24 hours of receiving both the part and my vehicle. They have a very empathetic estimator, that finds opportunities to efficiently credit labor towards a complex job to reduce overall costs for the customer. Highly recommend; I will will go there for future bodywork!

I took my Prius in for a second opinion after the dealership said my front brake pads and rotors needed replaced after less than two years (along with a host of other necessary repairs). I called a few repair shops in Arlington and they gave me the best price on brake pads and rotors. One of the technicians at C&G test drove my car and inspected the brakes and reported back that he found no issues, in fact they looked new. They did not even charge me for the diagnostic time! Everyone I spoke with here was polite and seemed to really want to help. I definitely plan to return to C&G for future repair work.

My husband suggested I get my car serviced here and forego using the repair shop I have been going to for years. I was hesitant but they did an amazing job. My car needed a good amount of work to pass inspection and they were able to accommodate everything that needed to be done. I hit a concrete barrier in a movie theatre parking lot on a Sunday evening and did a lot of damage to my front end body and mechanical parts. C&G was the only shop in the area open on Sunday and the shop owner stayed late until I could have my car transported and stored safely within their gated lot. He then provided me a haggle free cosmetic and mechanical consultation and repair experience and in less than a week my car was restored to pristine condition. I couldnt have been happier with the service, affordable pricing and overall service integrity. Based on this experience, in comparison to my experiences with other shops in the area, this will be my repair shop of choice in the future, and I would recommend this shop to all of my friends or coworkers.

They are incredibly professional, efficient, and fast! We unfortunately had 2 accidents (neither was due to our own fault) that required body and paint work and in both instances they provided a quick and fair estimate and completed the work flawlessly. By far, the best experience I ever had with a car repair shop. Ive serviced and repaired my car using countless repair shops. C&G Specialty is by far, the BEST! I worked directly with Adrian, their manager. In addition to his fantastic service and knowledge of cars, he was always available to answer questions during the service period. My car was recently in an accident. I shopped around and luckily settled with C&G Specialty. They were the ones who promised me a quick turn-around. Others told me up front, wont get the car anytime soon. After C&G Specialty finished repairing my car, the car looked better than before the accident. Definitely found a permanent repair shop and a shop that I recommend to everybody.

Omar was awesome in servicing my car multiple times! He was super friendly but also informative. I found out I had received very cheap break pads from another mechanic, and Omar suggested specific break pads after asking me about my driving! While Arlington is a little far for me, it’s worth it every time!

I am generally skeptical of promises of speed and even more skeptical of actual speed when it comes to car maintenance. My 2013 Tesla Model S desperately needed a wheel refurbishing and Omar from C&G Auto promised a one day turn around of factory grade quality. I dropped the car off on Friday at Noon and picked it up on Saturday at 11am. The wheels indeed looked like they were new out of the box from Tesla. Bravo! Take your care car needs here and speak to Omar. This is my go to place for cosmetic work.

Quality of Service - the staff at C&G did a spectacular job fixing the issues I had with my most recent car. The parts replaced are of good quality and the final outcome looks great. Service was top notch. They were timely, explained in detail what needed to be repaired, worked with me on price, didnt insist on things I didnt want, and were friendly and responsive. They even ordered a Lyft for me to get home during repairs. Basically the whole package you expect from the industry and a bit more. I took my car in for engine and tire repair and they seemed to fix all the problems satisfactorily. My car is running better than it has in awhile. Im no auto expert but I feel like I got a solid deal for quality work and I would return again for future repairs.

However these guys hit the mark every time. Dont let the building or limited parking fool you. I would comparable it to a hole in the wall restaurant.

The service is amazing specially if you have Omar. He works with you and he explains what your car has and whats needed to be repair. Hes so nice and respectful. Highly recommend him!

Ive been with C and G for several years now. I have had the best service any customer can ask for. The service department service has been excellent, the customer service is excellent, and yet but not least Mr. Gaven himself has really work with me and is the most amazing, patient, and kind hearted guy. At C and G customers are first and they always make sure of that. Ive never been to a dealership and felt like I was at home. They are very welcoming and the explain every thing to you instead of just love rushing you to sign on the dotted lines. Whenever I have any problems with my vehicles which is rear the auto body department from Mr. Adrian Rosales to Ms. Yudi have always worked around me and is always there at my need. My car was hit while parked and I was in need of a Body shop. My car is a 2013 Hyundai and I never was involved in an accident before now. I wanted to make sure I took my car to the best place so I got online, read reviews and made my decision to fix my car at C&G Specialty Auto Repair and Auto Body. I passed by the place before when it was Specialty Auto Body but never had a need to go there. Anyway where do I begin? AMAZING! From the beginning to the middle to the end, I was and I am impressed. When I arrived I went inside to a beautiful and clean office and met Adrian who immediately received my car, made an estimate, took my insurance information and arranged my car rental and he even got me a FREE rental upgrade. I went home without a worry and the next day he called me and emailed me to let me know that everything was handled with Geico insurance and he provided me with a completion date. The car was ready exactly on time and when I arrived they had the car in front ready for me to drive home and I did with smile so when the following day a member of their staff called me to ask if I was pleased with their service and quality, I said I was Amazed !!!!!! I hope to never have another accident but if do, I know where to go.

Really good service. Had a second scratch that happened shortly after my first scratch repair. Adrien was sympathetic and help expedite the repair. They also help repair my bent license plate free of charge. Highly recommend this team. Front desk is very helpful, communicative and responsive.

Very nice work ! I got a bad dent and scratch but they were able to fix in 3-4 days. They did not hesitate to give me feedback and quotes after looking at my dents and scratches. Overall, I am satisfied with the result.

This place is top notch in getting you the work you need done unlike those dealerships.I thought I was in real trouble when water flooded into my cabin from the floor. Took it in expecting a large repair bill when the experienced manager took a look and twisted the steering column seal down which became undone. If this was any other place around here I would expect to be created out of so much cash.Do yourself a service and go out of your way for this guy.

I am thrilled with the way C&G fixed a bad scratch on my car. It looks like knew and it only took two days. The office staff were courteous and Jhonny, who fixed my car, is the best. The price was unbeatable. I will be coming back and I will make sure to refer others.

I randomly picked this auto shop to help with FOUR separate dents/issues with my car. I was pretty flustered when I arrived because of all my cars issues, but Adrian was SO helpful and accomodating in every way. The help desk was also very nice and ALWAYS answered when I called, and Adrian was always available and helpful when I had a predicament (getting my rental car/finding my insurance claim). He even buffed a scratch off my rental car for me before I returned it just to be nice! My car also looks flawless now and Im so happy and grateful they made it so easy to get so many things fixed. Ill definitely be back.

One of the best mechanics Ive ever been to. Very flexible, helpful and willing to explain everything. I had Omar working on my car and the guy is an absolute professional. Long story short, I had a dead battery and needed a new one, they were able to assess the situation, allowed me to go get a battery and waited for me (past their hours of operation) to get back and installed my battery for me. No complaints at all from their end, they just wanted my car fixed and working. Absolute gem that I stumbled on and now, I wont take my car anywhere else. Go here!

I don’t often write reviews, but my recent experience with the staff at C&G Specialty Auto Repair is something everyone should know about. C&G provides excellent service and customer satisfaction. My car had been at a local dealership for a few days and when I was finally contacted with the repair quote, I decided to have C&G tow it to their shop. They pick my car from the dealership at lunch time and by the time I finished my dinner the car was ready and it only cost me half of what the dealer was charging. Great place! Very helpful staff! Exceptional work! They were to replace a rear bumper on my car. Not only they did that, but also my car was washed, polished and vacuumed inside, and it was shining like it was brand new! The insurance screwed up, not letting me know how the payment will be distributed, so the staff of C&G specifically Judy helped to resolve the matter, by submitting a special form to the insurance which I could later sign and email it back to the shop. It helped me to get back in my car right there and then instead of spending money on a rental. Thanks guys for your hard work and excellent customer service!

Just went there for an estimate. Their estimate was pricier than the others so far, but they broke it down and printed it out to show you exactly what you are paying for. Also, the guy went into more details and told me more about the repair than the other shops. They seem very honest and upfront. I probably wont end up doing this repair there, but I would definitely go back, they are very professional and have quick and efficient customer service.
