I took my 2019 Honda Civic Sport coupe to get some regular maintenance done and Hung noticed some other things that needed attention. He supplied pictures to show me what those were and explained everything to me thoroughly. He was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was taken care of. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend, ask for Hung Ho. He’ll take care of you!

I bought my certified used Honda Pilot with Vandergriff Honda. I had a couple of warranty issues & routine maintenances done at the service center. I just have to brag that Jennifer Jones is the absolute best service advisor! She always takes care of the issue & helps find the best deals/coupons. She’s super professional & her customer service is on-point. Will not use anyone else! They are always very busy but it’s worth the wait & Jennifer tries her best to get you in & out as fast as possible.

Although attentive at first, service was horrible. Waited 2 hours 15min for an oil change, tire rotation & balance to come and find out my car hadn’t even been touched! They say they are down to a 2 man team.. but why schedule so many appointments to only get backed up and service go straight down the drain? Completely unacceptable.

I was very happy with my experience here. I brought my Honda Fit in for a brake problem. This was my first time coming to this dealership and I was somewhat nervous given my past experiences with dealers and repair shops.The service advisor Al told me along with diagnosing the issue they would also be doing a full inspection of the car to check for any other issues. He said that he would call me before they did any repairs.Al told me exactly what was wrong with the car and how much it would cost. He didnt pressure me into getting any of the repairs done and agreed to do exactly what I asked him to. The price for the repairs was very reasonable for all the work that got done and the entire time Al and the other people I dealt with were extremely nice to me. I definitely reccomend this dealer for service.

I would like to see the process on car drop off noticeable with clear instructions. The instructions that are somewhat visible state to pull forward and then i did not see any further instructions on STAY IN YOUR CAR & someone would be out to help you. It did NOT appear to me that other customers followed the barely visible instructions. The Honda outside staff that is to attend to customers upon arrival didn’t seem to know either. The drop off process can be painted on the HUGE garage wall when you drive in & would limit confusion. I find it odd that Honda expects every customer to know the drop off procedures, to me. That seems to imply that I frequently have issues with my Honda & I’m always dropping my Honda for service(s).
