Wow customer service was great scheduling an appointment. The guy that did the estimate informed me it would be 24 - 48 hours to receive the estimate ( finding damages) wellπŸ€”πŸ˜‘ it took an entire week. This resulted in me calling the corporate office. I spoke to Amber the corporate office, she ensured me she would get to the bottom of it and she just thatπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎ I received my estimate via email within the hour. Thank you Amber!! Since it was so challenging getting an estimate, I assumed having my car repaired at Service King was NO LONGER an option for me. So I took it elsewhere, received an estimate in a timely matter and was satisfied with the end results.

I have no complaints. I appreciated the 3x weekly updates and I appreciated being kept in the loop about what it was thet were waiting on and at what step in the repair process they were at. Everyone was always kind and helpful during calls or even with just extending my rental so I didnt have to think about it. Excellent work, thank you.

I have been a returning customer on different occasions, depending on who you deal with is how visit will go. Jesse in the front desk was helpful on the first day, then on the other 2 days I had to return he kept trying to send me to a different location. Which was frustrating because he could not find me in the system, Then Mr. Jeff helped me with my car situation. All total it took 2 weeks but I got my car back and I’m now a satisfied customer.

They were amazing!!! I took my car in for some body work after my car had been hit. They had everything lined up for me including my rental from the very beginning. I was so impressed with the fact that they kept me informed throughout the process and that my car was finished the very day they told me it would be ready. It was even ready early and they called to see if I wanted it that morning instead of the afternoon. They several employees that helped me were each engaging and personable as well as informed and efficient. Will definitely recommend!!!!

The service was wonderful. My car look better than before the accident. I was so impressed and excited, even my kids was joyful. They send updates by text, which was very convenient because I work over night. My insurance company pick Service King, which also was my desire. They highly recommended them, because they have a high rating and warranty. Not to mention, they gave me a discount on my rental, because my parts wasn’t coming on time. I would most definitely recommend them to whom ever in need of service. Remember we can’t control time. Time and patience is needed no matter who is repairing your vehicle.

My car was recently involved in a hit and run, there was damage above the back wheel and we feared an expensive repair. Red paint from the other car streaked down the vehicle for about a foot but the team member at Service King was convinced it would buff out. After about ten minutes of work he had it looking perfect, quite a surprise considering how it looked. They didn’t charge anything for the repair and I will definitely be back if I ever need them in the future.

I brought our truck here at the request of the insurance company to have the drivers door fixed from being side swiped, I returned a day or so later to get some items from the truck and noticed the front end was all smashed up and they said it was like that when brought in, they did eventually take blame and fix it, but when I got the truck back the window will not go up all the way and this is what I found..DO NOT BRING ANYTHING HERE TO BE FIXEDReporting to the Better Business Bureau also.I would give a lower rating if possible

This place operates in an unsettling way claiming that they dont repair vehicles with prior accident damage. They report the damage to your insurance and fail to report it to you equally. They also wrongfully assume that their patrons operate in bad faith because its impossible for a car owner to be unaware of previous accident damage from previous ownership.I think they looked at me and assumed that I couldnt pay for repairs. Allstate also said they mishandled my claim. Theyre shady and Kevin is a coward that couldnt speak to me in person like a man. That is all.

My car took almost 3 months to fix and came out with more scratches and blemishes than when I brought it. And to add insult to injury, they tried to show me a picture of sap on my car that they allowed to bake on my paint. Then had the nerve to say I brought it that way. And I wonder why an employee would have a picture of my car on their personal phone. She politely took the picture after I addressed the issue. Communication is non existent unless your calling to get updates. I will never ever send any of my vehicles to be repaired by your company. Save yourself the time and hassle, go elsewhere.

DONT LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THE HANDS OF THESE PEOPLE! Initially I believed that I was being well taken care of, I was kept abreast with the happenings of my car. The issues came after my car was completed. I noticed that my back window looked different than before, not to mention there was a metal piece hanging from it. I brought it to the attention of one of the mechanics who suggested perhaps it was the wrong window. He then calls for my service person, Daniel Vines, to come take a look. Daniel informs me that he would call the following day to update me on the issue, once hes had a chance to investigate. I was completely fine with the...except that phone call never came. I allowed a week to go by before I called to follow up. I was informed by Daniel that the manufacturer no longer makes my window and that the window they placed in my car superseded the older model. I found this odd because its not like my car is a 1996 model, its a 2016. Being the intelligent person I am, I called the manufacturer myself who not only told me that was incorrect information, A LIE, but gave me the item number and told me there were 8 available in the US and 7 available in Canada. I of course called them right away and was told a manager would return my phone call the following day. Again, no correspondence occurred so after a week I called asking for a manager. Daniel answered and after he found out it was me on the other end of the phone he placed me on a lengthy hold (presumably to update his manager on the same BS answer he had given me previously). My prediction was correct and his manager did in fact rehash the BS answer. However, when I began to inform him about the information Id received from the manufacturer his whole tune changed. Surely this would resolve the issue right? Wrong! Though Daniel did call 2 days later informing me that the new window had been ordered and it would be replaced within the week, that never occurred. Daniel called once informing me that the window was lost in the mail but they reordered it and it should be in the following day. That day came and went. I followed up the following week he told me the wrong window came in. It has been 2 weeks since my last phone call and Ive heard absolutely nothing from Service King or Daniel Vines. I guess since Im a woman they thought they could just lie to me and I wouldnt be intelligent enough to investigate the issue on my own. Ive escalated the issue to my insurance company and now have shared my story here. Hopefully this saves someone in the future from dealing with these incompetent people and company!

My insurance company sent me to this place and I wish they had sent me somewhere else. I took my truck in for a scratch down the side and two dents. I was told it would take a week to get it back to me. I get it back a day after they promised and the inside of the vehicle was disgusting. You could see every hand print from where theyd taken apart pieces of my truck. Then parts that they replaced FELL OFF two days after I got it back. On top of that, the clear coat was full of swirls and wasnt blended in. There were also still dents left in the door. I call and they tell me to just drop it off and theyll take care of it. I bring it in and they end up keeping it another week! I still dont have my truck, but have been told that theyve had to paint it 4 different times! Why 4 times? Did I mention that my truck is only 4 months old?Theres no communication from employees unless you call to ask about your vehicle. They tell you every day that today might be the day you get the vehicle back, but then they push it to another day. At this point I have no idea what my vehicle will look like when I get it back. I have already paid my deductible for work that isnt done and at this point I feel that this location should be paying me back for the horrible experience Ive had. My 4 month old truck didnt need this much work when I brought it in, but now Im afraid that its going to look horrible when it is returned. If it does, then I will be demanding a new vehicle since they cant seem to fix what theyre supposed to.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Daniel @ 2300 W Pioneer Pkwy did an excellent job. He kept me updated on the progress of my truck repair. He and the repair crew did an excellent job fixing my truck. Daniel even waited for me until 8:30 pm so I can pick up my truck that night.Beside the interior of the truck could have been cleaned better Service King earned their 5 starts.

I took my car in 2 1/2 weeks ago. When they were just about finished, they called to let me know they lost my car key. They said I needed to bring my other car key to them which my husband did. Then I was informed that because of the missing key, my car would be delayed in being fixed. I still do not have my car. Last time I took my car in, my front license plate ended up missing. They claim they will replace my key but that I have to take my other key to them so they can go to the dealership and get a new one. I have a creepy feeling that they will lose this one, too. Somehow I feel this is a cover-up for something else that really happened.Update. I called this morning and my car is not ready. They are waiting on a part. I was told it would be late this afternoon. Lets see, so far they told me it would be ready, Friday, March 31. Then after 7pm that evening, they texted me to let me know it would be ready Saturday, April 1. There was no communication all day. This morning, April 3, I am told it would be ready late this afternoon. What do you want to bet the car wont be ready today or even tomorrow.Well, the saga continues. . . My key that was lost by Service King will not work to turn on the ignition. I found out from the tech guy that was sent out to set up my key was only able to get the key to unlock the car but does not work in the ignition. I now have to drive up to the dealership and have them fix it. The cost is $67.50 and it will cost my time - probably over 2 hours to have the dealership fix it. I contacted Service King in Arlington and spoke to Stacy. Service King should pay for the dealership service and for my time since I am having to spin my wheels, gas, time to go to the dealership to get this fixed. Stacy claims he had to talk with Jeremy, the manager. This was last week that I talked to Stacy. Service King has been silent. How much longer will Service King torture its customers with their sloppy customer service???

It is very disappointing that this issue is dragging on 3 WEEKS. I had a glimmer of hope and then another let down. Now Im walking home from work because of another promise to have vehicle today. After all my major repairs were made, there was one minor adjustment that needed to be made on my front grill and Daniel had this fixed in no time. Went to visit today to get an estimate on my vehicle, first off no one was at the front desk I sat there for 15 minutes before I walked through the garage (all the way to the back) to get some help. Then when I did get help the guy did not introduce himself to me and acted like he didnt want to give me an estimate or be bothered after I did get him to go look at my car and while I was trying to find my claim number so he could put in on the estimate sheet he just goes and prints off my estimates and puts self pay on it. I did not feel as if they wanted my service at all, no information as to what to do if I wanted to come back and get my car fixed or anything, no card, do I make an appt?...etc..

We waited over 3 weeks for a repair that was supposed to take 48 hours. We dropped off our car and was told that it would be ready in 2 days. I was amazed that they could do work that fast so we decided to forego getting a rental car since it wouldnt be needed long. I was told wed get a call each day to update us on the progress. 3 days went by so I called and was told they needed another part but it would be finished the next day or the day after. We dropped it off on 9/11 and now after sitting in the waiting area for over 2 hours while they continue to work on it, we hope well get to take it home today, 10/1. Unfortunately for us were out of pocket an extra $300+ dollars in mileage payments weve made to an employee of ours for using his truck because he couldnt use our work truck. Had we been told anything other than it will be ready in a day, 2 max when we called for updates we wouldve gotten a free rental car. The manager was just shucks that sucks but theres nothing we can do about it. Ridiculous. Our Farmers agent is also upset with the total lack of concern or competency this shop has demonstrated in handling our repairs. Hopefully they get pulled from the referral list. I would never recommend this location to anyone I liked.

Did great repair work as far as I can tell. Customer service is not good at all. When I dropped my vehicle off I had an appointment, rep was late for it. Car was due to be ready on Monday or Tuesday, was finally ready on late Thursday early Friday. When I picked up my car the rear passenger side inside the car was filthy, I needed the car so I set up an appointment to have it cleaned in a Saturday, I was unable to make the first available Saturday, I let them know and was told the next Saturday would be fine. I show up and they know nothing about it. Stated there is no one there that can clean my car.Will not be using this location again and will be reporting to my insurance company.

I was late to my appointment and was received by the receptionist. She informs the service advisor that his XX appointment is here and I hear him yell out NOT ANYMORE! Dumbfounded, the receptionist tells me to wait. After some time, I asked if it would be best to reschedule as it seems nothing was going to happen and left. I know Im at fault for being late, but if this is how they treat their customers, I can only imagine how the vehicles are treated. Based on the reviews in the past, Im not far off. I took my car there after being backed into at work. I was told over the phone that they would start on my car the day i dropped it off, so I made a early appointment to drop off and pick up rental car. After I hand my car over and they did the walk around of my car, I finish up on the rental argeement. The woman asked me to find out a estimated time they wpuld have my car so they could have a ideal on how long I would have the rental. The woman for Service King then starts to tell me they would not be able to start on it because Dustin was off until Monday. I dropped my car off on July 2 which was a Tuesday. (6 days without my car being looked at). Then on Monday i get told I would have to come out of pocket for unknown prevouis damage (that I knew nothing about) and they cpuld not do the work without this damage being fixed and the insurance would not pay for. So I contacted the insurance the same day and they said I could take somewhere else. Dustin said I could pick my car up after the insurance pays for the tear down, took 3 days for me to get my car back. I ended up having to pay the insurance on the rental (due to my insurance not covering that) of $165 and my car still not being fixed after 10 days of not having my car. Then when I get my car back they put a screw on the side of my bumper (which is one of things I was told I would have to pay out of pocket for and that needed to be replaced.) I called the day after I picked my car up told them the reason I was calling was put on hold and noone ever picked back up. I filled a complaint on July 15 thru the 800#, called back on the 17th for follow up was told the manager (Dave) would call back from the center and he did, I missed his call. I called him back and left message on the 18th tried to call back on the 20th at 0843 (was not open yet) and then called back and let it ring at 0929 for 1 min and 39 seconds. Needless to say I am very unsatisfied and would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely THE WORST experience ever. Unorganized, unprofessional, and a huge lack of customer service! Service King, specifically, Kevin, told me to come pick up my car and refused to work on it simply because he didnt want to deal with the insurance IF there was any additional damages that needed to be taken care of once they took my bumper off. When I offered to pay out of pocket the difference IF there happened to be more damages, I was still refused. Blows my mind that a collision repair company thats deal with insurance claims probably on a daily basis refuses a customer just because they dont want to deal with additional supplemental claims. Would never recommend.

***LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS*** do not take your car there! I took my car in for front end damage. Not even 20 minutes after leaving the shop, upon completion of the repair, I smell something burning. I called service king to let them know what Imean experiencing, and the service advisor said it may be residual fluid burning off from the radiator that was replaced. I continue driving my car until I feel the car slip while driving. It eventually stops driving all together. I get out of the car and realize my car had been leaking transmission fluid the ENTIRE TIME!!!! It was pouring out so bad you could literally follow the trail of fluid to all the places I had driven! Keep in mind, my transmission wasnt even part of the repair! They punctured a hose when replacing the radiator! If they had test driven it after the repairs, they would have noticed this mistake!They towed my car back to the shop, replaced the hose and the fluid. My concern is that my transmission was damaged. I asked if it was ok thinking they had run tests and his response was does it run fine? Do you feel anything? My concern then and now is it feels like my car wants to stall! I called the dealership where I purchased my car and they told me a diagnostic needs to be done to ensure the transmission is functioning properly. I asked the advisor about this and he claimed they didnt have the equipment to run the test. I eventually spoke with the manager( I should have been dealing with him all along) he was great, but I am still experiencing these issues with my car! He said the shop with take 100% responsibility if something eventually does go wrong, but I dont want it to get to that point. And I am definitely not comfortable taking my car back there! The manager also informed me that the person that made the repairs to my car was fired because this wasnt his first big mistake.

Dropped off car after a little fender bender they decided to put a after market fender on it was not even close to the original the man seemed to think it was good to go I already told them the paint job they just fixed needed fixing it had flakes in the silver like they globed it went to grab it after I had called the Gieco service man that is stationed there he didnt return call hum.. we pay for that and they still left the bumper on that was nothing like the picture of the original one. He said he put on another one still nothing like the original one. The man I talked to said that he was going to order another one this will make 3, Not a OEM But another from same manufacture we have 4 years to pay on this car and there trying to give us stuff that isnt close to what we bought what is up with insurance companys and Service King?????this is for the Mansfield location not Arlingron

HORRIBLE!! I had an appointment at 8am to drop off my car and pick up a rental and was there at 7:45am. I ended up being there for an hour waiting which made me late to work. Also, when I called to schedule my repairs I specifically asked the lady on the phone if I needed to do anything to get the rental or if I needed to talk to someone at the enterprise desk to schedule that and she said no, it will be taken care of for you and they should have a car ready to go for you. Needless to say it was not, and I waited there for an hour because these people move slower than a snails pace..especially the lady at the Enterprise counter. These people have no regard for your schedule and wouldnt know good customer service if it hit them in the face.

LISTEN TO PREVIOUS REVIEWS... I took my car in for some minor fender and bumper damage... VERY minor damage, and they told me it was going to be done June 26th (two weeks after I took it in) so I call up there and they say theyre waiting on a part and my car was then supposed to be ready on July 1st, I call them and they say oh, I was washing your car, and uh I realized they didnt put the pin stripes so it wont uh be ready until the 3rd. So today is the 3rd so I called and he says oh our stripes guy hasnt showed up yet but well call you when its ready so theyre about to close AND STILL NO RESPONSE OR ANY COMMUNICATION ON WHATS GOING ON. It has been 3 1/2 weeks for very minor damage that the Honda dealership couldve fixed the same day I took it in, hell I couldve taken it to some random unknown place down the street and they would have done a faster better job than these guys. The staff is lazy and very unprofessional. If my car doesnt come out perfect theres going to be an issue. Dont reply to me saying well notify our Arlington location or some bs because I know you really dont care. Just know, if I have any problem with my car internally or externally when I FINALLY get my car, theres going to be issues and I do have the power to put you out of business. I was in an accident a few months ago now. I was so exited to get my car back I didnt notice all the crap that was wrong. I was told when I called they where waiting on a new bumper for my car. Yeah there is a huge freaking Crack in it that I just noticed. Guy tells me they are sending it to be washed. They charged me to deatail my car.....I didnt want the deatail. I was fine getting my car back with the crap I had in it. But nope they charged me for that crap and didnt even ask. And the so called detail was awful. Really really bad. Then I go into get my oil changed today and guess what they guy there tells me that my washer fluid reservoir is leaking.....also something that was replaced on my car by service king. What an absolutely awful experience. Charge me 1000 to do really bad work, didnt replace the bumper like they said, didnt do my washer fluid reservoir right, and charged me 100 for a horrible detail I mean there was still trash in my car....like I said I was fine getting my car back the way it came in. But when your going to charge me 100 to clean the thing......Yeah thanks a lot. I will never return and I will let everyone know this place absolutely ripped me off and my insurance carryer. I am half tempted to call them and let them know how much the correct repairs on my car will cost just so they can file against you people. When I picked my car up the guy gave me some crap about I know your car is your baby yeah dude you obviously can go f**k yourself.

When u call with an issue the Manager, Jeremy Titus, gets an attitude & speaks to you as if youre beneath him. A weeks worth of work took 4, yes FOUR months to complete. Car had another issue & the person(Stacy Giles) had a tow truck sent to get my car from my apartment without me asking them to do so & now they are holding my car hostage until I pay $180 for having the car towed off of their lot. The managers exact words were, Well Im not gonna pay for your tow. If you have any other options to get work done on your car...GO ELSEWHERE!

Very unprofessional staff; including rude receptionists. Our car was totaled and they allowed our car to be towed with a verbal????? Nothing in writing... while I was in the hospital. Dennis is a jerk. He refused to tell us where our car was towed!!!! We still needed to get our plates and TxTag off of our car. I will never go back to this place and do not recommend their services at all!!!! Even if State Farm has them listed as an approved shop. Either the GM or the Owner needs to re-train their employees on customer service!!! They certainly were paid by our insurance company to do a job. Im sure they accepted that check!!! Just added insult to injury when your car has been totaled and then you get the run around from the collision shop. Shame on them.

Then we left today on a family road trip and we look out the window and our bumper they worked on is flapping in the wind! On a side note stepping out on the side of the road to check the damage I got a tick. If I get Lyme disease your getting my bill.
