Buyer Beware...I would Never recommend AutoNation collision repair. I had my vehicle repaired (routine collision repair) here in 2018 and the paint has been chipping for almost a year now and gets worse everyday. Making matters worse I moved so Im no longer near an AutoNation making the lifetime warranty pointless. I called probably 6 times to see what my options were with no response until I was asked to email pictures. Again no response until I called 2x more times. Finally got a returned call back asking me to go to the nearest AutoNation. Remember the reason I was calling was to see what my options were because I dont live near an Auto Nation. Emailed again last week and as of yet no response. If you want quality work I suggest anywhere else. The photos Im posting with this review dont even do the chipping justice. Its pretty bad and getting worse. Only gave 1 star because 0 was not an option.

Horrible and unprofessional. Its my 2nd time dealing with these people and trust me, they dont care. Its ALL about money. They set their own schedules, come to work when they like and youre lucky if they return your phone call. My insurance company sent me to them twice but I refuse to try to 3rd time.

After going to get a quote from Subaru for an issue with my bumper, I checked with Ron Butler at this AutoNation to ensure I was getting an accurate estimate. Ron offered to do the work for a little over half as much and the work was done one time, with great care, and he even replaced my tire with no additional charge. They washed my car, and called me before they did any work on it to ensure I was comfortable with pricing and changes to our plan. I had a great experience and I recommend Ron Butler at AutoNation to anyone and everyone!

I had the greatest experience here! I dropped my car off Friday morning and it was ready the following Friday afternoon. I loved that I was getting constant updates from James of what was going on and what my estimated time was. The overall process was extremely easy and stress free. I Loved that I was able to leave my rental with them when picked up my vehicle and didn’t have to struggle dropping it off.The work done on my car was impeccable! I doesn’t even look like any parts have been replaced. The color matched perfectly! I’m very grateful for the work they did and the experience I had with them. Will utilize again if need be!

Ive had 3 or 4 cars repaired here and they always do a great job and make my cars look good as new.

They tried to gouge the price of the repair, took almost a month for scrapes down onsode of my truck, and the replacement of the step bar. final costs was more than $5400.00. Two items were not addressed at all. I got a call requesting I pay $200.00 for an alignment and the final insurance bill showed they charged $159.00 for an alignment already done. total scam and crooked business practices!

First of all, I had hail damage. I also had a cracked windshield. I told them to repair both. They had it for almost a week. When I picked it up, the windshield was not fixed. Then as I did a walk around, I found a pretty good sized dent. He said it was a door ding. Not hail. Who cares? Fix it!! They did after I complained. Then I get vehicle home and the next morning I am on my way to work and I have low tire pressure. I pulled into a tire place and the guy pulls out a big piece of metal from one back tire and a large nail from the other back tire. Clean up your shop!!!

Finished repair looks great! There was significant delay due to issues with insurance adjuster where I had to become involved. Panera Brrads adjuster wasnt very supportive, but Auto Nation kept after him and work was excellent.

The body work done was great. The work took 2 weeks and I understood since it is an older model car. However, when I got it back my drivers seat would not work. It was broken. My seat was not broken when it got there. I called and left a message and still have not gotten a call back.

After I was rear-ended, I was given a list of repair shops to choose from via the 3rd party insurance company. I chose this location based on the reviews and Im glad I did. Jeff was my contact and he made the whole process very smooth. He kept me up to date on what was happening with my repairs and they had everything done within the timeframe - maybe even a day sooner than expected. I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center on S. Cooper (and Jeff)!

We had our 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan in 2 of their shops Fort Worth and Arlington. They had our van a total of 3 weeks to repair damage from a wreck. When we finally got our van back it pulled to the right and had a vibration at 70 mph. They couldnt find the problem and their communication was minimal at best. We finally took it to Firestone and they repaired the problem on the first try.

Best place to take any vehicle to get repaired, they do the best work. Ask for James or Tina, their Awesome

Horrible! They tried to blame me for things they did not do correctly. They were supposed to replace two doors that I got hit on and in doing this, they peeled a lot of my tint off, they took off my silver pieces connected to my air vents, and now just found out they shoved foam into my doors instead of lining my doors with weather shield. Horrible!! And they tried to tell me that they weren’t the ones damaging my cars on the inside! Do not go here!!

My Jeep was in a no fault accident and I selected AutoNation based on reviews and asking around. My experience was very positive. Dawn was terrific. She had my Jeep completed when she said it would be done. She also advocated on my behalf when the other insurance company wanted AutoNation to re-use some slightly damaged original parts from the vehicle or new substandard parts that wouldnt fit properly. All the repairs looked good as new. Thanks Dawn to you and the guys in the shop for taking care of me!! Will get the word out to my friends about you.

Staff was friendly and the car repairs were done well. The paint was matched perfectly. The only negative was that it took 2x linger to repair than we were originally told.However, We would use them again.

Really good customer service. The repair process was a little frustrating, however, as I had to bring the car back a couple times to fix some things that I think the repair tech shouldve caught the first time around (overspray on the bumper, slightly misaligned panels, they forgot to reinstall the hood release lever, wheel bearing needed replacement). Still, the customer service folks were sure to get these issues resolved and were very friendly and accommodating. I mainly worked with Jorge and he was great.

You know, I took my truck here because I had issues with another body shop previously. I thought they could be trusted. To be honest, the work looks good. Then you start to notice the shortcuts. Instead of replacing trim pieces that are obviously damaged, they tried to use silicone to glue it in place because of broken clips. They admitted to reusing badging because it looked ok. They did provide me with a new badge after I requested one, but while I was waiting for it to arrive the fact that it was loose and flopping around caused chipping in my new paint. There is no attention to detail. Im still cleaning up weather seal adhesive that their techs left all over my window. I caught my advisor in two lies. I will finish my business here and I will not return. In addition I will advise anyone who asks for a recommendation to stay away from here.

The work they did was good however the customer service aspect wasnt. When my car was ready I thought they would call me, however I had to call them twice, and the first time they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about, and just to call back tomorrow when I was told my car would be ready that day. Then moments later my husband called and got more assertive with them and magically make they knew about my car and it was ready for pick up. When I picked it up, the plastic foot rest by the gas pedal was broken off. I didnt drop it off that way. I didnt bother approaching them with it.

Everyone at this facility is very professional and competent. My repairs were completed exactly when they said they would be. I will definately go back if the need arises.

Picked up my truck last week after a crash which bashed in the front end, bumper and radiator. I was thinking it was totaled! Looks like new now. I havent found any problems and drives as good as new. I would recommend to anyone to try out Autonation Collision Center in south Arlington.

Had a 2013 Ford F-150 i brought in to have the tailgate and camera replaced because it had been stolen. They did not update me on the process. Many times i did call to no one answering. This went on for over one month leading into two months after finally just getting the tailgate I had to wait for the camera. Which of course did not work after 4 attempts. The customer service was horrible and tried to blame for the camera not working and told me the harness for the camera had errioded. Saying it had been because of something I did such as snow etc. we live in Texas. It hasn’t snowed in over a year. Not to mention I never had any issues with camera or tailgate till they “fixed and replaced it “. But during the time i didnt have a tailgate it rained for that whole month almost. So maybe if they were competent enough to even get the right tailgate in the first place that would’ve never happened. Not to mention my bed cover lock was broken when the tailgate was stolen that was never replaced as they said they would even if insurance had told them not to fix they should’ve informed me. Now 3 months later i finally have a color matched tailgate and the camera still doesn’t work right. Don’t ever go here unless you want rude unorganized workers and do not work with Jorge. Very unhappy with the service and still am due to camera still not working properly. Rather go somewhere else then ever have these people touch my truck again. If you own any Ford truck that needs a replacemt tailgate with a camera stay clear of this place.

I gotta say its been a long time since Ive dealt with guys like these at a mechanics shop. I was hit on the hwy in a horrible accident that took a life. I had quite a bit of damage done to my 2012 ford explorer. They said give them 4 weeks- and they did it in 4 weeks. They even fixed an un-related issue that could have turned into something bad for me.....at no charge. Just to be nice guys! They kept me updated weekly and always answered the phone when I called! The job they did was amazing! You will not go wrong using these guys!

The staff, management and shop team did an outstanding job on my vehicle. After a wreck I was sure it wouldnt be the same again and actually its better. They really insure that the vehicle is 100%

If I could give it no stars I would. I went to get a simple estimate and they wouldnt come out and pull my car into the garage to inspect it because it was raining! I guess they are so busy that they do not need my business! I was thinking about shopping for a new car at Autonation Ford but not now.

I was very pleased with the work and association I had with the folks at Auto Nation Collision Repair Shop. They fixed my problem in a very short time while I waited,and I was on my way. This was the 2nd job they did for me, the first was a rebuild of my Ford van after it had be broadsided, after the repair you can not tell it had ever been in an accident.

Got my car looking better then before, after I hit a rodent in the road

The work was very good. The problem that I had was that my vehicle was there for 30 days for a 5 day repair.. I chose AutoNation over the insurance companys preferred body shop because of my past experience with Autonation and the reviews posted regarding the other body shop. The problem arose when supplemental damages were submitted to the insurance company. Evidently the supplemental request went into a technology blackhole and sat there without any action. I finally had to have my agent escalate the issue. The insurance company blamed AutoNation: Autonation blamed the insurance company and I was caught in between.

They did a pretty good job fixing my ride.

Cesar chapa and the crooks at auto nation do not deserve your business. This incompetent adjuster gave a ridiculous estimate on my vehicle repairs of over $5000 and I was able to get my truck fixed for $850 by an honest body shop. chapas ridiculous estimate caused my truck to get totaled by the ignorant insurance company usaa and now I have been waiting forever to get a salvage title. thank Crooked auto nation I hope you guys are out of business soon.

Do not under any circumstances go here. They will screw you. A mirror cost more than a damn door panel. They said it would be this price then after they fixed it they upped the cost over $100.

While the repair was perform very well, I brought to the repair center a brand new truck with new car smell, and got back a truck that smelled like paint reducer., to the point that I had to drive with open windows as the smell was overwhelming.
