As with all the stores, this was ni exception of courteous help. Cold air dripped my tire pressure over night and the technician worked his way through a line of over 10 cars right before opening. Still had a smile and courteous tone as he did mine. Great attitude.

Ive used this discount tire for all seven years I have been driving. Staff is always friendly, and they offer insurance and upsells, they never try to force it on you. Bought tires here before, and will continue to do so in the future. Fixing flat tires for free is a nice bonus as is the clean inside.

Came to work in the morning and found my company vehicle on blocks. After trying to find someone who could transport my Tahoe to a shop and not finding anyone, I called Discount. Nick was very helpful and willing to help me out ASAP. He had me come to the store and get some new wheels and tires picked out. He offered to send someone out to my office for the install. Carl came out and got my Tahoe back to being a driveable Tahoe. I cant thank them enough for their kindness and taking care of my Tahoe so quickly.

Buying tires sucks. Its expensive. But this location is great. Always great customer service. Been coming here 10 years. Plug tires, free air checks, etc. Yes they try to sell you on things, but every business does that. I get the road hazard warranty every time...used it several times.

I’m absolutely shock at how the quality of care for the customers care has gone out the window.I recently bought 2 new tires here and a flat on another. After service they handed me my keys like normal and I was on my way. I was hearing a strange sound but I was currently moving at a slow speed and fortunately only had to traveled a short distance. Later that evening I was traveling home and my car was pulling me left and right with a loud sound coming from what I believed to be the tire. I parked it at a restaurant because ti way to unsafe to drive on the highway. I took an Uber home then called discount to let them be ware of my concern but unfortunately it was after hours. Showed up this morning with the vehicle and the front desk tire inspection to him that all tires were at 9 and 8 and one at a 4. I voiced how this couple this happen and why wasn’t I made aware of this? Not to mention how unsafe it was to let this vehicle be able to go back on the road for my sled and other drivers! I’m now purchasing another tire but am appalled at the unsafe measures and quality that Discount tire now offers. It a heavy heart to say I will no longer service any of my vehicles at discount tire.Disappointed long time customer.

Great customer service! Free air check, which I take advantage of when needed. Prices are reasonable. Theyll let you buy 2 now and 2 later for the same discounted price for buying all 4 at once.

Update 03/15/2021: Management contacted my husband after I sent this last review over a month ago. They struck a deal and I got new tires at an even more discounted price. The only reason for 4 stars is I need to see how long this set holds up. Review from 02/08/2021 We bought a set of new tires from here 3 years ago due to Audi high price for tires. Audi literally let me drive off knowing treads were coming off my tires. So discount tire is close to our home and had the right price. I work from home and have for 11 years. So I dont really burn through tires. I do understand that I pretty much have race car tires on my car due to Audi specifications. So they wear down probably around 40, 000 miles or so. Fast forward to 2021 my husband made an appointment to take my car here yesterday at 11 am for a simple rotation and balance. Discount tires stated that they could not touch the car because I need new tires. So lets do the math. I took my car there back in 2017 at 42, 893 miles per the receipt. I am currently at 58, 634 miles. That is a difference of 15, 741 miles. So their tires miles only last 15,000 miles. Now my husband has been going every year since we got the tires for the free rotation and balance. My husband was disappointed that he could not return. They are so close to our house. This is how you lose local business. Scamming people. So either they sold us used tires or they were no good to begin with or discount tire is full of boo boo. 😒 The tires were supposed to be 45,000 mile tires. Which means I am supposed to have 30,000 miles left of the tires. They told my husband about some new state law and that they would give us mileage credit on the new tires. Nope. My husband took the keys and left. So this is the last time we use them. This was my second chance with them. First time they put new tires on a Mazda I had and did not even balance the new tires. Just through them on there. We had to turn right around and go back. Lord I hate Sears has closed. They were my other go to. Oh well.

Had an appointment at another Discount Tire that got canceled due to a problem at that location. Called up the Little Road/I-20 location and made an appointment, same day. They had my trailer tires and a wheel I needed in stock. Got in a few min early, checked in. Very fast and friendly. They installed four new trailer tires in about 20 minutes, start to finish. This is why I keep coming back to Discount. Consistent, professional service. Mansfield location is also awesome, and is my typical home store.

Quick, friendly service. Ive yet to go to a discount tire that has been disappointing. This is no exception. This location can be a little tricky to get to, but if youre local it works very well since you only have to use surface streets.

I checked in about 2 hours later after about 15 or 20 people came and left I asked about it the guy I checked in with said it would be done soon 20 minutes later still. Finally I will check with someone else they thought we had left and what we were told we have a job to get to now 3 hours later I spend about 15 to $20,000 a year here at the tire shop of course its different locations but still I should get better service than this

I came in to order my tires and let the representative know I wont be able to bring my car back until 3 or 4 weeks. I got the OK, and was told my tires would be arriving the following day from a local warehouse, and the sooner I brought the car in, the better, so my tires wouldnt take up too much of their floor space - which I completely understand.I came in exactly 4 weeks later to get my tires mounted/balanced. I already requested to take off the morning of work, which is not easy for me to get approved. I had an alignment scheduled approximately 2 hours after my appointment at Discount Tire. After they checked my car, I was informed my tires were not in yet and would have to come back. Well, there goes my morning. I lost lots of time and money, had to request time off of work again to come back to Discount Tire, and had to reschedule an alignment again (which wouldnt be available until 4 days later). The alignment shop also was impacted because they have to backfill my last-minute cancellation.

Pretty much how every Discount Tire is. If you have time to wait approximately 1.5 hours you can get a free flat repair. Its good social services for them. And you spend alot of time twiddling your fingers.

I use to LOVE this location. Seriously, I could always rely on them to quote me well right at the desk, no salesman head games. I could expect them to wrong rights, and their service felt genuine.Last week, My mother went in and was pushed into buying an overpriced set of tires. 2 other companies in the area quoted 200 dollars less than what she walked out of the door with. She set the schedule to have them installed, then when she called me I immediately knew she had been ripped off.Having NO SERVICES OR GOODS exchanged, they are refusing to issue a refund. They are just sitting on her money, and havent installed any tires. Ive had to dispute the charge with my bank, and I cant file a complaint with the BBB because they are not accredited. Want to know why? Go take a look at the F rating that every. single. location holds.After saying they wont refund me, they then said that my mother (65) can show up in person during the middle of Covid-19, as cases are growing exponentially. Then theyll refund her. Its either blatant malice, or rampant stupidity.These guys work off commission now, you may as well buy your tires from a sketchy used car lot. Go to Costco, maybe even Tire Rack. But avoid discount like the plague. Theyre not the business they use to be.

I arrived before they opened and was the 2nd person to be checked in. My service professional was courteous and informative about the process and explained that due to policy changes related to Covid-19, any receipt would be emailed rather than printed.After checking my tire, I was happy to learn that it could be repaired (I only had a puncture). He explained that there was no charge and that when I needed rotation, that is a free service, too, as a way of hopefully getting my business later when I need new ones. I WILL be returning.

No high pressure sales talks, just honest recommendations for what is needed.I tried all the others, never again! Discount has always done me right. I especially enjoy that they work with you on honest solutions, and are willing to do whatever is needed to make you satisfied. I didn’t have the $$ for the TPMS sensors I need, retuning in 2 weeks with my own sensors to get them installed. I love my new tires!

Look I wish that your representatives would research your products a little better, I went on the web for Discount Tire and found my tire for my wifes Range Rover Velar about $20.00 cheaper per tire cheaper $257,00 PER TIRE VS $277.00 PER TIRE now that I found the same Michelin Brand that could fit her car I am a little disappointed

The store was extremely busy when I got there with my flat tire. The employees were extremely quick, friendly and professional. I was out of there before I knew it, with everything taken care of correctly. I was extremely impressed with their service.

I came in because I had a low tire pressure indicator on my car. I was helped immediately and the gentleman came out and checked the tire pressure on all the tires. He even showed me how to manually turn off the indicator. Thats what I call service. I wish I had that level of service at other businesses I visit.

Came in 10 min til closing and was treated with vip service. Thank you they were awesome customer service was the best Ive seen since the early 90s.

Very friendly, professional. However, dont allow customers stay inside building and wait outside is unsafe. People can be hit by car and heat stroke. No water bottle while waiting out door.

These guys are a class act. We had a screw in our tire, no spare and $32 to our name and it was 5 minutes until they closed. Johnny that worked said they had a used one for $50. We said all we had was $32 and he said he can sell it for that amount. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with them and highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone

Ive been to 3 seperate discounts in Arlington trying to get my steering wheel shake figured. 4 different tire balances. This was the ONLY discount where I had the guy come in and tell me and show me that my wheels were miserably bent. This is the only discount I would trust henceforth, and theyre probably one of the quickest in the area.

Waiting, and waiting and waiting keep getting skipped. Wont stop shopping at discount, but wont come back to this store.
