Always excellent service here. I believe that the owner is usually right there in the middle of everything which helps. I had only done oil changes and inspections here until I realized they also do repairs. Had no idea that this place had a Master Mechanic on duty most days... and his name is Shelby. This guy knows what hes doing and he does it quickly. One of those people who just has to keep moving... thinks fast, talks fast, moves fast, and does things right. The shop and other staff are all great... friendly, organized, and competent. Ill always do my oil & inspections and most other repairs here.

I had a taillight problem. The mechanic checked and offered that he could replace the lights but recommended that the entire assembly needing replacing as the lights were getting wet. I asked him to replace the lights anyway which he did. Also a very quick Registration Inspection. Always friendly.

Came into shop on 8/18/21 to inquire about brake work. Michelle wouldn’t give me a estimate on rotor replacement because she said “ that’s not how we do business “ I asked for the owner/ manager. Michael took his sweet time to finally come to talk to me. He didn’t allow me to explain before hastily providing me with a estimate. I only considered this place because of the reviews but I guess they didn’t want my business. Beware of places that won’t give you a general quote prior to holding your car hostage.

These guys were really helpful, but they dont tune up six cylinders. However it was early in the morning and 7-11 air pump wasnt working and he eagerly aided me in putting air in my tire. Thanks for common courtesy and compassion, you know who you are.

Prompt service and detailed explanation of what they were going to do before doing it.I had a stuck oil drain plug that they took care of. They set out how long it might take, and what would constitute a charge vs. no-charge, and they stuck to it, which I appreciated.Ill definitely come back here in the future.

Pulled up and was immediately greeted. I wasnt sure if they were going to be able to get me in same day as I didnt make an appointment. I needed a new engine thermostat. Mike told me they could help me and have it done that day! He was very kind and professional. As well as the rest of the staff. I went in around 10AM and they called me telling me it was done around 12PM. Pretty quick for having other people in line ahead of me. When I picked it up, I had a question and Mike came out to my car and explained everything. This location was great and helped me fix the issue. Will be returning for future car needs. :)

The day before we took one vehicle to be serviced and asked for a price to change the oil in our 2017 Tiguan. We were quoted $65. The next day we brought the car and they wanted to charge us $129.99 and not honor the price that was quoted. Thats a rip.off and we wont be back.

Very friendly on the phone and in person. Quick service even though they were super busy at the lunch time rush. The service guy was very professional and friendly. He kept apologizing for the wait even tho I was in and out quickly. I was also not pressured for unnecessary services like most oil change businesses.

Over the last few months, I started to hear screeching sound when my car started up (worse when the heat or ac is on ). Needing an oil change, I head on over and asked them to check it out. In no time they found out that the belts needed to be replaced. Now, I was there just as they were about to close so I decided to just pay for the service/parts and drop by the next day... cut to the next day and after a short wait I was off. The sound was gone...so I thought. The next day, after turning on the AC, the sound returned twice as loud as before. After waiting the weekend, I gave them a call to explain what was going on and told me to just head on back. They took me in right away and adjusted the belts....I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.These guys are great. Good service at a pretty fair price. They did my breaks about a year ago and they are probably going to be my go to place while living around the area.

I took my own oil and filter for an oil chang they told me 30 min it was more like 20 min and its very sanitary.

They are also a AAA shop and have a solid warranty program. They establish a solid sense of trust with what theyre fixing on your vehicle. Thats hard to find today from most mechanical shops. Mike and his team do a great job, and you can trust them.

I have a 95 Chevy truck which is the last year of the old style emissions test. The machine originally wasnt calibrated but they had someone come out and get it ready pretty quickly which was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful my only complaint is the way the doors are setup walking in. Def need to fix that

I took my Minivan in for service, tune up, and suspension repair. Id been to other Shops prior and was not impressed, but the care my car received at Kwik Kar Auto and the promptness and professionalism of each employee from the get go left me with peace of mind and sincere gratitude.I talked to Kyle, Michele, Mike the Proprietor, and Shelby their lead Mechanic among others. They each treated me with honesty and respect regarding my vehicle.

Michelle the representative told me how every Kwik is Independently owned and they have the right to turn down services to any customer, Ive called to get an alignment done for Saturday. They are opened from 8am-3pm and the alignment only takes an hour to complete, she was very rude. She told me how they only accept oil changes and blue flushes on Saturdays. What kind of mechanic shop only accepts certain services for a vehicle. What a waste!

Ive been bring my family vehicles to Mike and his team for 22 years. Ive always been treated with professionalism, care and an honest/balanced approach on repair vs. replacement options. Thanks to Mike, Shelby and the team, I was able to keep my 2001 Honda Accord running up to this month and reached 310,000 miles running strong. Because of the care I took with that vehicle and the timely and effective work performed, I was able to successfully trade that vehicle in this weekend on a 2018 Honda Accord Sport. If taking your car here for an oil change, beware of getting pressured into unneeded services. I brought my pontiac vibe in for an oil change at 96,000 miles. While getting the oil change, the shop came out and told me my power steering pump was leaking and tried to pressure me into having them replace it while the car was in the shop. I was surprised by this because I check my fluids regularly and never had to add any power steering fluid. I declined and have not been back to this shop since. The car just rolled over 202,000 miles since they recommended changing the power steering pump. I have never had any power steering issues and the system has not needed to be topped off.

It is hard to find quality service repair places that I would feel safe sending my wife to without them ripping her off. This is one of those places. Super nice people, all above board work. Ive never been disappointed.

I noticed that the oil change service included checking tire pressure, undercarriage, topping off fluid levels (window washing fluid, etc.) and up to 5 quarts of synthetic oil (with a filter change my vehicle would only require 4 quarts).I know that the tire pressure wasnt checked which makes me question everything on the invoice. NOT saying everything else wasnt done up to standard. But if the easiest thing to do (checking tire pressure and adding/adjusting air in the tires is not done). I begin to look at everything else. It also opens the door to using a competitor.

Hello everyone. Before I began I want to say that I hope you all are living your best lives. Anyhow, today I go in and no one helps me. I step outside and literally one of the employees is consuming what appears to be an ice-cream cone. He is talking to two others that appear to be employees. I wave my hand and the female looks over and says nothing at all. Everyone here doesnt look like me not that it matters but apparently it matters to them. They refused to help me. What is happening to the world. I wouldnt go here again if someone paid me. I am so offended in the worst way and it just makes me want to shed a tear....

All I can say is, the service that I received today was Above and Beyond. The service agent at the desk greeted me with a smile, she was engaged and ❤ caring. Thank you is not enough, but THANK YOU! You maam, made my day.

Very disappointed did the repair $361.00 bc check engine lite was on 3 days later the check engine lite came on again, was told give it time about two weeks, it has been three weeks now...

Brought my F150 in for a brake job around 0830. I was not in a hurry and she said probably wont get it on a lift till afternoon. Cool not a problem. Mike calls at 0930 said will need new rotors ( I was like SON OF A B...) and said well het it out today. So at 1345 Casey called and said it was ready. I was pleasantly impressed will be back.

Ive had oil changes, inspection and my AC system done here. The staff is proffesional and friendly. Major work usually comes with 2 years, 24,000 mile waranty which is worth it. If you get routine maintenance here, check out the local website for coupons (synthetic oil change for example), it makes their prices competitive with low end places. Routine maintenance comes with paperwork and pictures of your vehicle for suggestions on replacements (air filters, etc) and low pressure sales. They arent the cheapest in town but thats a good thing for quality work and can usually get it done same day.

Let me say this!!! Michael and his ENTIRE staff made getting my car repaired a breeze. They were helpful and informative and in my opinion gave more than 5 stars in service. I have an AUDI A5 and they worked on it and I had my car back in less than 24 hours VS. going to the dealership where I would’ve had to wait at least a week to get my vehicle back. So if you need a car repair shop or just car maintenance look nowhere else seriously!!!!

I needed a 4 wheel alignment done and I was told that this Kwik Kar above the rest. That was ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.* Started with Miss Casey(sp) on the phone. Friendly, extremely good with people, treats you and your car like family while remaining professional. Goes over everything with you before it is begun, worked on, or finished. NO SURPRISES.* The mechanics are knowledgeable, but also bring the problem and possible solutions down to our level. They found another critical problem that would have led to a poor alignment and eventual danger with my car. The mechanics too are highly professional, they are diverse, and do high quality work.* Reasonable time lines are given for completion of your car. You wont be waiting all day, and theres wifi to keep one occupied. I didnt spend an entire Saturday afternoon waking on my car.Ill definitely be back! Thank you all so much!

It was a little pricey for me but the technicians and cashier were very professional and kind. The price was a little steep $117 for a synthetic oil change on a 2015 Chevy Suburban. I have never paid for an oil change that expensive BUT they did tell me first and I agreed bc I didn’t feel like driving to go anywhere else. I would have given 5 stars if not for the price.

Weve used Kwik Kar for more than 10 years. I dont even bother to get other quotes or consider another service garage. Today proved why they have our total loyalty. Our Prius wouldnt start or disengage from Park so I didnt even know how to get our car towed to Mikes team. When I called to ask for help, they sent a highly experienced mechanic to us who knew exactly how to safely get it to their garage. Its fixed with very reasonable labor charges and we couldnt be happier!

The staff here are caring and professional. They were thorough and rectified my car issues promptly and even told me I did not need the costly repairs that 2 other shops had said I needed and they fixed the problem for 1/10 the potential cost to me had I listened to the 2 previous shops. They even uncovered inferior repairs recently made by the competition. I will be returning to them to resolve this now, rather than later.This was a lovely Christmas surprise. I’ll recommend Kwik Kar on Brown Blvd. to everyone I know who needs a good mechanic’s shop.

I was taking my car in for some steering work when the transmission went out the day I planned to take it in giving me one more thing to fix. After I got the car towed to Kwik Kar, Mikes guys got right to work figuring out what went wrong and made sure I knew what needed to be done and an estimate before starting to make repairs. In 24 hours time they fixed multiple ailments and had my car ready to go and driving like new again. The price for the repairs was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Kwik Kar for repair work and will be going there from now on.

They told me what part I needed so I went and purchased the part and came back to them and they wouldnt install it because they wanted to order the part and inflate the price. So I took my business elsewhere and got it fixed quickly with no problem.

I went here a few days ago because somebody else was unable to do some minor electrical work on my truck. These guys figured out and fixed my problem in about 20 minutes and also installed a bug shield on the front of my truck and were very friendly and good at what they did. Excellent job and very professional.

A few weeks ago, I went to Arlington on a trip with friends. I found out I got a flat tire, and went here to get it checked out. The guys here marked the screw in it clearly for me. Even though they couldn’t fully fix it for me, they gave me a small patch for it, and told me about the nearby tire place that could help me.
