Jose was super great and very nice and friendly to work with. Paid great attention to detail and cleaned up after the work was completed. Walked us through issues dealing with window balances. Really went the extra mile to take care of us. I managed a hardware store in my previous career and would have loved to had him work with me

Great service and work! Jose came out last month to replace a glass door panel with blinds. He was extremely helpful in the whole process. He said the panel has to be pulled from another location and wont be on hand for another 4-5 days. He called back within minutes after leaving mentioning that they can pull the panel sooner and was out the next day to install the panel. They were done within 30-45 minutes!

I had a bump out condo window with a serious leaking problem. Many other companies wouldn’t look at it since a standard replacement unit was no longer made. When the Glass Doctor rep came out and looked at the window, he provided provided a sequence of three possible methods of addressing the problem ranging starting from a simple caulking, to a complete disassembling of the window and replacement of a joints, and finally, replacement of that window with a custom new replacement window. He then did the caulking and we will see what result will evolve from that. It is great to have an evaluation and a game plan with which to address any continuing leakage problems.

We had Glass Doctors replace three windows with new glass that had dog doors installed in them. My experience with the main office regarding scheduling wasn’t great. They didn’t communicate well and it took three times before the appointment actually came to fruition. However, the guys that came out to give us and estimate were great (sorry I don’t recall their names). And the two gentleman that installed our new glass and dog doors were also very good (Chris Reyes and Edel). It was a long job and they did a great job.

My bedroom window was broken by a neighbor so I tried called a few places to get it repaired, but nobody would come out due to a 3 window minimum I was told. I called Glass doctor and they scheduled an appointment right away. Jose Nieto arrived on time on the scheduled day and repaired the window very professionally and In a timely manner. Our tech, Houston, was right on time and was very professional about the entire job. He wore a mask and gloves the entire time as an unfortunate necessary precaution during this pandemic and gave me the option to ride with him or not as he had to drive the vehicle for several miles to recalibrate the windshield. This is the second time we use Glass Doctor for windshield replacement and I highly recommend them for all glass needs as they consistently outperform their competitors in every way.
