I was able to get an appointment within a few days, whereas the wait for other companies would have been weeks. They came to my place and were very courteous. They were actually a few minutes early for the appointment! The job was finished within an hour. I was very impressed, and also impressed with the low price to replace my entire windshield! I really appreciate the work they did.

My window was punched in on a Sunday morning, and Monday afternoon these guys came out to my place to fix it. Cant say how grateful I am for their speedy, professional, and convenient service- and I got a discount too! Truly 5 stars for 5 Star Glass.

Unfortunately that werent able to service my window do to rust damage around window seal. But staff was friendly and were quick to inform me of my situation.

I was ten minutes late, and the repair men had already left the shop for another job. I called the number on the front of the store and spoke with a woman who went above and beyond to get ahold of one of the technicians. I’d driven by boyfriends car with no rear view mirror across the metroplex, and did not want to drive all the way back without one in a car I never drive. I waited maybe 10 or 15 minutes after calling and a truck drove up walked over to me sitting in the trunk of the car (it was hot that day, and I didn’t want to waste gas sitting in the car) told me to pull it around back. I drive it into the garage, grabbed my purse, was escorted into the office and offered a beverage. It took no time at all for the work to be completed, and I was shocked when I went to pay. The total was around $10, and the men that work here and run the place turned around just to help me out.They did a great job repairing the mirror, and really went out of their way to provide great customer service even though I was late for the appointment.

The gentleman that serviced my truck was GREAT! He was very polite and curious, the only issue I would be mention would be to recalibrate the windshield but besides that I would recommend people to do business with him!!
