What a refreshing change of pace were the customer comes first! My mirror fell off and I called to ask if they could install it and what they charge? They said come in the morning before they get busy and it was free of charge. When my window broke I made an appointment and they are going to take care of that soon.

Oh my goodness...this is the second time I have been here, the last was two years ago. They are incredibly nice...treat you like you matter and you get to hang out in a well appointed waiting room with friendly, but not pushy, kitties and puppies. They dont do customer service here...even better, they treat you like special family. And their prices are more than fair, awesome and thorough job done quickly...why would you go anywhere else? AND they do have a mobile service...but you would be missing out on this friendly place! Made my week...and I really needed it!

Absolutely amazing customer service! From the office staff to the technicians that are working on the vehicles. They are the real deal, hands down! Got me in on the same day, very responsive and thorough! I have HUD and was debating on if I would use a regular windshield or a HUD windshield that cost much more. They put the regular windshield on just so I could see how it looked before they tried the other one. They didn’t push me to the most expensive option, they actually helped me choose. Everyone offered some great advice. In the end, they are saved as my go to for glass repairs, period!!! Nothing like great work, but it makes it better when the people are solid all around. They even had an old school NES! Just go! Even if it’s for a coffee, promise you won’t regret it! Thank y’all! Customer forever!

GO HERE! Prices cannot be beaten. I got a factory MOPAR windshield for less than other places were charging for a generic one! They are extremely helpful here and take care of their customers. Friendly staff and animals inside to greet you too. Got mine done in an hour and a half and tax is included in their price. EXTREMELY SATISFIED.

Went in to get a chip repair on the windshield but it turns out the previous owner already had it repaired. The employee here was very honest and helpful, they could have easily took advantage of my situation and charge me more nothing. To me the honesty and integrity is very important and I will definitely come back with my car if I get anymore rock chips. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Top notch small business that always takes care of me. I have the worst luck with random rocks cracking my windshield, so Ive been here several times. Ive always taken my car in and never had to wait very long. Sweet kitties like to pop in the waiting room and say hello.

I called and was immediately assisted by a nice receptionist. I wanted to come in ASAP to have my front windshield replaced and I was given a same day appointment. I got there on time and was out the door in 30 minutes! Their prices are unbeatable and their staff is exceptionally courteous. Very helpful. Worked with me on time and day, fixed my mirror quickly and inexpensive, and explained the issue. Nice staff who knew when to call a technician to ask for certification on fixing it as well as scheduling so I wasnt sitting around waiting.

I noticed a small chip in my windshield and found Auto Glass Connection on the internet. I called them and they set an appointment for the same day. I arrived and the people were very courteous and were able to take my car right in. When paying, I asked if they had a senior citizens discount and they said yes. The price was extremely reasonable even without the discount. They also have military discounts. I would highly recommend this glass repair shop.

I just left and Im in my car in the parking lot outside my house writing this review. Thats how wonderful they are! I have nothing but good things to say. My windshield was destroyed so it needed to be completely replaced. They quoted me a full $100 less than Safelite. They got me an appointment for the next day ( although they offered same day) and completed the install in less than an hour. Their office staff is super friendly and welcoming and the gentleman who did the replacement was knowledgeable and very friendly as well. 10/10, definitely recommend.

I rarely leave Reviews so this is a 1ST. Researched shops for a new windshield for husbands car since we had bought it all scratched up along with chips and stars. Auto Glass not only replaced it in a timely manner they also billed as quoted. Got my estimate and after calling a few other shops and reading their Reviews I picked this one. Love the new windshield !! Not only will I RECOMMEND AGC to others but will CONTINUE future business as well. Thank you Trish and everyone in the staff. We are very happy and satisfied !!

I had the most awesome experience here. Last night, I was leaving work last night and found that my driver side window was broken. I tried to get in at Safelite, but the earliest they could get it repaired was 7 days away. I called Auto Glass Connection this morning, about 11am, and they got me in at 1pm. I was amazed. They had me in and out within the hour. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful. The guy Brad was awesome too. They took really good care of my car and the window looks exactly like the old one.I just moved to the area by myself, so first impressions mean everything since I dont know anyone for word-of-mouth recommendations. If I ever need window repair, Auto Glass Connection is the only place Ill go to. Theyre awesome!!

Nice folks. Went in to have a rock chip repaired on a used car that I just bought. They inspected it and told me that it had already been repaired, so there was nothing for them to do. They could easily have taken advantage of my ignorance. I’ll go back when it’s time to replace my windshield.

My second time using this company, I used them last year for my 2001 Lincoln LS passenger front window.This time its for my 2006 Lincoln LS front passenger window....Lol. Havent had a problem out of the 01 yet!! So of course Id come back, also I love pets😼🐕

Just finished, in and out in less than an hour and they saw me and had my window ready to install on short notice . Got my window smashed overnight and there were glass shards all over the place in my car so they even did a quick vaccum on the interior, definitely will come back for any other window repair I need.
