The only place my family takes our cars for repair. Super fast, really friendly, and great work. Walter is a good guy to ask for! I was rear ended and he kept me updated the entire time and got my car back to me looking good as new.

Caliber is a great body shop. The inside staff are great communicators and kept me fully involved and really listened. They have a group of guys that can really fix a car as good as new. My paint job was perfect and my new alignment the best I have ever had. They are connected with major insurance companies and handled all the insurance process flawlessly. I plan on recommending this place to everyone. Highly recommend them.

Insurance recommended Caliber after a wreck. Car was not driveable. Walter at caliber walked us through the whole project, made sure that we received a new part when insurance wanted a rebuilt part. He worked to make sure someSecondary damage was also covered by insurance. He called 2-3 times a week to touch base, plus personal emails. Super happy with finished product. Hope I never have to call upon them again but if I do, there’s no doubt where I’ll go. And I’ll follow Walter if he moves to another shop!! Thanks!!

I wont be using this collision repair company anymore. My step daughter took her suv to be worked on and the insurance company said it wasnt going to repair it. This company took it upon themselves to disassemble the suv prior to the insurance adjuster coming out to see the damage. We to the suv out and start assembling the suv cone to find out no bolts we said ok we can go buy some. Now we get to the door mirrors and no door mirrors to be found in the suv. Call the company up get in touch with the guy helping out my step daughter and he turns around and blames the tow truck driver that he was told where the parts and nuts and bolts were at. Fabian at this body shop is putting the blame on the towing company after he tells my step daughter that since the tow truck driver didnt take the stuff they threw them away.

Caliber, and Craigs as it was known, is a great body shop. They have a group of guys that can really fix a car so that you cant tell it was ever damaged. Their paint matching is absolutely perfect.They are well connected with major insurance companies and have a car rental place just a couple of blocks away. Their estimates are accurate the first time.Ive had my cars fixed there for many years now and have been there too many times. But I have a large family and several cars to deal with.You cant go wrong with these people. I highly recommend they.

Im very happy and pleased with the work they did on my Jeep. The most amazing part of it all is that they would keep me updated almost about every day and they would let me know what was being done. I never had to call to check on it and my Jeep looks like new!!! highly recommended....

So far, their hospitality was accuratly pleasant, and the rest will be known once my vehicle is repaired. But, so far, if youre a little stressed with your car situation, and youre not interested in being bullied by rude office personnel, you may want to try here. Caliber took care of 100% of the hail damage on my 2 week old 2020 GMC HD Denali. My truck was back to brand new when repairs were finished. I have used this shop several times over the years and their workmanship is always top notch. Alan Woodall and his team do outstanding work and offer the best in customer service. They make sure you leave happy!

UPDATE!! Allen (owner/manager) contacted us shortly after we posted this review and resolved ALL of our issues!! While the entire process was frustrating, Allen worked hard and quickly at making the situation right! We appreciate that Caliber listened and did the right thing. First review: We brought our car to this Caliber location per our insurance companys recommendation. In order to get an estimate on our rear-end collision, the car was mostly disassembled. The car was deemed totaled by the insurance company (because of age and mileage) and we believe that Caliber assumed that we would surrender the car for salvage. We did not. We asked that the car be reassembled (for which we were charged $180) so that we could take the payout and have the car repaired as it was otherwise in good working condition. When Caliber took our car apart, they broke many body clips, as well as the rear latch and motor - which were both WORKING prior to delivery to Caliber. Caliber has refused to take any positive action to fix this issue. This location is not trustworthy!!!

Marcos Ledezma was extremely helpful with helping me change my windshield wipers. I tried to pay him or give him a tip but he wouldnt take it.

Walter at Caliber was great to work with. He was in contact with me daily to update me on progress.

Did repairs quick and fast and they look good but they were careless with my vehicle. They set something on my center console and now I have three indentions from it now that you can see and feel. They messed up my window tint and scratched it. They had that redone and billed to my insurance for it even though they messed it up. The guy who redid my window tint didn’t look over because I have air bubbles in it also.

The customer service is outstanding compared to another higher rated caliber in the area. I have yet to get service but I wanted an idea of what Im looking at regarding price. The higher rated caliber was rude, short, and not understanding. When I contacted this location they told me their policy is to see the damage but understood where I was coming from and immediately got me in contact with a tech. I will be going in for a better estimate soon because their customer service is fantastic!

We dropped off our truck to get repaired. They said it would be ready Monday but it was not ready, they promised it would be ready Tuesday. On Tuesday it was still not ready we ended up picking it up Wednesday. When they called us at 6pm that it would be ready they still had us waiting 45 min because they said they were cleaning it. I would not recommended going to this location at all. Customer services is awful and they can’t seem to know when your vehicle will be ready for pick up.

Had small repairs done here about 2 years ago. We got the car back and some accessories were missing so somebody there stole them. The manager promised us a gift card. He said he would call us when he had it and he never did. I dont recommend this place.

Richard and the guys really go out of their way to take care of us peeps. You can tell that they go over and beyond rather than just doing their job

Tried to give me a quote for $1,200 dollars for a very small dent that could have been knocked out for a couple of hundred dollars. He had a very bad attitude. A red headed guy with a beard. Dont go here!!!
