My sister and i went to the body shop and were treated nicely and were offered a GOOD PRICE so we handed over our keys and everything was fine BUT TWO MONTHS LATER paint started chipping off/ stretching which i never KNEW was possible. Then the fender started bending and called for a redo giving them benefit of the doubt IT CAME OUT WORSE and it had spray paint, we then took it to another body shop and they said the shop used too much of this cheap material which doesn’t last at all WASTE OF MONEY then we had to pay MORE to redo the fender and paint the RIGHT AWAY, STAY AWAY FROM TEXAS AUTO BODY

Our minivan had damage to the side from a t-bone. This was the only shop that could immediately accept our vehicle and start working on it. The owner kept saying that it will be ready by Friday. When Friday came, it would be ready by Monday. Then, it would be ready Wednesday. It took over a month. He said it was ready. The inside panels werent on, a wheel was missing a lug nut, the side door couldnt open. He tried again and it was better and we needed the van, so we took it. While driving, the rear bumper came off because it had no bolts or anything holding it on. I regret bringing it here. I should have paid more for a professional who knows what hes doing and acts like a professional.

I want to give this business 10 stars!!!!! I had a fender bender with a large object in a parking lot and ended up with a dent on the back bumper. I was devastated, thinking it was purely cosmetic but most likely costly. I took a chance and stopped by Texas Auto Body the same morning just to see what it would cost to fix the dent. These wonderful people fixed it right then and there. You can see that they care about their work and extend the customer service to back it up. I am forever grateful for the fair price and the excellent work performed on my vehicle. Thank you again!!!!!

I cant say anything negative about the shop, but if you deal with the owner in a personal business deal be aware, he does not disclose the entire truth. We recently purchased a used boat from him and he put a vehicle fuel pump in the boat (we didnt know it at the time, but it could have blown up the boat) and the carborator needs replacing as well. He disconnected an alarm for a oil gage which alarms you if its low. He told us he had replaced the fuel pump and carborator yet he couldnt provide receipts for them. Body shop might be okay, but dont trust the guy. If he cant tell the truth personally I wouldnt do business with him. My opinion.

Great group of guys very professional and reasonable prices. Called early this morning due to my car being scraped last night. Owner told me to bring it in. I arrived shop wasnt even open yet and he began to assist me. They removed the paint from my paint and repaired my bumper. Ill definitely be doing business with these guys in the future!

I wouldn’t recommend this place you will get your car fixed but it won’t be right at all. Paid what they wanted and everything was used and a lot of parts that were on my vehicle are missing. To be honest your better off paying a little extra at a more known body shop

They are really decent people who are upfront and honest about what is going on with your vehicle and what is needed to get it fixed. I wouldnt trust my car with anyone else.

I have nothing but praise for the work and customer service I experienced with Sonny at Texas Autobody. Everything was clearly explained, nothing tricky or confusing. Every bit of the process was clearly communicated, even while I was out of state things were still moving quickly. My car looks perfect and was completed extremely quickly!

I am so happy that one day Sonny put his business card on my wrecked car one day! I called him almost 10 months later and he was so quick to help! Not only did he understand my budget but worked fast and was very good at communicating with me on what was wrong with my car and what all he needed to fix and once fixed he showed me all that he had done. Not only do I have my car back after so long but I think I just found my new favorite shop!

I spoke with the owner of this paint shop on 8/1 about a body damage issue to my Lexus. He said bring it in tomorrow and I will have it completed by end of work day. I took my car to the shop around 0400 and they texted me about ten that it was complete. And it was like new again. They did an awesome job. I must admit I was skeptical about one day due to everyone else stating it would be three to four days at a cost of 500 to 1300 dollars. He quoted 300 and it was 300 dollars. They are very professional and very nice. And most of all. He is a man of his word. Great job guys.

I was a little skeptical about proceeding with this place since there were no ratings but the up to $500 deductible coverage drew me in. Calling I got the owner right away, which to me as a business owner was an immediate plus! The claims process, etc went very smoothly and Texas Auto body was nothing short of amazing! They drove the car back to my house (my husband had surgery) and walked us through what the repairs were. Pleased with the service would be putting it lightly! I VERY HIGHLY recommend this body shop not only because they are family run, but because they treat you LIKE FAMILY! 2 thumbs up!!!!

Took my mustang in for some dent and scratches, looked good, NOT EVEN 4 MONTHS my car started having some WEIRD CURVE/BENDING and the paint was FADING COMPLETELY OFF! They gave me a good price But was NOT WORTH IT!

Where to begin? First off they helped me once before by repairing two doors the headlights and a side panel on my car. Six months later I had to go back to them because someone messed up my passenger side door (one of the doors that they had to fix) well they did an excellent job. I 100% recommend their services. Sometimes if u need he will come out PERSONALLY to fix your car. Sonny and his workers were sweet and nice and they just had a great attitude about everything. Not only a great attitude but also great problem-solving skills that exceeded my expectations because of other auto body shops telling me one thing which discouraged with me, but they uplifted my spirits and got me back on the road!

First I dont what kind of service they got ...who ever rated this place a 5 stars. Most likely its there family members and friends. And what I have to say dont let this place fool you by the low estimate they gave you. Here is why.. I have let them fix few minor things on my vehicle and paint it. The vehicle came back worse then they took it and no only that they damage things around and declined they did it. The job they did look like a 5 year did it. its horrible ...now I have to take it some where else not only fix the original issue but the damaged they have done and they are not taking responsibility about. ..definitely I wouldnt recommend this place. Not only that the paint is already coming off. The other shop I took it to, told me because they didnt take there time and do it the right way.

I had a front bumper that needed an urgent replacement. The guys at TX Auto Body were able to get in done quickly, friendly and cheaply in only 1 DAY! I was very satisfied with the work and would recommend them to anyone looking to avoid the major body shops.Just watch out for the shops dog :) LOL

Steve and the guys at Texas Auto Body are great! I just had auto body work done on my Mazda CX7 and my wifes Acadia, and they did excellent work. After taking each of these to the dealerships, we were naturally quoted very high rates. Normally, I would just get the work done, but this time it was over $1,000 for each car. Steve and team did one for $800 and the other for $500, and this was significant damage. I was somewhat skeptical at first, but when they finished them, you couldnt even tell anything had happened to them. Thanks Steve, Frank, and the rest of the team at Texas Auto Body!

Ill start off by saying that they were very polite through out. Ill also say that it may be my fault for asking how soon the service would be done and maybe giving off the impression I wanted it done fast. Also, it may be my fault for not checking the work when picking up.That said, I dont understand how the black paint could chip off on the first day to reveal the original red paint underneath still visually in original condition. I only needed the from lip trim of the front bumper painted, and I had already removed it and would install it myself. I was told that to paint it, it would cost $200 to sand, prep, primer, paint, clear. It looks like all I got was prep, paint and clear.This would probably infuriate other people, but Ill probably just sharpie over it later, even though the piece that flaked off is the size of a quarter. My car is full of scratches and dents anyways, so I didnt bother going back and complaining. Im just writing this as a warning to check the work at time of receiving.

So my daughter took her car in to get fixed. At first it looked like they did a good job but in less than two months the bumper started coming of. The grill was glued and the bumper is one that is previously used. so now he refuses to make it right.. he ordered parts and he refuses to give me copy’s of the receipts.. the clip on the bumper is so flimsy so that only means this bumper was from a car that was wrecked before. Everyone that has done business here please check your stuff there might be duck tape holding it together.

I was involved in a bad wreck a little over a month ago. My spirit was broken and fear set in BC ppl cant drive and ppl dont realize when they hit someone how it may effect their lives. Im much stronger and my faith in God grew. It could have been much worst. So I thank god that my car was able to be repaired. But I thank god for my Life BC that cant be replaced. Absolutely amazing! I was quite speticul as if anyone else would be and Frank broke down everything and works with your budget on what you need specifically, couldnt be any better. I recommend too anyone and verry cooperative and they work with you make sure everything is at your speed. Alot of work to be done on the car and still capable to get it out within less than a week truly They did a excellent job and I couldnt be any happier with there spectacular work. God bless

DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS! I paid cash on my fiancés car to have them fix some scratches in the paint and to fix her side mirror that came detached. THEY USED SPRAY PAINT ON THE SCRATCHES AND USED GLUE TO REMOUNT HER SIDE MIRROR!!! A few months later her side mirror fell off and they never really fixed the scratches. THE PAINT DIDNT MATCH, IT GOT THICK AND RAN IN A FEW PLACES, AND YOU COULD STILL SEE THE SCRATCHES! OH AND I FORGOT THERE WAS OVERSPRAY ALL OVER HER CAR! The owner Steve and his son Steve JR are a couple crooks! Do not get robbed! You are a FOOL if you take your vehicle to these thieves. They said they would fix all the oops that happened and it looked worse after round # 2!

The owner wants to make top dollar on minimal quality vehicles even though he knows the law doesnt allow for him to sell salvaged title cars for excellent conditioned ones...not the business at all but if you need your car fixed Pep Boys is across the street...or if you really want to have interesting conversation then this is the place

I like The guys at Texas Auto Body. They are very up front and dont bullsh!t when it comes to doing business. They dont make any promises they cant keep. Ive delt with corporate offices like service king that tell you we cant help you after you sign the receipt these guys are professional they might be a little rough around the edges as for their statue. But its bodywork! Its automotive business. If you want a fancy diner you go to a fancy restraunt that is over priced and your still hungry. But if you want good service and hard workers and dont have time for games I would suggest these guys. Just watch out for the boss of the shop her name is coco 😆 but they did such a great job on my family car that now their doing my old school classic ride thanks a lot guys cant wait to see my classic outcome..

They offer quick turnaround time but service is not what I expected extremely poor workmanship not recommended for any body work found out they had busted my windshield never told me as well as many other issues I had to go show my truck to the bank that is carrying the loan and the said its insurance fraud and considering filing on it

Cheap paint, shoddy workmanship. Used parts and I was supposed to get a loner car from them but theirs was out i ended up getting a rental car and paying for it upon return and they failed to reimburse as promised. Paid for a 7000$ job not worth 2k

THEY DID NOT REPLACE PARTS AS THEY SHOULD ACCORDING TO THE ESTIMATE, I WILL NOT USE THEY AGAIN AND WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE USE THEM.
