They did a great job replacing my windshield. They were on point with service and keeping me updated. Manager helped me from the beginning, started on my car because his techs were busy then a tech finished it out when he became available.Super friendly employees and will get you in and out in a timely manner.

I had previous damage to my windshield that safelite had repaired, the tech ethan showed up and decided not to repair the previous damage, when i asked for a report of the windshield he wouldnt answer my calls or responsed to my text, when i called their coorperate office, i went through series of recorded message before the automated system hung up ....... NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS FLY BY NIGHT OUT FIT
I had a small chip in my windshield. They came and filled it and a few weeks later it started cracking again. I was told they wont re-repair a chip, that my whole windshield would need replaced (this crack is still less than an inch). You would think they would warranty their work, but I guess not. So instead of fixing what they didnt fix correctly the first time they want to replace the whole windshield which would cost me my $995 deductible. I guess thats one way to make money. Highly dissatisfied.
Scheduled an AM drop off and was told I could pick up at 5. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am, returned at 4:45 and they hadnt touched my car. No apology from the front desk- just told me they didnt get to it and you can reschedule your appointment. I had to schedule rides to pick me up and drop me off to get this done. They didnt call and say they were overbooked, they didnt apologize and they didnt offer a solution. Terrible customer service.
Fernando did a great job for my FJ Cruiser windshield replacement. They were all really busy but took the time required to do it right and he explained instructions to ensure proper setting and listened well and answered all questions. Then a month later, I got a chip in that new windshield and Latrice was super nice, and Aaron did a beautiful job on repair.
No one likes having to get there windshield replaced esp. in a new car. My windshield got chipped as I was diving down the interstate. Your location was the closest to were I live. I went there the first time and was told I had to get my windshield replaced. Now I work Monday to Friday so I could only schedule for the work to be done on a Saturday at 1: 00 pm.I was there before my appointment and dropped off my car. I got a phone call shortly after 3 pm and was told that the job could not be finished because the person who did a certain job left at 3 and they just got though putting the window at 3:05 pm. I was told I had to bring my car in the next week, so that is what I did this Saturday. Oh, and I was told by one of your workers that they could charge me the co-payment even though the job was not fully done that you did put the window in. I showed up early again, my appointment was at 1 pm again. This time I waited for my car, which they did not come to get until 1:40 pm. I was told that the job would take only 40 min. after about 20 min. I was told that the tech had read the orders wrong and it took them that long to figure it out. It was about 3 pm and my car was done.Oh I have a new window, and I could of understood if it had taken only 2 trips or if what your techs had read the orders correctly and done what was needed the first time.
First, the work that was completed was excellent. The glass placement was done well, no issues I think they do a fantastic job replacing glass. I would recommend them for this reason.However that being said I am only able to give 3 stars because of the service I received. I was an overnight drop off to fix my windshield and the back passenger side window. I dropped my car off on Friday night and they were very accommodating, pulling my car in and accepting even when I was a few moments after 5. The next morning I called to ask if everything was alright and if my car would be done today, I spoke to an answering service and they said yes, they were back logged today but my car would 100% be done same day. I had not heard anything so I called back again around noon and was again assured that my car would be ready before EOB. I then called again at 4:30 (they close at 5) to see when the car would be ready. After an extended hold I was transfered to the shop for the first time that day where I was informed that the wrong glass was ordered and I could not have the back window fixed. Now it was smashed in when someone broke into my car, and this is Texas in August (100°) so this made my car undrivable. No one thought to even look at my car all day until 10 mins to closing time they told me I could not have my car back that day. There could have been a call made at any point through the day, however they left me last moment without a car and having to spend an additional 150 per day out of pocket to rent a car for the weekend (holiday weekend). This is unacceptable, they should be looking at the overnight drop off cars in the morning when they open to ensure that work can be completed because in the store managers words this happens ALL THE TIME. Just a horrid experience, and at the end no concession when I picked up my car, the manager didnt bother to speak with me, he was just absent although he was in his office I could see. Just a terrible customer service experience, very sad.

I didnt this safelite was a well managed one. I called safelite several time to try an let them know we were running behind. There was an accident that was making us run behind schedule. The first time I called, someone picked up the phone but never answered. The second and third time, no one freaking picked up the phone. Im not a fan of the customer service and need to get it together. Never again!
Took 3 appointments to get the windshield replaced correctly. Now I find out they incorrectly reinstalled the wiper blade arms. The blades are hitting the side pillar when turn on. The bad part is you cant talk to anyone, all you can do is make an appointment on line and they are are booked for 3 weeks.
Fast and efficient. Same day service, in and out within an hour on a Friday. I had a chip that I needed fixed before it spread and they fixed it. It also came with a 6 month warranty.
My appointment was set two or three days before I arrive to Safelite waiting around for another hour and 30 minutes so finally the glass technician told me my new windshield came in broke so what you’re telling me is nobody did a quality check you had two days to make it right ughh This place is garbage wasted a perfectly good Friday now I have to do it all over again next week…
Had a chip turn into a long crack. Safelight handled my insurance claim. They replaced my windshield. I was in and out of there in an hour and a half even when they were very busy. A very professional operation they run.

Do NOT use this place. I made an appt to pay out of pocket to replace and recalibrate my windshield which was going to be around $750. I made the appt 2 weeks in advance so that I could go on a Saturday and not have to take off work. I had to drive 40 mins from my house which is the nearest and my ride had to drive that far as well because they “recommend” you not wait for your car because it can take hours. After leaving I receive a phone call that the windshield replacement was damaged. While I understand these things happen. They should NOT await until you arrive to inspect the glass. Complete and utter waste of my time. The guy behind the counter barely apologized and tried to set up another appt. No thank you. I’ll take my $750 elsewhere, that actually thinks about the customer. Do NOT recommend. Save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere else. Very unprofessional!

When you pay out of pocket, their prices are double what you pay at independently owned glass shops! Shop around ! You will be shocked at the lower prices youll get from others!

After prepayment and scheduling, their website advised that you can drop your keys off in the drop box near the front entrance. Be advised, it is non existent. You cant drop off and go, until after business hours.
Ive had experience with Safelite previously. The ease of online determination of needs and services, appointment time-line, and services make the process not only quick but easy. The quality and guaranteed results are reliably predictable. Options for payments are also convenient, as are services locations, i.e. mobile or in shops. For auto glass and accessory repair/replacement, Safelite cant be beat.

Customer service wasnt great. I wasnt spoken to when I walked in. I was told to have a seat and a technician would come take my keys. While Im waiting I noticed when other people came in the service was explained in detail, they were offered something to drink and even shown a model windshield to know what to expect. 20 minutes passed and nobody came so I asked the manager and he starts screaming at the worker to get it done. My technician was Matthew Martinez and he was absolutely amazing! My car is brand new so obviously I didnt want a big crack showing. You literally cant tell it was ever cracked by a rock. He did such a good job and when he came to get my keys he explained eveything in detail. He underpromised and overdelivered”. I would only come back to this location just to use him.

But because I signed a waiver, they aren’t responsible, but I got a call today saying they would apply my deductible (which was 0) to a new windshield. Shady. Don’t ever use a company that won’t back their services 100%

They came to my work place and the installation itself was fine but there was an issue with my rear view mirror and I tried contacting the company 5 different ways and I could not get through to a person and it took customer service 4 days to email back to me. In the email they gave me phone number to call but that phone number just hangs up on you. Also my windows were extremely dirty and hard to see out of along with tape residue that I will have to buy a cleaner to remove it.

I meant to leave this review a while back but kept forgetting! We arrived a bit early for our appointment and the guy at the front was a bit prickly but whatever! Our windshield took Mad Long! We walked to a few stores and got a bite to eat. When returned the ride still wasnt ready! For our trouble the nice gentleman who worked on our ride gave us glass cleaner for both of our vehicles and apologized for the wait! New windshield looks awesome!

Had to go in to the shop for my windshield replacement because my car has an active driver assist system. This was during the covid-19. Shop was meticulous and clean. Signs everywhere advising of precautions. Staff was all so polite and knowledgeable. They fully explained what to expect and how long it may take. They did great work.

I was told it would be about 1 to 1 &1/2 hours to wait, but I dont think it took the most time to fix my Windshield and replace my wipers.I am extremely satisfied with the work done and will continue to use and recommend this service.

I just spent over $2000 having windows replaced. They had my car for 4 days and never called to update or say my windows werent in and of course with covid you cant get anyone on the phone. Upon receiving my car back my rear windshield assembly is missing which they claim it came in without but I know better because I was using the windshield wipers to hold down the tarp over my car during the rain and to keep cats out. Part of the assembly is laying in my trunk as well. Also when I would turn my vents on glass blew out at me for over a week. There was glass in all my door compartments, you would figure having the car that long they could at least get the glass vacuumed out. I have emailed, I have tried calling and I took the survey and still havent been contacted by anyone this was weeks ago. Anyone that knows me I am a frequent flyer on windshield replacement and they have lost my business. This isnt the first time they have replaced windows for me. Last time they replaced the rear window they put the assembly upside down so it was swiping the tailgate but they did send someone to fix that quickly.
I can’t click less than one star unfortunately. Far and wide the most incompetent customer service I have ever dealt with. And this morning, upon discovering that after two tries they still have ordered the wrong windshield for my van, the lady I dealt with at the counter at the Arlington location was so so so rude it was unbelievable. And I could see the manager watching it unfold from his office but he never took the tome to condescend to the counter to help (I might add that the manager was very rude with the other lady working the counter when she went back and seemed to ask a question. His reply was curt and loud enough I heard it.) Awful. Just awful. I’ll NEVER use their service again. And if you’re smart you won’t either.
The entire staff was very nice but Aaron is the person that handled my car repair and he was wonderful! He went above and beyond regarding my car. I honestly have never experienced a better customer service anywhere and I go to a lot of places! I would certainly recommend this place!

Drivers side window actuator broke so scheduled an appointment for a Thurs they call day before the appt and reschedule for 4 more days from Thurs telling me they ordered the wrong motor. I didnt need a motor so here Im sitting and worrying its gonna rain in my truck for over a week because they didnt listen

The work done was excellent. I had made an appointment and was not required to wait for the service to begin. The time frame estimated for completing the work was completely accurate. Not only does the new windshield look great, the technician was able to remove the registration sticker from the damaged windshield and put it on the new one. Since wait times can be lengthy, it would have been nice if there be a public WiFi hotspot available. There isnt.

Brought my GL550 for a small pinpoint crack from a small stone, now I have a big crack running up the windshield. Bad thing is, they make you sign a waiver that this can happen, and it did! Now I have i have to replace the whole thing.

I needed a windshield replacement on my F150 after a crack spread from top to bottom on it. I easily scheduled a replacement appointment at the shop. The location was convenient and easy to reach. Upon arrival, the shop was clean, stocked with assorted beverages, and had TVs. I had selected a drop off appointment during scheduling, but the office staff let me know they could have some no-shows for appointments at the next hour of I wanted to wait. This turned out to be the case and within ten minutes, my truck was pulled in for service. The technician introduced himself to me and explained the process and warranty prior to starting the work. He estimated the process would take one to one and a half hours. As promised, my truck was ready to go in about 80 minutes. The staff was very courteous the whole time. The price ended up being cheaper than expected even though I did not use my insurance! All my expectations were exceeded in this service visit. I will definitely return to Safelight if I ever need my any of my auto glass repaired or replaced in the future!
They gave me wrong times to show up and were not thorough of contacting me before makeing a decision, they replaced my front windshield instead of repairing the chip, they said it would take 2 hours turned into 4 going on five as im waiting here writing this, and they sent me a text message saying it was complete an hour ago i talked to the front desk and they said theyll come get me so i continued waiting outside in the heat with no shade because theyre full inside as im looking at my car right in front of me finished. And this is probably going to make my insurance go up all because the truck driver had no mudd flaps.
This review is not for the technicians but the customer service representatives at the reception desk. I entered this location was asked my name and asked to sign a document. Not explained anything. Just told theyll be with me. Well I noticed three other people come in after me and are asked multiple questions explained the service they will be receiving and offered beverages. After observing this I ask one of the reps to explain what service Im getting. I get told a replacement which I am now told by the technician I dont need I actually just need a repair. This rep. just assumed the service I needed didnt ask me any questions or anything. The technician was actually nice and knowledgeable too bad they dont have this kind of service in their reception area. This location is closer to me but from now on if I need repairs Ill go out of my way to go somewhere else. I dont like that I was treated differently.
Seems like they tweaked my wiper blade arms because they sit too high and too low despite adjustments after they touched them. Also left a gap between my dash and windshield (I can put my hand underneath my dash now). Rookies working bere.

They exceeded my expectations, I wish my dealership took care of me as much as they did. They did a great job on my windshield. At first I was disappointed because I didnt know what to expect and after they explained to me what it is they really do, I was worried I wasnt going to be happy with the outcome. I do a lot of freeway driving and all of my cars have gotten chips in the windshield which have later cracked all the way across. I had heard of Safelite on TV commercials but never thought to give them a try. I was seriously astounded by this entire process and the end results. Initially I was upset they were not open on Saturdays but I enjoyed my time there. They were quick too. This place impressed me on how well they operate in comparison to other establishments. It was so clean inside and it smelled nice too. They have an area for refreshments and the receptionist was nice. The technicians were nice as well. I had a wonderful experience.
I recently had my windshield replaced with Safelite and my entire experience was absolutely awesome! I scheduled my appointment online which was totally convenient. Upon arriving I was greeted by a Safelite team member who explained the approximate wait time for the procedure and directed me to the spacious waiting area where they provided beverages and had a restroom nearby. I was able to sit in an area where they provided an electrical outlet so I could plug in my electronic devices while I waited. I waited a total of 2 hours which was expected. When I received my vehicle back I was very pleased with the quality of work that was done as well as the fact that the technician had cleaned all of my windows! The entire process was seamless and if the need ever arise to utilize Safelite again, I would definitely go back to this location!
Cool process. They let me watch as they applied the machine to the windshield to fix a chip. Hopefully wont have to be back but will come here 1st should another chip happen.

Aaron made what would have been a cumbersome-but-necessary errand (replacing my front windshield) into an excellent customer service experience. He was so personable and kind that Im writing a review just to share that with everyone. But while Im here, Ill also tell you that the waiting area has coffee, tea, a small fridge filled with other drinks, and snacks to hold you over while your glass is being worked on. Unfortunately, because it is not a very large space, there is little-to-no discretion when it comes to your prices and services. You will know who needs what done and at what cost, and they will know the same about you.
This place is AMAZING!! They will go above and beyond without being asked, simply because they seem to care. They do amazing work, in and out as quick as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks Arlington team!!!

I called about having my driver side window fixed & twice, the technician told me that they didnt have a window so schedule it for the next week. Second time, tech says that his technician van broke down and have to wait another week, I got tired of waiting so I decided to find another company to get my window for much cheaper & to have a friend to put it in for almost nothing.
