They checked in twice just to make sure I was still interested. They had a fob made for me, some touch up paint, and also had new tires installed to correct an issue with it pulling to the left. Easy to work with, everyone was very friendly, facility was clean and well maintained, staff was easy to work with and went above and beyond. Great buying experience, will definitely return for another car in the future. Got a 2013 Kia Sportage with 59,000 miles for a very respectable price.

She was never questioned or pressured to purchase anything else or in addition to the vehicle she picked out. Everyone was very nice, there was not the sleazy, high-pressure, “give me all your money” vibe but rather a family owned, let’s have a conversation and meet my dogs atmosphere. This dealership removes the reviews that are not positive. I had a very bad experience with this dealership and we left a truthful review with all honesty. And of course it disappeared. I will never trust this dealership again inside they were just awesome they were phenomenal. Once we got the car home soon developed some major problems. Ron is a run around artist, And John was short and disrespectful and his comments. Never again

And with this vehicle that I got being my first car I needed to make sure that it was reliable good and I was putting all of my money into it so I wanted to make sure that I would enjoy it. And what I got was an absolutely amazing deal through Mega, even other places around it if you look at the reviews they show that other places well always hide things. And throughout the whole process of me getting the vehicle I knew that I was getting an amazing deal. The mechanic looked through the vehicle to make sure that it was in high-quality condition and running beautifully. And it truly was and is flawless. I also looked up values of the car and they made sure that no matter what it was an amazing value and even with their warranty services they have a professional mechanic there who works on vehicles like BMW and Audi and Mercedes Who even my grandfather said he would trust with his vehicle without even a second thought. So I felt confident knowing that no matter what with the warranty through even if there was an issue it would be fixed without a problem and with the assurance of having a mechanic who knows how to work on those vehicles. So if you’re looking to get a car an SUV or any type of vehicle I would recommend here, you will never find a better place. Even some of the BMW and Audi, Mercedes dealerships that I was looking at looked all amazing but when I compared the prices the quality of the vehicle and how it drove in comparison to the dealership vehicles there was no comparison. Excellent pickup buying experience! Ron, the salesman, was very helpful, thorough and friendly throughout the whole process. When I first called in about the pickup I saw online he told me he had another one that was an even better deal. When I stopped in several days later to look at both pickups it was just as he said. I bought the one he said was the better deal. The price was very reasonable. The sales manager was also friendly and pleasant to work with. The mechanic patiently stood out in the drizzle replacing the wiper blades that Ron decided werent quite what they should be. I recommend Mega Motor Works for your next purchase.

The car I bought is great so far. The people working there are horrible. Rick was supposed to pay off our previous loan and keeps coming up with excuses. He is very smug when you complain to him about the way he does his job. When asked what was taking so long on the loan he said well I will just tell them to stop processing it then. NICE ATTITUDE. The money for the refinance has been received by them but apparently they cant handle money and have no money left. Ron keeps passing the buck and says I dont remember saying that. Rory the owner is never there to complain too and when he is there he doesnt say anything. Mel sits st the desk and doesnt seem to have any concept of what is going on either. They cant keep help due to inability to pay them. I am very disgusted by this whole situation and will never buy from them again. It is time to start being people oriented and do your job and follow through on your promises.

I was not actually looking to purchase a new vehicle when I did, but when I took my 08 Chevy Colorado for a test drive, I knew I wanted it right then. I worked with Mike and Ron who were both fabulous in professionalism and honesty. They were extremely helpful in finding a way to make this purchase affordable as I have other medical expenses to take care of. They also went the extra mile to fix a minor flaw in the windshield. Kudos.

Bought a nice car from them no pressure! After had it for a week or so a couple minor problems came up. Matt took care of me even though it took a few times but they even gave me a loaner for the weekend so they had time to work on it also for the part to come in. They seem to have nice clean quality cars i would definitely return when need to look or buy a car again!

Worst experience ever! December 2014 we got a flyer. Of course won nothing but was told 1 vehicle and 1 only fit out budget. Really hard closed. Our vehicle was falling apart and had no choice but to trade in and get another. Being first time buying, it sounded really great until the weeks followed when promises were unfulfilled. The guy who closed the deal and had written promises never was working conveniently for weeks after. Nobody else in office knew anything and refused to help. Will never ever give a referral to this place again, no matter what.

I purchased a vehicle there and i had problems with it after 2 weeks of buying the vehicle and now they want me to pay for it to get fixed. I have the extended warranty on the vehicle. I had brought it in 4 different time to have it looked at.Not a good place to buy a car!! I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle there.

Im not even sure where I should start because this dealership and the bank THEY had me financed through screwed me over so bad. I got the car March of 2015 everything went great for the first 6 months, and so I thought. Sept. of 2015 I refinance my car through Prospera Credit Union and when the lady there looked at my paperwork that I had sign she noticed that some of the things didnt add up. The paper work said that I traded in a car WHICH I didnt, and there was a 900$ fee that was charged for no reason at all because the reason WASNT written down, and all these other things. She gave my paper works to HER BOSS to look at and said that even though some of the information arent true the numbers add up and because those numbers add up theres nothing I can do about it. I went back trying to cancel my warranty and gap but they werent much of a help. They pretty much was giving me the run around. So I had Prospera call the mangers and the lady Mel, but they were getting the run around as well and the previous manger Mike told them to stop calling them because they did what they could, but when we called Santader (where I first financed) they were saying that the dealership never sent in the cancellation, so after another 6 months of the run around Ive decided to take things into my own hands, and got the paper works I needed and sent in my cancellation MYSELF. And NOW, May 2016, Im STILL waiting for my refund. Ive made calls many times to both the dealership and the bank and I was told that two different stories along with getting the run around AGAIN! Not just that but Mel was just laughing about the situation which I myself didnt find funny. Over all my experiences there was terrible, the services was terrible everything was. If I had a choice I wouldnt even bother giving them a star at all. For everyone out there I would suggest you to go else where because theyre dishonest, unprofessional, and they dont know what theyre doing.

Dishonest....The car lot Had a promotion where theyd mailed out a flyer with attached pull tab.I WON the $2000.00 CASH prize per my pull tab.When I went to the dealer to collect, was told that I had not won, but was now entered for the big prize.Showed the pull tab to several people, and ALL agreed it was a winning ticket...They tried hard to sell me a car as long as I was there...Not sure how trustworthy these people would be if you bought a vehicle from them...My life experience has taught me integrity isnt something you turn on, and off....Picture of ticket is shown on my Google profile...

Guy knew nothing about cars, was unable to get an 04 Grand Prix to turn over, and he tells me to give it some gas. Hello! Fuel injection? Also kept referring to stuff he had done or was working on w/ this car, like I should know their mechanics, sales reps, etc. just a complete joke!
