We took our Lexus 300h here yesterday. From the genuine greet, to the above-and-beyond service, to accomidating our two kiddos in the play area. Everyone was kind and professional. We have worked with several Lexus service centers and this location, which is 2 hours away from where we live, is by far the best. Definitely a first-class experience! We will be back for our next service!
Getting a car might not be a big deal to some but it is and was everything to my mom. My mom has never had a new car and has always dreamed of owning a Lexus. Finally, at the age of 50 she decided to make her own dreams come true and purchase her dream car. Unfortunately, the car market has been difficult and buying a car seems impossible these days. Rick Bergstrom went out of his way to find my mom her dream car! It was such a pleasure working with Rick. He was very understanding and compassionate. In these tough times, we need more compassion. I was interested in buying a vehicle and in the end I did end up purchasing it a couple months back. But I work a 10hr shift so the salesman was playing a lot of phone tag with me and everytime I would call on my break I would always get them saying he was busy. So then we went to email it didnt get better. Instead of getting all the info upfront of everything I needed to know, I had to keep asking question after question. Sometimes my questions wouldnt even get answered so I had to ask them again in the email. Im not sure why this had happened but it rubbed me in the wrong direction.Edit: Ill give two stars because when I actually was there face to face I had a totally different salesman and he seemed awesome at helping me out with more questions I had. This was in the early stages of considering the vehicle I had purchased.
Don’t buy from here. Their inexperienced sales staff sugar coats the warranties, and their device team is horrible. Not only that, when you complain they will no longer service your vehicle as they think they are better than everyone else.You are far better off going to Milwaukee for better pricing, and better service: ask around, trust me

I just wanna tell everyone about my experience with Bergstrom Lexus. I came in a few weeks ago wanting to buy a used 2008 Lexus LS 460. All of the staff was very nice and professional. I worked directly with Eric the financial manager, and Andy the car salesman. Let me tell you; these guys are literally great people. With a far-from perfect credit score they were able to get me going in a beautiful car. When I arrived the first time I wanted the 2008 Lexus, but ended up driving away in a 2015. I had no clue that someone would approve me for such a car because of my credit history back in my early years. I can recall Eric the financial manager making calls all through the day for about 2-3 days just to get me going. Several banks put up walls, but Eric and Andy got the job done with a decent APR. Ive worked in dealerships in the past, but Ive never seen such a hard working group of people like the guys at Bergstrom Lexus in Appleton. I highly recommend this dealership. If youre thinking of getting a new car, check these guys out. I wanna thank you all again.

We live in Texas and were on the market for a new red RX350 AWD. Not able to find such a vehicle locally at the time. Searched the internet and found the Lexus Plus program, where a dozen Lexus sponsored dealers - throughout the nation - providing upfront, straight up, and no haggle pricing.We found 3 Lexus Plus dealers having the vehicles we are interested in - both Bergstrom and Lehigh Valley having better pricing and the 3rd dealer with a less than ideal discount. Reached out to all 3 dealers, Bergstrom was the 1st to respond. Long story short, the vehicle is what we wanted, published price honored, and vehicle delivered in 48 hours.Had we purchased from a local dealer, we would likely have to pay $2,000 extra for a vehicle of the same configuration/option/package yet with our 2nd choice color.
I am a customer service manager so I tend to be a little judgmental when it comes to good customer service. I have owned my Lexus now for 2 years and have been in and out of the dealership and have spoken to or worked with a good majority of the people there. I have nothing but good things to say about Lexus. I have been using them for many years. The person who makes the biggest impression will be your service manager. I always use Stewart Wong. He is attentive and sincere. I trust his recommendations and he has often suggested I not have a part replaced or service performed as my car did not appear to need it at that time. He even once took it upon himself to have a door ding removed while my car was in the shop, no charge. This is why I continue to work with Stewart. I recently purchased a pickup truck and I immediately felt the difference in the level of service I was receiving from the service people at the truck dealership compared to Lexus. I knew this would happen and actually visited Lexus to consider purchasing the GX 460 before deciding on the truck. The pickup is more functional for my needs but I truly miss the service. Fortunately, we still own 2 Lexus vehicles.
Ive been going to Bergstrom Lexus for my oil change and tire rotation for about 2 years now. Each and every time I am treated how a customer should be treated. Greeted with a handshake, confirmation of why Im there, shown to the lounge for a soda or coffee, if desired. Checked on, at least once during that time, and updated as to the status of my vehicle. The reason why I bring up all these points is to show that this happens every time: not on a hit and miss basis, but every time!Oh, and by the way, I do not own a Lexus. I have Toyota Camry. Experiencing that level of service with thats not my brand shows the dedication every employee has to their product. Perhaps to influence me to the Lexus brand. Awful customer service. I ordered a replacement key for my son who lives in Green Bay. The parts guy I spoke with said they could bring it to GB on one of their delivery runs. They would call my son to arrange pick up the next day (Saturday). No one ever called. I called back and someone different said they couldnt do it until Monday but someone would call to arrange a pick up spot. No one called again. We called again and they kept saying they will work it out with my son, but they never did. A week went by, we called yet again and finally someone said they could overnight the key and we asked why didnt they offer that before. That was almost a week ago and the key is still sitting on their shelf because they said we never gave them the address. I had done that 5 days ago. Almost two weeks have gone by and my son still doesnt have his $100 replacement key. What a joke the parts department is. Im pretty sure no one has a clue there.

Bergstrom Lexus has provided an excellent ownership experience from the sale, delivery and service of a new vehicle.SALES: When searching for a new vehicle my wife and I stopped at Bergstrom Lexus to take a close look at an NX300. Upon entering the showroom, we were immediately greeted by Andy Wankey and he asked how he could help us. After a quick introduction and explanation of the model we were interested in, Andy took us to an NX300 that was on the showroom floor and allowed us to look it over by ourselves. Andy stopped back approximately fifteen minutes later to check in on us and answered several questions that we had. Andy offered a test drive of another NX300 that was outside, but we declined until we had the opportunity to research the vehicle further.After reading reviews of both the vehicle and dealership we called Andy three days later to set-up a time for a test drive. When we arrived for our appointment, Andy again promptly greeted us at the door and an NX300 with the equipment options we were interested in was pulled up to the front entrance for the test drive. Upon returning from the test drive, we discussed a few additional options, potential trade in, vehicle availability and current promotions being offered by Lexus. The vehicle with the color and equipment packages we wanted wasnt in stock, but Andy searched for and found that specific NX300 and it was already in transit to Wisconsin from Lexus to fulfill a stock order. We reviewed the pricing of that vehicle, put a deposit down and signed the paperwork.Andy provided updates via email until the NX300 arrived at Bergstrom Lexus. The Lexus Plus sales process was very straight forward, stress free and Andy did an exceptional job for us.DELIVERY: An appointment was scheduled for delivery of the NX300 and after finalizing the paperwork with Andy, I was introduced to Jesse Frederickson, the Lexus Delivery Specialist. Jesse has the responsibility of providing buyers with an overview of the functionality of the their vehicle. The content of our appointment focused on technology. Jesse does a great job of gauging his guests level of understanding and tailors the discussion to that individual. No need to worry if you dont remember what you learned, as youll be provided with highlighted notes that you can keep in the vehicle for future reference. In addition, Jesse was easily accessible via email, phone or in person to answer any question I had after the delivery appointment. In my opinion, this was one of the most important aspects of the new vehicle experience as it sets the foundation for your initial impression of the vehicle when you drive it home from the dealership.SERVICE: There was a minor cosmetic blemish on the vehicle that needed to be addressed after we had taken delivery. I have owned a Lexus vehicle for over 15 years. My current vehicle is a 450h. It is 7 years old. I have no plans on replacing it yet. Last weekend my battery reached its lifetime limit. We were up north with a dead car. We called Lexus of Appleton and my special service manager, Stewart Wong was working. He talked us through how to jump my battery and to proceed from there. If that hadn’t worked he was already thinking about a plan of action to get the car and us back to Appleton.We dropped the car of in the lot Sunday night and on Monday morning at 8 am Stewart called me with the problem and how to fix it. He offered transportation help until my car willl be ready.My husband asked me if I had any desire to look at other brands of cars since we were out at the Bergstrom lot. Without hesitation I said, I really can’t leave Stewart. To which my husband replied” Stewart certainly has been awfully good to us. Minutes before closing on a Saturday, I brought my car in to have a turn signal fixed. Not only did Peter the service manager not moan about my last minute appearance, he also had my car washed (after a nasty winter)! Thats what I call customer delight - getting something unexpected.

Bergstrom Lexus is simply the best place to buy a car period. Why? It starts with the owners commitment to service excellence that he instills in all of his staff. But what a staff! Our experience was made the best ever by Sales Manager Eric Schultz. Ive purchased or leased 25 cars and trucks in my life and never have I been treated so well by a sales department. I am A Urologic Surgeon and make a decent living but after 1 million in out of pocket medical costs for my wife our finances were drained and credit score was low. Eric dug right in and helped us find financing and choose the best car for us. Other car dealerships lookedwith disdain at our credit score and basically told us to get lost. Eric treated us like royalty, not knowing us at all. The upshot is we are tremendously pleased with our car and in a few months as finances improve, we will be back to buy another! His sales assisstant Andy was tremendous as was the whole staff. I lknow people! Its my job to read and understand people. This is a GENUINELY CARING,HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND TRAINED STAFF THAT DESERVES HIGHEST MARKS. THANKS SO MUCH ERIC!! THANKS BERGSTROM!!

The most poorest customer service and style of cooperation with the customer, wich I.ve ever met!!! After my first email to them I get a salesperson Andrew Wayne with proposition to asist me, but when I explained him that Im interesting to trade in my car with backbuy history for their Lexus, he really began to dissappeared. I tryed to rich him by phone, write emails... Rare answers about nothing.; they, financial departmentnot allowed..etc. After my week time of catching him, they rised the price of the car, which I was interested about for $5000!!! without any notice. Shame, disrespect and undignified, for such high brand as Lexus, service.People, just run away from that place. Let they simply begin to learn their salesman, such as Andrew Wayne!

Wife bought her car with me last March. One of the items we asked if the navigation was also updated since we are new in the state and was told that the car was updated and have passed all necessary inspections and fixes before it will mark as L/Certified. More than a week after that, we found out that the nav system was outdated (6-1-13, which was 4 years old). Called them up, explained the situation and I was told that its not part of the certification process and not part of the warranty even after I explained to them that my sister-in-law bought L/Certified from another dealer and her nav was updated too. They wanted me pay $350 just to update it. On my next purchase, Ill make sure to put everything in writing.
We had a great experience with the sale associate Allie England. To bad Eric Schultz the NEW CAR SALES MANAGER ruined the experience. Allie was helpful, friendly no pressure. We were trading in a more loaded 2017 MDX for a 2018 GX460 with less features. After hearing that our trade would be 37,000-39,000 we decided to just keep the MDX. Over a week went by and Allie kept in touch with us, gave us a great lease options and told us we could get in the low 40,000 for a trade in on our car. We decided to go back and drive the GX460 again and see our actual trade offer. The trade in price was not bad but we wanted to get 1000 more. In our opinion that would make it worth it. We are the customers that is what we wanted. If they couldnt do it or didnt want to just say that. Instead Eric came in introduced himself then proceeded to yell at me and my husband about what our vehicle is worth. He said he already gave us 1,000 more than he wanted to give us for our MDX. He was very condescending asking us why we need that 1,000 dollars. Why would we loose a deal for 1,000 dollars? WHY would YOU?!!! We walked because of his treatment of us. Allie was a professional and very nice. 1 hour later they called and offered us 1000 dollars more on our trade, but sorry I am not going to be treated like that and spend money at your business. I dont know why he thought that was the right approach to take. It was very unprofessional and they lost my business forever! The 2 stars are for Allie otherwise it would be 0.
I decided to simplify my life and wanted to downsize my car. For the past several years, I have driven a 2011 BMW 750Li X-Drive large sedan. The car was not a daily driver and it was treated like a thoroughbred by me during the time I had it. This car was the smoothest ride I ever had, and due to its size, the speed was very deceptive. So, I looked around at other luxury brands and my wifes sister and husband have owned a number of Lexus ES sedans. Wanting something a bit more sporty, I started looking at Lexus GS350s. My BMW exterior was space metallic gray and I wanted a GS350 roughly the same color. Bergstrom Lexus had one listed online and I sent in an e-mail query. Andrew Wankey responded to me and we set up an appointment on Aug. 31, 2018 to see it and my plan was to trade the BMW in rather than sell it on my own.The car we saw was a 2015 Lexus GS350 F-Sport. A very sporty car with low profile tires and staggered set-up wheels. The rear tires were a bit wider than the front. The car was a metallic pewter color, very similar to my BMW. However, the interior was a cabernet color, kind of a dark salmon. The car is much narrower and shorter than the BMW and could easily accommodate 4 adults. The V-6 engine had a bit of pep to it. The car has 4 driving modes: Sport; Sport 2; Eco; and Normal. I drove it in Normal and with the lower profile tires, the ride seemed a bit stiff.The Bergstrom Lexus dealership is under extensive remodeling both inside and out. A central area where the Parts Department is located looked like a formal living room, with a couch and chairs, flanked by some gaming tables with chairs. A small refrigerator was loaded with soda and water. There was a coffee machine and cookies, and even a jar of dog treats. A big flat panel TV was mounted on the wall and under it was a fireplace.Andrew had someone take a look at our BMW and give us an appraisal. What buyers may need to be aware of is Bergstrom Lexus is a no-haggle dealership. If you plan to buy, you pay what they say. In using a trade-in value calculator on the Bergstrom Lexus web site, the figure was based on Edmunds, which for the lack of better words is sort of a lowball value. Yet, in terms of setting the value on the cars Bergstrom sells, they appear to use Kelly Blue Book, which provides a highball value. Thus, the dictum of buy low - sell high applies here.Now, all things considered, based on my BMW being the largest car in the BMW fleet, while I would have liked to get a couple thousand more on a trade (my car had under 55,000 miles on it and I provided them with all service records), the trade-in value for the BMW was reasonable. The price of the 2015 Lexus GS350 F-Sport was rather reasonable too. So, my wife and I elected to buy it. Andrew handled our purchase in a minimum of time. We were at the dealership around 2 hours total, with that including a test drive, waiting for an appraisal of the BMW, talking with my wife to see if we could get the numbers to work for us, and then having Andrew do the paperwork, which he did on a tablet and printed them all out for us to sign.I guess overall, what I like best about the no-haggle transaction is the game of discussing numbers and the sales person then having to discuss it with their manager is completely avoided. I ended up holding out for a touch-up paint stick, which Andrew provided, and my wife had a Bergstrom pen. We dont live in the Appleton area and reside over 100 miles south of there between Milwaukee and Madison. Andrew told us the car is still under warranty until Feb. 2021 and we get 2 years of no-cost service, but that must be done at a Lexus dealership (not Toyota !). He said if wed like, they would drive down to our location, drive our car back to Appleton for servicing, and return it to us. We wont take them up on it, as we are near a dealer. Andrew is very good at what he does, based on the dealership awards on his desk.If youre in the market for a Lexus, check out Bergstrom Lexus and see Andrew Wankey. You might just like it !!!
