Crooks!! May 2021. Test drove a Chevy Colorado. ($38,000) Decided we needed time to think about it. Came back week later and it was gone. Called and asked about it. Was told it was an internal transfer to Madison. So we called Madison location. They told us it probably sold but we have another (literally the same vehicle) priced at $42,000! (Keep in mind this is the exact same vehicle that was priced at $38,000 at Appleton location) We were furious! They didnt even call us asking if we were interested in purchasing the vehicle before they sent it to Madison! Now Mid-october and the price dropped below 38,000! And now as of 10-31-21 they jacked the price up to $39,312! Crooked rotten business!!!!!!!

Something has changed since my last oil change. Location process has changed. The staff isnt as friendly and seemed not to care. My truck didnt get a wash and you are charging $20 more. Just frustrating, most likely I will not be back to this Chevy dealership for any service.I upgraded you with another Star for at least trying to call me and leave a message... However I dont get what I should do when you say Shoot us a message ....obviously I did originally.
This was my second car purchase from a Bergstrom dealer. They’ve both been very positive and easy transactions and that says a lot coming from me because I’ve always HATED the car buying process. I recently bought a used vehicle in June of this year. Upon picking up my vehicle from the dealer, I expressed concern about the tire tread depth to the dealer, to which he dismissed quickly. During the first rain event of owning the new to me vehicle, I hydroplaned down the highway. At the first oil change on the vehicle, I am told I need new tires before winter (which could be days away given we are in October). After asking how I can need new tires on a vehicle I have driven around 4,000 miles since owning, I had a lovely chat with the manager of used car sales saying he will do absolutely nothing for me regarding the tire issue because of company policy, but here is a quote from us for new tires. I dont see how it can be company policy to put a nearly $40,000 vehicle on the lot with tires that can only be driven in dry summer conditions. First time buying from Bergstrom will be my last. Bergstrom will also no longer service my vehicles.

As always the service was good for the service technician and team. Where I struggle is the check in process. It was slow, clunky, I had to remind them of my comments, and most importantly, they didn’t review the options up front to make it most affordable for me. As a Chief Marketing Officer for a $18B company I understand the importance in the service revenue, however, I think it’s important to say while I see you signed up for A, if you do B or C it provides this which is inclusive or this which may address needs and be more affordable. That’s how you build loyalty.
Spent over $1000 for then to not fix the one problem I brought my car in for. Im not even convinced there was anything wrong with the parts they replaced. But hey, on the plus side, they tried to get me to sign up for OnStar every time I came back to tell them they still hadnt fixed my car. Great job.

Outstanding work on my Corvette!!! 2002 model looks and runs like a new car. I gave it a kittle gas and it grips so well on an off ramp I couldnt get the back end to slide at 110+ mph. (I drive a race car so I drive at high speeds). And I made sure there were no other cars in peril. 6 stars!!!!!

I took my car to the express lube for an oil change and tire rotation. Chase Hanson was working the desk. It was a very busy Friday morning and Chase handled everyone with a smile. I had to wait for a shuttle because it was so busy. He helped me with the internet and made sure that I was well taken care of. When I went to pick up my car later that day, he was still there smiling and very polite. Both of my shuttle drivers were great as well. I have yet to have a bad experience with any of the employees at any of the Bergstrom locations.

Waited a long time to get an oil change. also so employees standing around when there were many cars waiting for oil changes. so an employee taking pictures of my back window well i wax watching them do my oil change. unsure why this was and was very not ok with this as i’m a nurse and not ok with this. very unhappy with my service at this dealer. will not be going back EVER.

I was treated with courtesy and professionalism right from the get-go, and the repair to the vehicle was spot-on with a replacement battery. I now consider the vehicle reliable but as this is a new battery, time and cold weather will tell if it lasts under the warranty. Bergstrom shop rate is a bit more pricey than most places, but their expertise and timely manner in which they get the job done is worth something especially if the vehicle does not have to be brought back for the same problem.
It was a pleasant experience. My wife test drove the vehicle and liked it. I was able finalize the purchase texting back and forth with the salesman. Very convenient.
Our experience at Bergstrom was awesome! We had an older car that wasnt working quite right and brought it in to see what we could do with it. The staff at Bergstrom was so helpful with everything, we decided to buy new and they made everything so easy!!
I had an appointment today at 7 am. I was waiting for 1 hr 30 mins. It was supposed to be an hour appointment. I walked out to get an ETA because I was in view of my car and no one was even looking at for over 35 minutes. The gentleman that took my car stated he was about to come get me. I do not believe this was the case, I could see him just standing there talking with others. Then he said it will be an hour or so to get the car fixed. He started talking about windshield wipers and other items. THEY HADN’T EVEN STARTED TO FIX THE CAR!! But they wanted to up-sell me on things I know are in perfect condition. The driver had to take me home so I could get to work on time. Drove in the middle of the road, almost drove through a red light until I told him and he stopped in the middle of the intersection. While he was checking his cell phone. Then as I sat down at work, they said my car is done. (15 minutes tops from me leaving the dealership). I never look forward to bringing my car in and these are perfect examples of why. When I went to pick my car up and pay, there were not going to give me a receipt.

I had my oil change and the manager Matt Vandecastle recommend I buy a new cabin filter (the filter was changed in September 2020). My cars are always in a garage. The filter had some leaves in it and recommend a new one (anyone can change these). I said no, now it 90 degrees out my air conditioner is leaking in my car because Im sure they clogged my A/C drain. Very disappointed customer.
No one to acknowledge you, even though there were at least two service advisors and a technician who was talking to someone. I ended up leaving after almost 10 minutes of waiting and being ignored.
Very professional and courteous customer service, very high pricing though.

***UPDATE***Their management reached out to me propmpt and assured me they would follow up with the staff, pricing transparency of the promotion and made good on the visit in a financial sense. I feel they are well worth working with in the future.Oil change with the summer schedule. I arrived at 3:40/45 for a 4pm appointment and they did not complete until 5:20pm, then had to turn around and come back as something was stuck in the cabin filter fan making a loud noise they would have heard because the AC was on when I entered the vehicle, I then finally left close to 5:45pm. Two hours for a simple service in the shop. Also the price quoted on the phone was wrong and the service staff just wanted to argue, they did finally offer to adjust it to the price quoted ( 6 qt vs 8 qt), phone staff should be able to quote better since they read off the vehicle and know a full size truck wont meet the price point given. The staff just insisted that i heard it wrong. I have had all my service done at this location since it was bought, including body work, but the last three times has ALWAYS been an issue! I am about to find a new dealer if something doesnt change with the staff attitude or quoting issues.
Nate our saleman was wonderful to work with. He listened to what we wanted, found it for us, secured financing and had paperwork completed in a super timely fashion. When we arrived to sign papers and look at the truck there was a scratch which he immediately tried to have the detailing shop get it out. They did what they could and he gave us several options on how to proceed. Proving that he cares about customer satisfaction and not just selling a vehicle then forgetting about the customer. We will.be back to purchase more vehicles in the future.
I came in for the old recall on the rotation of the ignition switch. You additionally performed a safety check that took about and hour. When I received the car there was 35# of pressure in each tire. The correct pressure is 29 in front and 28 in the rear. I had to reduce the tire pressure and clean the carpet as someone had dirty shoes.
Purchased a 2018 Chevy Silverado from Shaun. Great salesperson took care of us and it was fast and honest. Great selection! Well worth the drive from Madison. VERY happy!
Everyone was very helpful and I feel I got a fair deal only reason for 4 stars is I wish they wouldn’t push about applying through a loan from one of their dealers VS I applied through my own bank and when they detailed the car I feel like they could’ve done better also but Sarah was amazing I greatly recommend her no negative comments on her part just the detail team was a great experience
Really good experience. Services performed were prompt; inspections and checks were done quickly and (hopefully) thoroughly. I have an issue with the price I paid. Yes, I agreed to the services that were done. The total for all services done was VERY EXPENSIVE. How much do you charge for labor per hour?

Not the best last time there tires were set at 38 & 39, I asked for 36 lbs. This asked again and got 35,36 38, 39 lbs. Last time got home and for 2 days cleaned up oil on garage floor from oil change dripping off frame. I told the service person about it and no reaction and sure it happened again, oil on the floor to clean up for 2 days. Never had that problem when I went to the garage at the showroom building. Not happy with the place at all and the service and staff.

I bought a 2015 kia from appleton the first time I washed it I noticed that a piece of window trim is missing brought it back there and they took it in back looked at it and brought it back out.said it was ordered and they will call to bring it back ? This was in March? Still no call back from them... I also believe this says a lot about your vehicle inspection that they say they did.

My husband and I stopped to look for a new suv. Was told by the salesman that what I wanted was not what I wanted. And when I was explaining why I was looking at a larger suv, he told me to get rid of my kids. So I went and bought what I wanted from another dealership and couldnt be happier.

Was looking for a car for a son, away at college. had purchased several vehicles from this dealership before. I called to speak to the salesman we had used in the past, but since he was not there anymore, they connected us to Nate . Nate was very helpful and went out of his way to help us with every vehicle that we had been looking at. He did the legwork for us and got the info on the ones we had been interested in. After speaking with them over the phone once, they never bothered to get back to me like promised. I was eager to move the process along so I could purchase the vehicle I wanted but after two days of me trying and failing to get ahold of the sales rep the vehicle had already sold.
David James did a great job of selling me a Colorado. I looked around the state and actually went to a couple of dealers and was not treated as well as I was at Bergstrom. Pricing of my trade and the cost of the Colorado was what I expected without the haggle of negotiations. Your finance manager did a wonderful job in getting me a loan percentage better than the other dealers I visited. Great job everyone.

What a waste of my time. Got a letter from GM in the mail for extended coverage of an engine component. Called and explained all the symptoms matched and they let me know it was a simple fix and they would replace the part at no cost (states in the letter as well). Weeks later now I have the time so I schedule the repair and take the vehicle in. Now they said I would still have to pay diagnostic fee, and they didnt even have the part in stock. I understand not throwing parts at a car, but its covered by GM, its not coming out of Bergstroms pocket. And to schedule me without parts is just a complete lack of respect for peoples time. Wasted my whole familys time driving two cars there.

Very disappointed with the service Ive received the last couple times Ive been to this dealership. Last week I went in for a oil change and they said they changed the oil, the filter, topped off all the fluids and did their routine inspection. When I got into my car I checked my oil reader and noticed they didnt reset it, so I did that right away. Then Sunday on my way home from Christmas I ran out of windshield fluid during our first snow storm and had to pull over to refill so I could see. Oil changes are $55 plus, I expect to have everything done on the printout they give to you when you pay. When I called to speak with someone from the service department they just said they didnt know why the fluids werent stopped off or why my oil reader wasnt reset. Didnt offer me anything or for me to come in.
Took about 20min total. Chris checked me in and out, was extremely friendly, and injoyed the conversation.

My visit was a great experience, I had a great talk with Kevin Timper the manager about the quality of Chevy trucks and because of him I will be buying a new truck soon from Bergstrom Chevy in Appleton. I have been in other Chevy service lanes and nothing compared to the excellent service provided at Bergstrom. Back to Kevin Timper, Mr Bergstrom should make statue of him and put it out front of the service entrance door. That guy is rock solid and should be recognized by everyone in the company.
