Highly recommend going to Bergstrom Audi on victory line. Shawn in service was great with answering all my questions and concerns about my vehicle. Valet driver was professional and even brought me a loaner while my car was being worked on which was super convenient. Definitely will be bringing my vehicle back for future maintenance.

I would like to say that I had a welcoming and pleasant experience purchasing a Q7 from Sean A Fraser at Bergstrom Audi on Victory Lane in Appleton .My first time meeting Sean he was on the phone at his desk. He immediately ended his phone conversation to address my needs and answer questions on the Q7 that was for sale. Super appreciative of the personalized service I got today. Audi A4 light told me my coolant level was low amidst to deep freeze, so I called service and they recommended getting some OEM antifreeze. Titus was available from sales and was able to grab some and top my car off...back on the road safely quickly and painlessly. Thank you for great customer service!

Took my Audi A6 to this dealership for an inspection. (Needs an inspection about every 20,000 miles) Apparently all the inspection includes is an oil change & to rotate & inspect all the tires for wear. $200 dollars later & driving 3+ hours I could have gotten this fixed at my local mechanic for MUCH cheaper, had I known this was all the inspection was for. ON TOP of all that.. I noticed my tire was low days before I brought my car here.. (Side note: I was 9 months pregnant & due any day.) They supposedly checked all my tires for wear while they rotated them but missed the GIANT screw in my tire and bulges.. I took this to my local mechanic, they took the screw out & told me my tire could have popped at anytime. Had to order a new tire!! No one at this dealership even mentioned this to me that they noticed anything BUT aired up my tire because it was low & reset it.. Really glad nothing bad happened. I’d rather travel 10+ hours than get ANYTHING done at this dealership again!! 🙃 I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Also just noticed as I lifted my center console to put something in it. It’s stuck up now also there are scratch marks like they tried to pry it open?! NEVER been to a more unprofessional dealership.

They get 2 stars for completing the oil change. After mentioning my windshield washer leak they still put fluid in it so now its all-over my garage. Would cost $140 to take a quick peek at it. My biggest gripe is they messed with my dash, my pre set stations are gone and my clock is wrong and wont correct itself in the GPS mode.

Made a mistake not getting a PPI a year a couple years ago when purchasing an Audi rs5 from these guys out of state. The salesman I dealt with was pretty good. Thought I was purchasing a car with 24k miles only to find out when I got it had close to 28k if I knew that probably wouldn’t have purchased the car. They didn’t care only thing I was told is “yeah the miles on the site weren’t the current miles”, oh gee thanks for letting me know. Not many miles after having the car noticed the driving felt a little funny, and my service guy told me the front needed control arms and bolts or something. So these are things I would have avoided or at least been aware of before purchasing you would think purchasing an Audi from an Audi dealership they would take care of stuff like that but can’t do anything about it now. Wouldn’t trust buying a used car from these guys again.

I made an appointment to have an alignment, a wheel balance, and an oil change on my 2018 Audi TTRS before I made a 1500 mile road trip. I double-checked with the attendant to ensure I did not need additional service for my transmission, which I thought was due for a change under Audi Care (free). I dropped my car off and ensured, a second time, that transmissions service was not required. During this time, I also noted that I wanted a specific -1.5 camber on all 4 corners, and ensured the notes were on my service ticket. I proceeded to wait for service. After 2 hours, I was told that my car did need transmission service and Id have to bring the car back, as they did not have the materials. I took a loaner and came back 3 days later for my vehicle. On pickup, I noticed one of my wheels I had balanced was scratched & had missing paint. Additionally, the camber on my front wheels was -1.1 and my rears were -1.6. With my specific vehicle, this could cause problems for handling on slippery roads. When confronted, the service person told me the manager was out and they would get back to me the following day. At that point, I was told sorry this happened, we will not charge you for any service and wish you the best on your trip. I was absolutely floored. I was then left with a car in worse shape than I brought it in with. My car is misaligned, and I have paint damage to my brand new $900 aftermarket wheel, which I now need to get painted. Do not go to this dealership for any work.

I would not recommend them to friends. The customer service was tearable and it took 2 months for them to get it running. I was told that it was running great. 2 weeks after my son got his Audi 4A back the car stopped running. Took it to a nother shop and machanic there said that they dont fix it wright. They replaced the injectors, the timing belt but didnt replace the rear timing chain for the injectors. The chain broke causing it to bending 3 valves and braking the teeth on a gear. I paid Bergstrom $4225.00 to fix the car. The machanic told me that it was going to cost me $4500.00 to fix the car. I ended up junking the car. The machanic told me if Bergstrom would have fixed it wright and replaced the chain to it would be running and I would not be junking it. They suck.

Bergstrom Audi. Very difficult to get an appointment for service be it warranty work or scheduled maintenance. Third attempt with requests scheduled over 2 weeks out. I question purchasing another Audi due to the inability to schedule.As a follow up note, We were wait listed and accommodated with a complimentary rental for this emergency warranty work within a day. The waiting room was pleasant, accommodating and friendly. Jose, our customer service rep is a excellent representative of the company. Strong follow up and professional. Nicke the car rental manager is perfect. Both are good employees.

I recently leased an Audi Allroad from this dealership in Appleton. Customer service, as, always was outstanding...they really strive for a positive guest experience and it shows. I hadn’t received any lease payment requests from Audi for a couple of months after leasing so I made an inquiry to my dealer representative, he let me know that sometimes it may take a little bit for Audi to get all their ducks in a row to begin the invoicing process, I began to become concerned after not receiving an invoice for about 4 months and spoke again to my dealer representative, who looked into it and found that one form was not filled out properly For technical reasons which held up the entire lease process. Without me even asking, Bergstrom stepped up to the plate and told me that they will be taking care of my payments up until we get this resolved. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their level of customer commitment. Thank you Bergstrom for stepping up to the plate.

Where should I start except to say worst experience dealing with staff including the general manager. I bought my new Audi less than four months ago not from Bergstrom but, I keep having the same multiple issues and they claim they can’t diagnose the issues or when they have engine codes show they clear them and never fix the underlying issue.They had a Audi tech ride with me and during the ride a tire blew out and destroyed a rim also..After arguing with them to cover the cost and getting no where I had to pay for them myself..I spoke to the gm as to why there techs aren’t able to fix the issues and that I was avoiding filing for a buy back.He told me to file for the buy back. Kinda sad that they have to treat there customers like this! I’ve had Audi’s in the past but after dealing with this Audi dealership I’ll pass on buying another Audi..😢

Posted on behalf of my mother and father who ran into car trouble on their way home from vacation. A big shout out and thank you to Bergstrom Audi of Appleton, WI. Service advisor, Jose Garcia, was wonderful! On our way home from Door Co, our engine began misfiring so we decided to spend the night in Appleton and arrived at the dealership Monday morning without an appointment. Jose arranged to get us in and the problem was diagnosed and corrected. Everyone there was exceptionally nice and their waiting area was very comfortable. I highly recommend Bergstrom Audi if you are in that area of WI and need service.

Scott Roth and the team at Audi Appleton are exceptional. I was on my way to Milwaukee to catch a flight when my Q7 notified me that one of my tires was low on air. I drove straight to Audi Appleton and Scott immediately came to the rescue. All of the techs were busy so Scott personally laid down on the floor in his suit and had me back up so he could find the nail in my tire. He patched the hole and had me on my way in 15 minutes. I made my flight on time all thanks to his prompt response and exceptional customer service.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Bergstrom Audi in Appleton, WI. Titus Brygger was an exceptional salesman and was such a pleasure to work with. He was extremely educational and knowledgeable, patient and upbeat about the Q7. His professionalism and personality exceeded our expectations. I definitely recommend working with Titus if anyone is considering an Audi or Volkswagen. If you want a genuine experience and none of that nonsense pushy car salesman experience go with Titus. Terrible service and correspondence. And you would of thought Id get better service after 3 recalls for my wifes Audi Q5, which was inconvenient for me to drop off and wait for.So we lost 1 key fab and wanted to get a spare programmed and said they could do. They said $75.00, and would try to fit me in. OK,no problem, only a 1/2 hour service.. Dropped car off on Friday at 2:00. Figured they could get it in that afternoon, or the 9 hours they were opened on Saturday,.Oh no,not even the 12 hours they were open on Monday. I called numerous times and service and Jose just blew me off.. I finally just went and picked it up Tuesday at 2:00. To no avail. They said they couldnt program the fab.. Didnt even call to tell me,just handed my driver the keys., really after having the car there 5 days, they couldnt program it.. I own 5 Audis in my family and this will be my last one they will ever see! . I wasted 1.5 hours getting it there and back just to give me a bill for $84.00. $9.00 for shop supplies. plus whatever the new key cut was..

I called the service department with a question about my Audi. The service member I talked to couldnt answer my question immediately but asked for my number so she could call me back with an answer. She never called back and I still dont have an answer to my question. One would think an Audi dealer would be able to answer questions about Audis but apparently not Bergstrom.

I go to the service dept. and they dont even have oem tools for working on the cars. Theyre going to torch my aluminum control arms to get a pinch bolt out. Tool costs $400 but if you can charge double that to remove two bolts why have it in your shop. And I had to go there to make anyone understand what I needed done the service tech said its not my area of expertise on the phone at least five times. So if you need an oil change or tires rotated Ive read that they do a good job.

First oil change for my new beetle convertible. It was awesome. As always between Scott and Eric in the service department they helped to make my visit perfect with no hassles or complications that couldnt be answered. They went out of their way to accommodate my request for a test drive with a service person who was able to answer all of my questions about the cars performance and capabilities very quickly. They also drove me right over to the body shop to discuss a small ding on my car to get an estimate. The body department escorted me right over to the accessories and parts department to price out a wind deflector. In every department, I received the high quality customer service that Bergstrom is known for on Victory Lane. Great job to all 6 of the gentlemen that assisted me on 7/30/15. Thank you.

People are great, but the service is terrible. youre better off watching a youtube video and fixing it yourself. I gave Bergstrom my business and took my car in for an engine swap, they had informed me the engine originally in the Audi didnt belong to my car. When I got it back four months later, it still wasnt fixed. When I asked for information about the engine and turbo they swapped out, they said it was unattainable because they dont keep track of that kind of information. its not their job

No one cares about you after you signed the contract!They put wrong information in the system. Wrong address and email address. I contacted them asking for e-copy of the corrected version contract. Never replied me.Then they contacted me about the purchase survey asking for a high score! When they realized that they sent the survey to the wrong email address. They again cut the communication and never replied.

UPDATE: Scheduled service again due to it being my local dealer closest to me since moving from the Milwaukee area. Not only did they refuse to let me get my car serviced. Told me I would have to pay for any warranty work done to the vehicle and then laughed at me. All of this based on their poor customer service. I will be calling into corporate and definitely telling all my friends and family to stray away from Audi of Appleton.IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO CONSIDER OWNING AN AUDI I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING TO AUDI OF MILWAUKEE. CUSTOMER SERVISE IS 10Xs BETTER. PLUS THEY ARE EASIER TO WORK WITH AND CAN OFFER BETTER DEALS.Took my car in for service. It was there for 2 days. The second day around noon I realized they havent called me to notify me so I decided to call them. It was my 3rd attempt before the receptionist even picked up the phone which was around 3pm. Once I got a hold of someone in service they told me they didnt do anything with my car today due to the snowstorm, which I understood. What I didnt understand is why no one could call me to give me an update ALL day. I used to work for Audi and this is not how any customer should be treated. And on top of it all they gave me a VW for a loaner which isnt even comparable to any Audi owners vehicle. Owning an Audi is a luxury and you should be getting the best customer service. I spoke to the GM who combed things over and offered to give me a good deal on a new car since I am driving more and quickly exceeding my lease mileage allowances. Not only did he not offer me a good deal but also low balled me on my trade.

I have purchased many new or used vehicles from dealers over the last 20 years, and I must say that Josh is a professional as any I have dealt with. Flew in from Seattle to purchase a 2016 TTS.Before making the trip to Wisconsin I was in touch with many dealerships and brokers throughout my research and decision making process. Titus Brygger at Bergstrom Audi of Appleton provided every bit of information I needed, stayed on point with every detail, texted and emailed appropriately and made the whole experience easy and stress free.Upon arriving in Appleton, Titus was ready and waiting for us with our favorite Starbucks coffee beverages (Knowing we are from Seattle, I thought that was a very nice touch:)). Easy drive and chit chat from the airport to the dealership. All the paperwork was organized and ready for us - Took the car for a nice drive and knew it was the perfect car for us. Titus had us in and out of the dealership in less than two hours! He provided suggestions for restaurants in the area, a ride to our hotel and then on to the restaurant of choice. He was a pleasure to work with and to be around. This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. BTW, over the years, we have purchased and leased 6 Audis. This was by far the most memorable.As Im writing this review my car is in transit from Appleton to our home in Seattle. Its expected to arrive in a few days. Titus is continuing to follow thru with service arrangements for me in Seattle and I plan to face time the heck with him as I begin to play around in my new TTS. So much new technology! Ill have lots of questions. Sorry Titus, thats what happens when you give out your cell number. Ha!

I will never use the service station in VW building again. Provided such sloppy and miserable customer service. Definitely not from the mechanics, but everyone else involved in the communication. Make SURE to keep tabs on whats going on with your repair or they will continuously tell you your car is being worked on when they havent even driven it into their shop yet. Telling us they have no time to work on our car would have been completely acceptable. Go there in person if you have to bring your vehicle here, dont trust phone calls.

The VW dealership on Victory Lane is an exceptional place to purchase a vehicle!! I worked with the general sales manager Clayton, initially and then he set me up to work with Matthew Anderson! Both Clayton and Matthew worked very hard to find me my dream car which is a 2012 VW Jetta GLI with all the bells and whistles. They took my purchasing a vehicle very serious and made sure I was completely satisfied with what I was about to purchase. My car was special ordered and I ended up waiting about a month for it to arrive but it was completely worth the wait!! The day it came in Matthew had spent about two hours with me going over every detail of the car with me which I really appreciated because the technology is unbelievable in these new vehicles. I would highly recommend both Matthew and Clayton to anyone thats in the market looking for a vehicle, especially if you want to receive excellent customer service and professionalism from a salesmen.

It looked nice and had the appeal of a proper dealership but after I came to deal with their service representatives, I realized that the Wal-Mart Tire and Lube had served me better than these people.I was traveling through the Fox Valley on a Sunday evening when I scored a flat tire. After managing to make it to the nearest open service station, a Walmart Tire and Lube, I was told that my suspension, not my tire, was the culprit. It was getting late so I cut my losses, called into work and found a place to stay for the night. I spent the evening arranging for a dealership to get my 98 Volkswagon Jetta diagnosed early on the next day.AAA came and took my car to Bergstrom and it got there at about 9am. *I* called to make sure everything was alright. It was. Theyd let me know about it. There was a good chance theyd be able to get it done that day if they had the parts in stock. A good and reasonable thing to hear.11am rolls around, no word. I call again. Sorry, they said. Weve been a bit busy but theyre getting you up in the lift now. Again, a completely reasonable and understandable circumstance. I am not upset. I do make sure to tell them that Im stuck in the valley, trying to get home and that Im expected at work the next day in Milwaukee. They say that its no problem and that they might get me done that day if they have the parts. Theyd get back to me soon. Again, my car was just about to be checked. No biggie.1:30 rolls around and still nothing. This time my wife calls. Theyre busy, try back again later we were told.2:30 I call again and speak with the same representative. He *still* doesnt know whats going on. Id like to point out now that they hadnt called me with any info up to this point. All contact was established by me. I really had to work to get answers out of these people. Anyway, I stress that the car really needs to be finished. He says theyre working on it. Im really worried now. He says that they can help arrange for a loaner car if I end up needing one. I tell them Ill need it if it comes to that. He reiterates that if they have the part itll only take 2-3 hours tops. They close at 6 so Im wondering how this is going to work out but what can I do?Were suspicious now so my family and I pack up and go out to the dealership. We get there at about 3:30.The car is up on the lift when we walk in at 3:30... They give me a quote about triple what I was given over the phone and instead of maybe today or at least tomorrow for a time frame, Im now given 3-4 days of wait. These old Volkswagen apparently are difficult to get parts for. When we ask what all the hold up was about were told that they had appointments and that tow-ins are pushed to the end of the schedule.Why didnt they tell me? They had all day. It would have been perfectly reasonable for them to have just said, Were a bit tight today, its going to be a while. and suggested that we try another mechanic, given our time constraints. I chose this service shop because it was supposedly a pro Volkswagen dealership and I thought there was a good chance theyd have the parts I needed in stock. So now were stuck near the end of the business day and these people are telling me I need to scramble to figure out what to do when I was told that it was going to be done by the next afternoon at the latest?We figure it out. We get it towed home to our mechanic in Milwaukee ( who, by the way, finds the parts nearby and orders them to get to their store *the next day* like a pro.) and arrange for a rental car ourselves. We are offered no further assistance from the representatives at Bergstrom Volkswagen.A sloppy, careless business that looks nice on the outside but is rotten on the inside. I truly felt ignored and uncared for.I recommend it to nobody ever.Shout out to my boys at the Walmart on KK! They know how to do get things done!
