Unfortunately they don’t work on fiberglass bodies and parts so I have to take the car to another place for the work however I know exactly what has to be done and the approximate cost ahead of time. AMAZING work on my vintage1988 635csi! Entire body was stripped and repainted to the original stock color. It looks like a brand-new car!!! Of course some parts had to come from Germany, but the attention to detail and the excellent communication/updates from the body shop manager were beyond reproach!! I highly recommend Annapolis BMW for anything you need done to your car! Extreme quality, knowledge and professionalism!!

I recently had my windshield replaced here on my BMW as I wanted BMW trained technicians and OEM BMW parts used. Unfortunately, the replacement did not go as planned as one of the windshield sensors was damaged - an unfortunate mistake that can happen to any good shop, regardless of brand affiliation. I gave a 5-star rating because of the outstanding level of customer service I received to resolve the issue. The shop manager personally attended to the issue, including getting me a vehicle loaner at very short notice. Additionally, the dealership kept me appraised of every aspect of the status of the repair, including having the shop foreman answer multiple, detailed technical questions at my request.Nobody likes it when things go wrong with vehicle repairs. But BMW of Annapolis handled this issue with utmost professionalism and care. They completed the repair in a fair and timely manner, fully resolving the issue to my complete satisfaction.

Very happy with their service, their communication, and their work. Took care of everything including the insurance company and rental car. Friendly and professional - would recommend without a second thought. And if i ever need body work on my car again I will definitely return to them.

Prices/value. Your personnel were very courteous, prompt, and helpful. I understand the circumstances, age of car, expense of new parts, labor, etc. But, this Six was my favorite car. It was a keeper. It came into your shop driveable with 5 - 10% of the car damaged in the front, bumper, grille, headlights and radiator support. No apparent engine, trans, frame, suspension damage of note. 90% of the car was in great shape. Yet it was called a total loss.Being a car guy, I think if someone could have explained in better detail why my car was not worth repairing I might have felt better, but no details were provided. It’s clear that the car is worth more in parts. When you think about it, what car isn’t? But I wish I understood more of what seems like a racket to quickly part out or salvage good cars.

Best experience! Professional from the first phone call to the delivery of my perfectly matched & replaced hood on my one year old 2019 Mini Cooper Clubman which was unfortunately struck by a deer.I was informed daily as we waited for a new hood from Germany. Rachel and Anna kept their promises and I would highly recommend doing business with them. 5 stars and seriously hope I am one and done. If you need a collision company don’t think twice!

Great collision center! I use them even for glass claims-you really don’t want your windshield replaced with non-OEM glass and have the rain sensor/etc installed incorrectly, so don’t monkey around with ****light! Every minor to major job my wife and I have had done here in our 9 years of driving BMW have been without issue.

First time using them. I took my car in for scratched up paint. They made the process very easy and clearly explained everything they were going to do. Called me without prompt to give me status updates and the work they performed was excellent. Highly recommend.

These folks are the best. They are thorough, professional and friendly. The manager took the time to introduce himself and help ease any of my concerns. He then explained completely the damage to my car and the steps and the process to repair my car. When I left my car at the center I felt very confident and reassured that my car was in capable hands. And when I picked up my car, I was very happy. The BMW of Annapolis Collision Center did a beautiful job. I was also impressed that the work was completed on time. Weeks later, I am still happy about the work they did.

The service was terrific. My 328 had a damaged side view mirror. It was functional but someone had hit it in a parking lot and knocked off a bunch of trim. I thought I was looking at over $1000 for a new one. But Estimator Stephanie researched whether just replacement parts could be used. She then ordered them and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Everything was done well and on time. Saved me a bundle! The staff was very professional and courteous. Kudos to Stephanie, Rachel and Anna.

We had a small front end impact to my wife’s M4. Needless to say with a car like this I was worried about results and timelines. Everything went as planned. The rain held us up for a few days but other than that we are 100% satisfied. We were updated via email on the progress. We replaced the hood and bumper along with the headlight and grill. The match is perfect. You could never tell the front bumper, hood and fenders were painted. Looks factory new. Thanks to all that helped. Top notch.

As a very picky person it is rare that I give a perfect score. The team at BMW of Annapolis not only provided me with an estimate within 10 minutes of me calling (during a holiday week) but also made my car look perfect. They even dealt with my insurance company directly to facilitate the process.

What an experience! I am not from the area what so ever and was in need of a part for my BMW. I called all over and only Annapolis BMW had my part, so I made the 30 mile drive and boy, was it worth it. I was met by John in the parts department who was very helpful and then later by Bill H. Bill is over the collision center at this dealer and is very knowledgable about his BMWs. I was very impressed with the genuine care for his cars and most importantly, his customers. He showed me several of the cars that were repaired and they were in mint condition! Although I did not have a vehicle repaired here, they are definitely top-notch and the place to go if you really care about your BMW. Bill thanks again for the opportunity and even though my home is about 700 miles away, youll be hearing from me for any help with my BMW.

BMW cleaned up and repaired water damage on my X5 from storm last month (clogged sunroof drains). Although time in shop was longer than expected, they did a great job, lent me an awesome loaner, and bent over backwards to delivery my car in excellent condition. Cant wait for the G05!

Bill and the rest of the team at the BMW Collision Center made the repair process on my car so easy. I really appreciated the time they took to explain the insurance process to me and how they walked me through the repair quote and necessary work. I was in a slight fender bender that left my left wheel well and bumper scratched up. The repair work, including paint, is flawless and they worked fast. They were quick to respond to phone calls and emails too.Getting in an accident and need repairs isn’t fun but the BMW Collison Center took really good care of us.

First things first: the job was completed faster than expected with a high quality result. The Collision Shop manager Bill saw me for the first time and engaged me as if I had been a long time customer - this meant a lot to me. The parts manager Harlow did the same thing while ensuring parts availability and collision service scheduling were cordinated. I recently took my vehicle to the BMW of Annapolis Collision Center for door mirror repair. To be honest, I was absolutely appreciative to Mr. William Hawkins for assisting me with the repair. He was very thorough in his observation of what I needed to fix the mirror vs replacing the whole mirror. This saved me a lot of money, and I am so thankful for that. Mr. Hawkins also was consistent in providing me the status update on the repair of my vehicle. The main characteristic I look for in a business is great customer service, and I can honestly say Mr. Hawkins definitely displayed great customer service and represented BMW of Annapolis Collision Center with true professionalism! I brought in my car to fix some minor damage to a rear bumper (someone bumped me at a red light.) Scheduling the estimate was easy and convenient. After providing BMW Collision with the contact information of the corporation that would be paying for the fix, Bill took care of it from there. BMW Collision takes pride in their work, and repaired the bumper as good as new and completed the repair in the time they estimated.

Mr. Hawkins in the Collision Dept. was a tremendous help after my accident. He started the repair of my car right away and communicated with me throughout the process while working with the insurance adjuster and parts department to ensure the best service. The staff there are true professionals.

My husband recently took his vehicle to the BMW Collision Center of Annapolis, the experience was nothing like you would expect from a high end vehicle repair center. The customer service was abysmal, and that is being kind. Furthermore, the rate at which the work was performed could be surpassed by a glacier melting in the North Pole. They kept his vehicle for TEN DAYS. Let me clarify to explain that the repair being done was minimal (a rogue stick on the highway hit the car when it was kicked up by another vehicle and damaged the intercooler and front bumper/grill, he swerved to try and miss and hit a pot hole which resulted in a tire swell which ultimately resulted in a new tire). He probably could have had an entire new vehicle built in ten days. Each time he would contact them for a status update, the response was to the effect of, the mechanics have already allocated their time for the day and your car is not on the list. How long does a vehicle have to remain in car repair purgatory for it to make the list? They had absolutely no compassion for the fact that we had to share the remaining working vehicle(mine) for the duration of this repair, which would have been fine, had it been completed in the original time frame that was quoted. I certainly understand that things happen, and maybe a part did not arrive on time, or something, but the appropriate thing to do is to be honest with your PAYING CUSTOMERS and keep them informed. Stating your vehicle is not on the roster for today after it has been there for well over a week is unacceptable. Overall, this experience was extremely infuriating and we will never return to this establishment.

Worest experience!! I went there to have a rear bumper cover replaced, it is really an easy fix.. I ask a simple question will my bumper have the same color as my car, will you be able to tone it down by doing a waxing procedure. Really common practice . I have a 2011 bmw xdrive 328.. not old car and I love it.. a guy named Bill unfortunately he is the manager there tell me what ever you are asking is completely unreasonable, take your car and have it fixed somewhere else.. I spoke to the general manager and this is our decision.. your car is old after having the car there for few days already.. what the heck.. I am getting my car fixed at the prestigious BMW of annapolis!!! I doubted there ability to fix the car to even now how paint it.. I got faced by owning a BMW car and getting it to the BMW dealership in annapolis plus expecting a nice service and nice ppl that would try to do their best, is like a fairy tale!! They are just regular dealer who are trying to get more money out of you thats all.. dont get lured into this this turned my car fixing experience into a nightmare!! Bill is the worest customer service rep,, worest manager,, worest attitude!! I highly recommend pick different car or dealership!! BTW I am not the only one saying this..
