Ive brought two different vehicles to this shop and have been VERY pleased both times. Everyone is curtious and professional. Even let my kids play with their dog while we were going over the car. Final product turned out better than new. Unfortunately both cars were due to accidents. My project car will be going there soon for its overdue paint and bodywork. I cant wait. DO NOT COME HERE! Had to get my bumper replaced on my car about a month ago. Took it in to get replaced. A month later it it still there and I keep getting told “tomorrow”. I don’t know how they can do this. It simply doesn’t take a month to change a bumper. I have ordered new things to be put on my car however that money may as well be gone because the parts arrived but I’m otherwise unconvinced I will ever get my car back. Do not come here. It is the most painful experience with a body shop I have ever had. Will take far too long, not order what is required, order the wrong parts multiple times before buying the correct ones and continuously lie and give reason for extending how long they can basically possess your property. I can’t even imagine how much they will charge me for a “month long job” that was quoted 3 days by the insurance company. Extremely displeased. If you know what it good for you don’t put yourself through this.

Gott performed the damage estimate on my wrecked vehicle for my insurance company. They were very helpful and communicative through every stage of the process. I felt taken care of as their customer. Will use again and would highly recommend.

I had scratches on the hood of my car. I was convinced it would have to be repainted. Gotts took one look and said they could buff them out. Not only does the outside of the car look fantastic, they cleaned the inside too! I felt like I was driving home in a brand new car!! They are awesome.

I had my 2011 Toyotas rear bumper repaired and painted at Gott. The staff was friendly and professional. The work was perfect and done when expected. If your looking for a shop that performs quality work Gott is one of the best!Revised - Just had my daughters 2005 Camry repaired. The entire drivers side had damage. The vehicle was returned quickly and matched the rest of the vehicle perfectly. They are the best!!!Revised Again - Just had a bottom front trim piece and drivers mirror painted and replaced. Color matches perfect and the price was great. They not only have my business but my families and anyone I know who needs body and paint work!

I have been a car guy all my life and like to think I know a shop that does good work when I see it and I think this is the best shop youll find for a long way.... Daily drivers are their bread and butter but they are good enough that they do old cars that win at shows also once in a while. Great people, great work!!!

This place rocks! A deer jump in front of my car and did significant damage. I took my car to Gott Auto Body and received first class service. They handled all the details with my insurance company. All I had to do was drop it off, and later pick it up. Totally painless. When I picked up my car after they fixed it, it looked brand new. They even did the best detail job on the interior Ive ever received anywhere! Highly recommend!

I recently moved to Annapolis and had to ask around for a good body shop to use. All fingers pointed to Gott (including the rental car place) and with good reason. Extremely friendly atmosphere, great pricing, and Gott is an extreme perfectionist.I wont even bother getting quotes elsewhere.

Caron, Greg and the team at Gott Auto Body do incredible work. We bought a new family SUV and it got damaged right after we got it. Debris from another vehicle cracked up the front fender and I was worried it would not look new ever again. Gott not only fixed the damage but the truck looked brand new again. Gotts team was so accommodating! We were headed out of town to drive to Missouri for Eclipse when I interacted with the retraining wall and damaged the wheel well. Recently got my car back from Gott Auto Body. Cannot say enough good things about them. Definitely the easiest car repair experience Ive had. Was involved in a hit and run that badly damaged the front passenger side. Gott worked with USAA and handled everything. The repair took one week only because they had to wait for USAA to approve the supplement. When I picked up the car I was blown away. Not only could you not tell that the car had ever been damaged, but they cleaned it, shined the tires, and completely detailed the inside. Im not joking when I say the car looked better than it did when I picked it up from the dealer. And to top it all off they told me their repairs are guaranteed for as long as I own the car. Talk about peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend this place.

I was in a bad accident on a rainy day but I was not hurt. This never happened to me before and the police and tow truck driver wanted to know where I wanted the car towed to. I didnt have a clue, so I called my trusted auto mechanic. He suggested Gott Autobody. When I called them from the highway in the pouring rain, Caron just wanted to know how I was doing and told me how to take care of myself first. I was taken back a little by that since I felt they should be talking business! I immediately knew my car would be in good hands and they never let me down! They know exactly what they are doing and are very professional. Caron knew how to deal with the insurance claims and adjusters AND rental car agency (even when the rental car agency didnt know what to do!) and took care of everything for me. When I got the car back it looked like it did when I had purchased it brand new 9 months earlier! Cant say enough great things about their company. They are an A+ in my book! We had our 13 year old ford rangers rear bumper replaced. Gotts did a great job, reasonably priced and flexible. They even cleaned the vehicle inside and out when the weather temperatures were in the teens. I would recommend them.

My husband and I recently purchased a new-to-us 2016 Acura MDX. How exciting, right?! Well in February, I was rear-ended on 95, resulting in some damage to the rear. We had been referred to Gott by family, and decided to give them a try. They are incredible! The back of my car was repaired to perfect condition- literally cannot find a point where the old/new paints meet, no gapping, water issues, or functionality issues. Like new!!! Fast forward 4 months.. rear-ended AGAIN! This time, pushed so hard into the person in front of me, the car had to be towed. Enter Gott Auto Body again! Almost $25k in damage ($6k away from being totaled), and they repaired it METICULOUSLY! My car looks brand new, drives like its brand new, no gaps, beautiful paint job, and we couldnt be more grateful! Thank you for your expertise and attention to the tiny details that make or break an experience like this one! We would definitely come to you again in the future! (But hoping we wont have to!) :)

I wanted to upgrade the appearance of my FJ Cruiser and searched for a shop that could black out all of the chrome parts, giving it a different look. There is simply no better hands to put your car in. 20 years ago I needed work and when I brought my car in there was a guy with a vintage Chevy who told me nobody did a better job in the area. So since then every time I need anything done it goes there. My car was just redone by them after another place did a subpar paint job. My son was hit recently and they have his car. Just sent them another friend of mine today. They are not in the back pockets of the insurance companies and make sure you get the best work. Remember when people were artisans, craftspeople, who just cared about quality? That attitude is alive and kicking at Gott. Nobody better!

The folks at Gotts were great. Im a car guy and am very picky. I always thought that once you have body done to a new car its never the same. But, Gotts did a great job! Most of the places that Ive been to in the past leave massive amounts of overspray everywhere and they always do a lousy jobs on door jams and other less obvious places. But, the folks at Gotts did a really good job at making my car look like it was never damaged. They even stuck up for me with my insurance company.I would go there again!!
