My 2000 Toyota RAV4 was towed to Crash Champion in Annapolis on 8/27 after a chunk of blown out tire from someone elses vehicle ripped though my undercarriage and broke a loose my exhaust system. They didnt keep me updated as promised. And often when I called for updates their phone went straight to voicemail which was full. It took them a week to do/upload a damage inspection and another week to start ordering parts. First I was told that my insurer might not approve the work because of the age of my car. Then, after the work was approved, I was told they might not be able to find the parts or estimate how long it would take to get them because of the my cars age. I was also told there might be a problem removing my cat converter... because of my cars age.After being given various stories on when they were getting the aftermarket cat converter...on Saturday 9/11, no out of stock, on back order, then on Wednesday 9/15. They had claimed my car would be ready for pick up on 9/14. I called them after getting no update and learned they didnt have the cat converter but would be getting one the following day. Again no update on Wed til I called them and learned they still didnt have the part. On Thursday, 9/16 I had my car towed to a different repair shop and was back on the road a week later. I would not take my car to Crash Champion ever again nor would I recommend them to anyone. Also, their estimate for the cost of the part was vastly inflated.

Absolute trash experience. No communication from the shop. Zero due diligence on work, had my car in the shop for almost 5 weeks and now it is two weeks after getting it back and it still isnt working properly. I would rather get hit by a bus than use this shop ever again.

The staff were very nice and proffessional. All work done was 5 star. I was treated better then expected. Highly likely to use them again.

Great service. Would highly recommend. Dropping off my car was super easy. They had my car ready within a few days and gave me many updates along the way as far as the repairs. Even got my rental at the same place. The car looked brand new when I got it back.

Amazing service at this place. The experience was actually enjoyable under the circumstances of hitting a deer. They far exceeded what I thought this was going to be. My hats off the the techs and staff. Even during the pandemic my car was finished before the expected date. Crews came in an worked nights to try and get customers back in their cars. Thank you so much to John and everyone at Signature Collision Center in Annapolis. I got into an accident before my vacation and I thought my car was going to be totaled. I expressed to John what the car meant to me, because it was my Fathers and he had passed away, and he told me they would get right on it and do everything they could to fix it. He did, and only 2 days later I found out it was not totaled, and they were going to be able to fix it. I am so happy with how fast they took care of everything, and I cant wait to get my Fathers car back. Thank you all so much for your wonderful Customer Service. So far the experience has been wonderful. I felt like if I lost this car I would be losing another piece of my Fathers memory too soon, and they did everything they could to keep that from happening.

Excellent customer service and great repair quality

This is the second time I’ve used signature collision. The first time was an insurance claim when one of my wheels picked up a metal rod which punctured my passenger rear door. The second time was for some cosmetic work on my front bumper. Working with Jordan Kuh was a pleasure. He listened to my concerns, got my vehicle back early and followed up. Highly recommended Signature Collision.

If there is a zero star option I wouldve chosen that.My boyfriends car got hit and run so we brought his car into this shop for repair. At the shop, my boyfriend clearly pointed out exactly where the car was damaged, including head light misalignment and marks on the front wheel. After one day the car was done. We were both surprised that it was done so fast, only to find out that the head light wasnt fixed at all. Further, they simply switched the front wheel and the rear wheel, hoping that we are blind and wouldnt notice the trick!! The only thing mentioned on the report was black marks unable to wipe off. If the marks can just easily be wiped off, why do we need insurance??? I just need a towel.When my boyfriend called this shop and told them these things are not fixed, they said rear wheel was damaged by you before we took it into repair, wheel shop fixed the front one as required. PLEASE tell me, if the front one is fixed, why does the rear one have exactly the same marks as the front one before we brought it into the shop??? And why did the report only say black marks unable to wipe off and nothing else??? Not to say that the replacement parts on the car are aftermarket parts, to save their costs.This is a brand new car that we just bought one year ago. We drove from 2 hours away to this shop during work hours, just because weve been here before and we trusted the work from this shop. Now we dont want any business with it in the future. And I caution anyone who wants to use this shop, consider what happened to us before you come here. If you are fine with your car being cheaply fixed, or not fixed at all, or being blamed that it is YOUR fault for the damages on your car where in fact it isnt, feel free to come to this shop.

Their attention to detail is minimal. They claimed to have replaced parts that were never replaced. My vehicle had to be brought back 2 times after they claimed it was complete. There was trash left in the back of my vehicle and the interior was full of grease and dirt from the repair. Every time I brought it back with a concern they countered with an argument. They didn’t want to take accountability for anything. Fortunately I have family in the collision business. I finally took my vehicle to their shop and had one of their mechanics provide a full punch list and mark up my vehicle in marker with items that had to be fixed due to shoddy work or “fixes” that were just never completed even though they said they were. If you can avoid this place, I highly recommend.

Two words, customer service. It was so great to deal with them as well as Geico and Enterprise. They kept me informed by text of the entire process. You guys are awesome!

Forgot to install a center cap for one of the new rims, car had a bad pull due to tires being installed on car incorrectly and kept delaying the pickup date. Thankfully Im a mechanic so none of the issues required much more work. Wasnt really impressed with their work. They couldnt even properly store my spare after replacing the rims and tires. Just threw it in the trunk so it started bending and warping the false floorEdit: recently notice a weird pull under braking and some creaking noises coming from the left front corner of my car. Found they left a bolt loose in the control arm they installed
