He didnt pressure me, allowed me to go check other dealerships without being rude, and in the end I returned and he gave me a great deal on my trade-in along with other incentives that brought my payment right where I wanted it to be.100% would recommend working with Brandon again.

I found a CPO TLX on their website with a great price. I had the great pleasure to work with John Morris on the transaction, who made the whole buying process effortless. Acura was running a special financing deal which there was some initial confusion as to whether or not it applied to my vehicle. Alan Hannon made a call and worked some things out to be able to extend the promotional rate to my purchase. When I got to the finance office, Rich was able to do something to lower my monthly payment even more. I came into the process expecting to pay more for the vehicle but left very satisfied knowing that the Criswell Acura team worked together to get me the best deal possible.

Alan Hannon is without question the most professional and personable Sales Managers we have ever met. Weve now purchased 4 cars from Alan and each one has been affordable, reliable, and is still in perfect condition. My 11 year old TSX left me stranded late on a Friday evening with a bad starter. I had it towed to Criswell Acura that night. Was promptly called the next day by David the service manager. They determined quickly it was my starter and gave me a reasonable price to repair. I needed a loaner car to get to work. David went out of his way to ensure I had transportation, and arranged a loaner car quickly. Furthermore kept me informed the entire time my car was in the shop.David went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. With a costly repair and having my car there for a week or so- he kept in contact almost daily to give me a status on part arrivals, to include contacting me after the tornado went through the area to tell me my car was safe. I mean- come on- he didn’t have to do that after the tornado passed within .25 mile of the dealership. David represents the best of what customer service can be and has ensured that as long as I own an Acura I’ll be taking it to Criswell. When I picked up my car, he worked in a bit of a discount which was a welcome surprise. Frankly I won’t go anywhere else with my Acura. Thank you to David and Criswell for the great service and legitimately putting the customer first.

I purchased a vehicle today from Criswell Acura. There’s always a bit of trepidation when buying a car – especially a “used” vehicle. In my case that was exacerbated by the fact that I was an “out of state buyer”. I found the listing for the vehicle I wanted via the internet and had to rely on the staff at Criswell to give the all the details (good and bad) about the vehicle. To my surprise the team at Criswell were very transparent about the state of the vehicle and more harshly critical than the independent inspector I hired. After considering several vehicles from other dealers around the country, I decided to buy from Criswell. I also decided to fly in to the dealership and drive the vehicle home (5 hour drive) just to give me one last check on the true state of the vehicle. The car was EXACTLY as stated by my sales rep (John Morris) and the sales manager at Criswell. In addition, I was treated with respect and appreciation. The staff at Criswell showed true customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them – and I would definitely buy from them again in the future.The first time I called Criswell Acura I spoke to John Morris. This man understands the art of helping a customer find what they want and assisting them to get it. He is a true professional – he never rushed me – he answered every question (knows his products inside and out) – and he anticipated my every request in the buying process.Why would I choose to buy my car from a dealer that is 400 miles away when there is an Acura dealer only 20 miles from my house? Two words = honesty and customer service! My local dealer tried to sell me an inferior vehicle for more money AND when I hesitated, gave me the “hard sell”. The people at Criswell treated me like I was their best customer even though they couldn’t really expect to ever see me again (I’m not going to drive 400 miles for oil changes).Ask for John Morris when you visit this dealer – you won’t be disappointed.

Today I went to Criswell Acura to look at 2 different models. The Salesman Kyle Edwards was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. Purchased a brand new 2021 TLX from here. Sales staff was awesome. Brad and Jonathan worked together in getting everything done. All that I am more than happy with. I do not write negative reviews but this situation I cannot help but feel that I have to. My issue comes with the service side of things. The car from day 1 had two issues. Massive alignment pull to the right and a rattle in the steering wheel. Brought it in about 3 weeks later for both the next time I was in Annapolis. Was told immediately that they can not cover the alignment under warranty as it was wear and tear before I even got out the car to finish explaining I just bought it and all that. Advised them I used to work for Honda years ago and stated it used to be 1 year 12k miles unless something changed. Said fine if you need to charge to throw it on the rack sure. They came back with the steering wheel was just crooked and we straightened it up for you. They did a good job repairing the rattle in the wheel so that was handled well. With the alignment issue still present and the way they approached it I could not bother to go back to this dealer as its about an hour away from me. Left a message for the service manager. Never received a call back. This caused me to unfortunately have to try another Acura dealer in Virginia who verified yes the alignment is off and the warranty period for alignments is in fact still 1 year 12k miles. Sadly this dealer could not fix the issue and again alignment still off, but this is another story. End of the story is with such bad service from Acura as far as service goes I cannot recommend anyone use this dealer for service as even there own service staff is not knowledgeable about the product they are dealing with. I had this issue fixed completely at a local Honda dealer in Waldorf who was more than happy to put the time into finding the issue and doing a correct proper alignment for a 100 bucks. Car rides perfect. No issues and took an hour of my and the technicians time. Pretty sad if you ask me.

I just bought a new 2022 MDX. I dislike the car buying process, but Eric Crawford, my sales representative at Criswell Acura, made it pleasant. I asked a lot of questions and looked at many different vehicles. He was patient, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and there was never any pressure. I got a good vehicle, a fair deal, and am completely satisfied.

I liked this place until...I took my SUV to this location to get the front passenger wheel fix/replaced. I told them Ive had to fill it with air weekly or more for about 6 weeks. They called me to give an update on my car, said the tire had to be replaced for several hundred dollars, so I agreed. A few days later I had to add air to the front passenger tire. I called the manager who said they replaced the front drivers side wheel because they didnt find a hole in the passenger side wheel but thought there was a leak in the drivers side. Id never had to add air to the front drivers side. It was a ridiculous and frustrating conversation where the manager kept repeating what he read in the notes. I immediately took the car to a tire company in Laurel. As the technician walked up to my car, he spotted a small nail in my front passenger wheel.... I will never trust Criswell Acura again, didnt appreciate their disregarding response to my concerns, and certainly hated wasting hundreds on a new tire I likely didnt need..

Kae gave me a price right away without wasting time, and set an appointment for an appraisal of my trade. Upon arrival my concern was that my trade-in offer would leave me with a significant carryover balance, as previous appraisals constantly fell short of what I needed to satisfy the lienholder. Initially I was quoted far less than what I was comfortable with, Kae made a few phone calls and was able to get me the best offer I’d ever received. The next day I let her know I was on my way back in to pick up my new vehicle - she was washed, detailed, gassed up and ready to go when I got there. At 4:25 pm, my Tire Pressure warning light came on. Unexpectedly, I had believe it or not, two flat tires. Of course I did not purchase the tire insurance, but called Criswell Acura, from the road, drove straight there, and In less than 5 minutes, a full diagnosis was made. 15 minutes later, two new tires were installed, Dave and his team were amazing, professional kind and even double teamed my car, so I could get back on the road and finish my business before the weekend. I called Criswell Acura because I have a 2016 Acura MDX which has paint peeling above the windshield. After googling I found that this was a common issue for my color vehicle and there is a warranty to get this fixed. I called one dealership that was a bit farther away and they said no problem to get fixed and asked when I wanted make my appointment. I wanted to see if Criswell which is closer could fix instead. When I called the service agent told me that I would need to make an appointment with them, then make an appointment with Criswell Autobody and have them give me an estimate then bring it back to Chriswell Acura who would then submit it and it would be a waiting game to see when it would be approved. I live two hours away from them. I have used them in the past to get a dent on my back bumper fixed and when I was told to come pick up my car I went and there was a new dent from someone at Criswell Autobody. This was a second chance I was giving the Criswell group. Honestly when it comes time to buy a new Acura it will definitely NOT be from Criswell Acura and I will not be taking my car there for ANY service. If I could give zero stars I would because the service agent who I wish I remembered his name could give ZERO *****.

I had to go there 3 times but each visit I was highly pleased. They are so nice, supportive and they explain everything that needs to be done. Its important to find a place that is honest and upfront and they are that. I would recommend to my friends and family!

I found my 2020 RDX on a Saturday, and picked her up on a Monday in the most hassle-free and streamlined experience; I spent less than two hours during the transaction which even included my test drive! I had a wonderful leasing experience with Criswell Acura.  This is my THIRD lease with Criswell and the process was fantastic.  My sales/leasing consultant was Sandra Massey, who was extremely helpful and understanding of what I was looking for.  She was truly willing to work with me to find the right car that fits my needs and extremely responsive via phone or email.  I also had a great experience with my interactions with Lamont Randall, the Sales Manager.  If I continue to have this great of an experience, I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Kae was my saleswoman! Excellent service would be an understatement! She was very patient with me because I did a lot of hemming and Hawing and she was very thorough with her explanation of everything from the technology of the car to the financing options. We purchased an Acura RDX from Criswell Acura last August (2020). Kae Engel did an excellent job of showing us all the features of the RDX and made sure that my wife was the focus of the transaction. Kae made my wife feel special and in the end my wife was very pleased with her Acura RDX - an excellent SUV.I recently decided to trade my 2015 Nissan Rogue and looked at several buying options. I talked to Kae Engel because Criswell Acura had a 2019 Honda Passport with low miles in their inventory. We arranged to drive the Passport, but was a disappointment. Kae suggested we drive the 2021 Acura TLX. It was a very nice car but was not sure. Kae illustrated the advantages of leasing the TLX versus buying and was better option than purchasing the Passport. We decided to lease the TLX.Kae Engel and Criswell Acura are a good team. The service department is also excellent. Very happy with our last two purchases and the professionalism of Kae Engel and all of the staff at Criswell Acura. Highly recommend you consider an Acura as your next car.

The ONLY car that I liked had a dead battery and had been sitting on the lot for 3months untouched (what a real gem you are probably thinking lol) but its a beautiful car. Thanks to huggable Ed C and Allen who made the deal happen! Also, there was no cheesy selling pressure from Mike. I would definitely recommend this place and return for my next car.

Writing review for Acura, since my sales consultant works there, although I leased an Audi from Her at Criswell Audi next door. Kae is a joy to work with, this is my second lease with her. I did a lot of research prior to leasing this new car, and she worked with me to get me the exact car I wanted, at a very fair lease deal. Highly recommend seeking out Kae Engle for Acura or Audi sales or lease.

Dave in the service department deserves 10 stars, I have been going to Acura service for a while now and every time I am fortunate to have Dave as my service agent, he is always nice and friendly. I was there yesterday afternoon, initially I had Ellen, and when I had a question she was no where to be found, she was paged 4 times and never showed up to answer my question. But Dave came over pleasantly and helped me. I hope Ellen and Frank emulates some of Daves characters when dealing with customers.

Test drove a RDX yesterday. Brandon was personable and kind...i wish I could have taken him to the other dealerships! Not a fan of the car, seemed to run rough! But Brandon was delightful! 🙂

Very positive experience throughout my new car buying process at Criswell. Ill add that Id put off buying a new car for 15 years (credit Acura reliability, but eventually my 2006 TSX needed to be upgraded) and as a female, I was dreading the entire ordeal. Reached out via the Acura website to several dealers for 2021 RDX pricing - Kae Engel at Criswell was the only dealer to answer my specific questions about availability and pricing via email without asking me for phone contact information or pressuring me in any way. Made an appointment for a test drive and met my sales consultant, Sandra Massey. Sandra was, in a word, exceptional. She organized an unhurried test drive, walked through all available features, answered my questions in terms I understood, and did not pressure me to buy in my first visit. I examined some other car make options, had a negative experience at another dealership, and ultimately decided to go back to Criswell and Sandra, even though I live out of state. Best decision I could have made. The purchase process was transparent, communication was prompt and unambiguous, trade in offer was fair (though I kept the TSX for sentimental reasons) and interactions with the management and finance teams (Lamont Randall and Angela Miller) was also friendly and professional. Sandra went out of her way to set up the features in the car to my customizations, ensure the car was sparkling clean at pickup and to keep the lines of communication open between us for any future questions. She even offered to have me come back in another day to meet and walk through any new car questions I might have. Ive since contacted Sandra to purchase additional accessories, and to obtain my out of state plates, and the excellent customer service continued after the sale was closed as well. Even my boyfriend, who physically went by the dealership to pick up the accessories and plates for me said they are all just so....nice!.
