Thank you Suburban Cadillac for the amazing job you did on my Dodge Ram! It was in for vandalism damage and a broken window. First the BodyShop Manager, Patrick was so kind and helpful, my insurance company wanted me to download an application, take all kinds of pictures for them to do an appraisal. I was stressed and uncomfortable with the process. Patrick took on that task and left me worry free. That in itself was priceless.Patrick keep me advised of the process and when I went to pick it up, I could not believe my eyes! The repairs to the door and interior were impeccable! Stay Away from this Dealership especially Gagik Vartanyan.a bunch of low class crooks. My biggest mistake was not getting stuff in writing, the car i bought was promised to have apple car play. Gagik confirmed it through texts and when i got it. it didnt have the care play. he agreed to pay to to get it installed and then started avoiding me. 5 months later, hes just toying with me.please please for the sake for your sanity avoid this man Gagik at the dealership.hes a high level crook

Wanted to rate this dealership highly because the sales person was very good and got us into a vehicle the day we were there. However, it is been over 45 days, and I cannot get a title that is cleared. The one they gave me shows a lean I have attempted to get a lien release and new title but cannot get 1. I am about ready to return the vehicle and ask for all of my money back. I am not getting any returns for my phone calls either. I would seriously consider not using this dealership.

On hold for more than 25 minutes to schedule a repair. Then had a frustrating conversation with a condescending service rep. Not going to bother taking the car in to them. Found a local family owned shop to do the work. Turned out for the best I suppose!

If I had the option to rate it 10 stars, I would! Our rep Mina Boles did everything he could (worked day and night) to get our issue solved. GM customer service couldnt do anything for me and he still made sure to find a solution. He actually did way more than GM did. Mina went above and beyond. I cant say thank you enough!!! Im very happy and excited for my new truck!!

I recently bought a Cadillac escalade 2016 from this dealership, there is a couple things that i would like to mention is that the sales guy his name is Devon went through the paper works. I told him to write the title under my new address and surprisingly i get the title with my old address on it. Second he said that he was looking for the 2nd spare key for the Suv and after i got the Suv he never mentioned anything about not finding the 2nd key. I don’t live around Ann Arbor so it’s hard for me to stop by there if i wanted. I keep calling the dealer back and ask for the guy who sold it to me and it always forward me to his voicemail and i do leave him a recorded message but he never calls back. Avoid this dealer !!I was not fully satisfied with my experience with them.

I have had my Cadillac served in this shop since 2013, and they used to have a very friendly and helpful female manager who genuinely cares about customers and their experiences. The current one is totally different and unfriendly. He shows no sympathy to the customers experience. I have my current ATS for four years. Here is my most recent experience, in detail. Since early this year, I saw a minor air leaking problem with my right rear tire for a few months. It dropped about 4-5 psi per month. After 1+ months, I had to pump some air in and then it dropped slowly again. It became more evident during Pandemic when I stayed at home most time and the car just sits in the garage. Its a hassle. So during the regular maintenance two weeks ago, I asked them to check the tire out. They told me that the tire needs to be replaced, so I spent $200+ on a new tire. Then the nightmare comes. The new tire dropped three psi over a single weekend, while other tires pressure did not drop at all (so weather cannot be a reason; otherwise, all should be dropped). I thought they might not replace the tire correctly, so I made an appointment and drove back to ask them. They assured me it was a new tire and nothing to worry about. I pumped every tire to 38 psi precisely on the way back home. After another weekend, when I started the car this morning in my garage, all the three old tires have a read of 37 psi, but the new tire read only 34 psi! I made another appointment right away. To my great disappointment, they still claim this is normal and nothing to be worried about. They blame everything on weather and meter uncertainty. The manager was adamant that Cadillacs tire pressure reading can be easily off +/- 4 psi. I measured the tire pressure as instructed in the manual, in the cold shaded area and before any driving. I measured them with ATS own sensor and a meter. The readings were the same. So it is not a wrong reading. They did not listen to my reasoning. I looked at the tire reading on my dashboard a lot over the years, so I know how each sensor behaves at rest and on driving. I am very disappointed by this overall experience. It wastes me three drives to the dealership in two weeks, for a problem that likely can be solved at another car service place in one hour or less. What upsets me most is the attitudes of the manager and the associate. They insists that a drop from 38 to 37 psi and a drop from 38 to 34 psi both are normal and should not worry. But then when I asked him what I should do if the new tire drops another 4 psi over the weekend sitting in my garage, he said (paraphrased) you just pump some air to it. They seem totally fine for me to spend $200 on a tire and still have to worry about the tire pressure week by week. They show no sympathy and caring for customers.

Unfortunately we drove 2.5hrs to look at a clean suv, got there and it had bubbling rust in several spots. Staff was friendly though.Definitely was this location, Erin helped at first and Mark (her manager) is who we mostly spoke with.It was the 2010 Cadillac escalade, and it does have rust in multiple spots.Also the sister lot has a 30k suburban we looked there after leaving this location.

We arrived at the used car dealership on a Friday after calling to verify the car was still for sale.We waited 20 min for the sales person to go to the other lot only to be told it was not ready to be seen. So we returned on Saturday afternoon. The sales person called to tell us it was ready this time. He still had to go get it and arrived with it as we arrived at the dealership. It was filthy! We drove an hour each way each day to see the car. We dont mind a drive to see something we may want to buy but would appreciate telling us up front what is happening.Once the car was available we drove and decided to purchase it. Anyway, the dealer closes at 4pm and we agreed to buy the car at 3:30pm. We asked to leave a deposit and then pick it up on Monday. Rudely were told it had to be paid for right then and insurance for the vehicle provided right then. (never in our years of buying cars were we not able to leave a deposit) Tha manager mentioned something about Covid??? Our bank was closed as was our car insurance company. The vehicle still needed to be detailed. Tell me they could have a full $195 detail done on the car before 4 pm. So it was ok for them to not have the car ready (meaning we would have to return Monday) but not for us to leave a deposit and return on Monday? We wanted to buy but they didnt want to sell. The business manager even pulled the, speaking to the salesman, call your other customer and let them know the vehicle is ready. Dont go unless you have a bunch of cash on you or you dont want to leave without the vehicle you want to purchase. I notice it remains for sale.....

Had such a great experience here with the help of Mina Bolos!! He was able to pre-order the 2021 Escalade for me and kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process. I went to get a used cargo van and the rear brakes were grinding. When I talked to a manager named Scott. He tried to convince me that grinding brakes was normal and that I didnt know what I was talking about. He suggested that I take it to another mechanic if I wanted and they will tell me the same thing. Very rude. And Scott went on to tell me that I was wrong and he didnt care whether I purchase the vehicle or not. I was shocked at his customer service skills. I am a business owner myself and have owned my business for over 15 years and have never spoken to a customer like that. Scott definitely could use some training in treating customers with respect. It doesnt matter if a customer spends $500 or $50,000. Treat your customers with respect. Your customers are your most important asset.

Entirely turned off to this dealership by whichever salesman I was dealing with regarding the 2020 escalade. I am mind boggled as to why I am apparently not allowed to be unsatisfied with the incentives that were given by the manufacturer this month. For some reason, the salesman immediately decides to have a condescending attitude the moment I express dissatisfaction with the pricing. I was as pleasant as possible yet it backfired. Will absolutely not be in contact or do business with this dealer, ever. Always reminded of why I despise dealerships and their employees every 3 years when I need to renew my lease.

This is the place where they always promise high but deliver low. When I called to make a maintenance appointment for my vehicle, I was told they would give me a ride so that I didnt have to wait. On the appointment day, I was told at the beginning the ride would be available in a half hour, it ended with my waiting there for 3 hours and missed my other planned appointments. The vehicle was ready for me in hurry and they even didnt bother to cleanup the oil staining on the seats. Overall, bad experience.

Do NOT buy a Cadillac. You would expect the service at Cadillac of Ann Arbor to comparable to other luxury brands, but it is far from it. When you buy the car, they will tell you that your car can be serviced at any dealership where they will pick it up and drop it off, but this is not the case. Suburban Cadillac of Ann Arbor will not honor the service program. They will only provide the service to the cars they sold.

It took 2 weeks. it involved a new $1500+ headlight assembly replacement. I picked up the car and at my first left tun realized the turn signals were not functioning. I returned to the dealership immediately and left it for yet another week for a repair described by the service department as a warranty repair and I was clipped another deductible, this time $50.(I paid my insurance deductible of $100 piking up the car). 2 weeks and over $3000 (after a $2000 estimate) and the car was not tested after repair. Apparently I ma the only one that thought replacing the light improperly might have caused the failure of the module that controls the turn signal and marker lights. The body shop jumped to every conclusion except the one hta tinvolved Suburban responsibility. The ONLY bright spot in the experience was the very short woman (from Boston) that manages the courtesy cars. Duane in the service department is awesome. He is my go to person for all my Cadillac needs. I just call him and he sets me up an appointment and provides a loaner. He works my appointments around my work schedule while I am in the Ann Arbor area. Therefore, I am not far from the dealership. He answers all my questions thoroughly and I never worry. I purchased my Cadillac from this dealership and only takes it to them to be serviced. They deserve more than five stars they are the best.

I had a noon appointment for a routine oil change. I planned to wait in the lobby while my car was being worked on. I asked the woman who checked me in what the wait time was and she noted that it was lengthy, about an hour and a half. I asked if I could step out to get lunch which she said would be no problem. She would contact me on my cell phone to let me know if my car was ready before I returned. I came back to the dealership within one hour and went straight to the waiting room. I waited for 2.5 hours, no phone call, text or notice in the waiting room. I finally decided to go check at the service desk. My car had been ready for close to 2 hours and no one notified me, and I was sent on my way without apology or acknowledgement of any error. When I finally got in my car, there was a giant black hand print on the visor, as if someone with very dirty hands changed the sticker on the windshield. I am very disappointed with the level of service I received, and the lack of attention to detail in multiple areas.

I wasnt able to start my car and the dashboard was flashing all kinds of symbols including something about the theft prevention light. When I called Suburban Cadillac and tried to explain the situation I was talking with someone that sounded and acted like a high school student, basically telling me that she didnt know what to do so just bring the car in. Very unprofessional. My car spent a day at the dealership and they ran every test on the car and they told me that there was nothing wrong with the car. I picked the car up and the next day it did the same thing. I couldnt drive it for the weekend so I Ubered everywhere. Sunday evening I had the car jumped again by a towing company (cost $55) and had the car dropped off at the dealership. I called at 7am the next morning to let them know that I had dropped the car off and explained the situation and that i needed the car back that day. By noon, I hadnt heard back so I called in again, and after being left on hold several times, I finally reached someone who knew nothing about my car. This poor communication continued throughout the day. I finally got my car at 6PM and after running all the tests again, found out that all I needed was a new battery. Why this wasnt determined the first time around is surprising. jThe whole experience was not something I would expect from a luxury car dealer. I picked up my Lincoln Continental today and the difference in service between Cadillac and Lincoln was stunning. Lincoln totally understands the luxury buyer and the experience was completely opposite from the experience I had at Cadillac. I left the Lincoln dealership feeling like a million. I left the Cadillac dealership feeling very frustrated. In defense of Cadillac, I must say that everyone I worked with at the dealership was friendly, professional, and very courteous. Unfortunately that didnt transfer into a great experience for me.

Staff was friendly, but was sold a CPO truck that had a clean title. Later found where it had been in an accident. Where it was patched, and explains why every alignment shop that has tried to fix the steering problem has been unsuccessful. Also, even after changing the cabin air filter, the truck has a rotten moldy or musty smell in it. Needless to say I leave it running with keys in it, hoping it gets stolen.

Cant speak for sales, but I would strongly NOT recommend service.My biggest complaint is time. Apparently they are terribly understaffed. Even with an appointment, my car sat untouched for days on more than one occasion.I have had a problem of some kind every time the car was there, some minor but others major.Thanks to Brian Lawrence (new service manager since I started going to Suburban) my problems have been mostly resolved, but most recently I was sent home with a new replacement engine that was low on coolant and oil and had to go back. For the last time.I just erased a previous review and removed a star. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Terrible experience. My fiance and I viewed pictures of a used traverse online. We were interested in test-driving and possibly purchasing it. Once we arrived Michael pulls the traverse to the front and we were extremely surprised to find out the car had serious body damage on one side. Michael says you can see severe body damage in the pictures but that is incorrect.. We drove more than 3 hours for nothing.EDIT:No, we were not at your outlet center located at 4255 Jackson road. We were at 3515 Jackson rd., the new car lot where the salesman showed us the damaged vehicle.

I purchased a 2018 Impala from Suburban Cadillac in October. Overall, the purchase process went well. I had no issues until it got hot. The ac wasnt working. I was like Why am I having an A/C issue with such a newer vehicle??? So I contacted the dealership inregards to this. I was told by the manager that they needed to diagnose it and it will cost me $175 to find the problem. I Couldnt afford it. So I took it to Tel Ford Sevice in Dearborn. I thought it just needed too be recharged??? There I was told that the A/Cs Evaporator Core needs to be replaced and its going to cost me $1500!!!! So I called the dealership again about the same situation soon after I left on the 1st. I was told that he was unavailable to speak to me and for me to leave a message and he would return my call.Im so disappointed that I am having such an expensive issues on this practically new car. A function that should be functional. Why should I have to come out of my pocket for this??? The integrity of this is all wrong.

I left a very detailed review describing my awful experience with the service department about 2 weeks ago and the owner responded and asked that I speak with the general manager to discuss my situation. I went in and sat down with Mike, the general manager and explained my entire situation. He listened to my complaints sincerely. He apologized and offered me a courtesy check for all of my inconvenience. I felt a lot better about the situation when I left. I urge anyone that has an issue to go speak to him about it. Epic failure of service dept to provide service1) tried to sell services that were not needed, No trust value in this dealership . I was told my tires with less than 500 miles on them were worn badly2) I made a Appt a week ahead time and they didnt touch the car for over 24 hours because they were behind .3) Never completed service until Friday . Car was dropped on Monday and finally looked at on Tuesday . I am sure the dealer I usually take it to would have done way better .4) I will never set foot that total failure of a place ever again . I shopped for a car there at least twice before but never found what I wanted .I hope GM gets to see this . I have never owned a non GM car in forty years but I might consider another brand if this is the service I would receive .

My experience with Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac was excellent as always, I have been a loyal customer for ten years and have never ben disappointed any interaction I have had with this dealership from sales to service and most recently some repair work from their body shop, Everyone is always friendly and professional and willing to go out of their way to make you feel special.

They list cars they dont have on hand. Then its a week + to get it. And then they sell it. Going to Cadillac of Novi. Sorry I was a burden to them and unworthy of being sold a new car. Maybe Cadillac of Novi will honor me by alowing me to spend $80k+ on a new CTS-V.
