Tried to buy Volvo car online. They were nice and everything was ready to buy a car, they even brought car to our house its 3 hours drive. When they came the left headlight was broken. We understand everything happens, we asked for discount for the price of headlights and job, or asked them to replaced it. They refused and took car back because they wont make money if they will do those kind of discount ( the headlight price was $2500). They said they can fix it without replacing it and will raise the price for the car. Very disappointed because we liked the car and first of all its unprofessional, second we did finance through them and everything was ready to sign and our credit history was touched what is bad when we went to take another one.

I own a 1988 volvo 240, so nothing super ordinary or easy for your average mechanic to be able to work on. My goal is to restore the car to its former glory and it has been an adventure so far. Ive needed some help doing so along the way and Kant at Sesi Volvo has been a great help at accomplishing what I cant do myself. If you are ever looking for a great, knowledgeable person to work on your old or new Volvo, Kant is who I recommend.

The dealership called me to ask me how my experience was. I told the man I had a very poor experience and before I could tell him why he said thank you for sharing your experience and hung up on me. Then I get a link to leave a public review. So ridiculous. Whoever they hired to call customers to assess their experience could care less about the customers’ experience. Note to dealer: it’s better to have no one call at all.

Sesi Volvo replaced a wheel on my S90 under the VIP tire protection warranty I purchased from Volvo. It took almost a week for them to get the replacement and return my vehicle. No charge since it was under warranty. 3 months later I had my annual service and they made me pay $1,100 claiming I had to submit the charge to the warranty service for repayment. They never had gotten approval for the repair and warranty was denied. Sesi refused to refund me.Volvo VIP Warranty is a different company and not Volvo even though sold by Volvo with the Volvo logo. Sesi and the warranty company are going back and forth disputing the charge. After a few weeks of back and forth, Sesi refunded the charge and is still disputing it with the warranty company. I am supporting them trying to get their money from the warranty company. It was a frustrating experience for a few months but Sesi did the right thing and that is the true test of a company. When things go wrong and money is at stake, they stepped up in the end.#Sesi #Customer_Service

They told me $374.16 for a vehicle inspection for a Volvo. When I got there they said because its a turbo its going to be $650 with no warning. ALL VOLVOS ARE TURBOS except for two models that are not common. A pure scam to try and force you into spending extra money. They couldve at least just advertised the higher price and been honest.

I did not by my car from Sesi, but I do take my old v70 there for services at the suggestion of a mechanic friend of mine. They have an excellent service department, and despite my older car, they treat me like I buy a new Volvo from them every year.They spent a great deal of time and energy to track down a difficult problem and got it fixed even though I had to return several times as the problem was intermittent. They were not satisfied until it was fixed and at a more than fair price for their time and effort.I trust the folks at Sesi to make sure any repair or service is resolved to my satisfaction 100%, they will not overcharge me and they will stand behind their work as that has been my experience with them.

He even came directly to my house at my convenience to pick up the car for servicing because we were leaving out of town. Jim, the shuttle driver dropped me to work when my car was being serviced and even went the extra step to drop off my car to me at work.
