Had to wait for 4 days for a small part ... VW parts Rep asked me to go to Lansing to get the part if its urgent ... Wasnt happy at all with this VW Parts Rep and even the Manager at the front desk ... wont be purchasing any VW Vehicles in future - specially if i had to deal with this kind of attitude ...

Germain Honda is a great, fairly honest dealership. The salesperson we met, Mitch is highly knowledgeable about the Honda product line. The dealerships interior is clean and bright. The store manager is affable and willing to provide a good price range for a vehicles without a lot of games. The only downside was what we considered a lack of inventory. We visited three dealerships and we felt Germain Honda was the best one we visited.

They do good work, have snacks in their waiting area, but charge too much. $45.00 for a basic oil change on a 1998 Civic is a bit high. I also object to the fact they never send me discount coupons on service, like Howard Cooper Honda (their predecessor) did. I get mailers from them that just remind me to schedule a car service appt, but no coupons. All money grabbing propaganda!

Best service I have ever had at a Service Station. I stopped to have my oil changed, and they let me know it wasnt time yet. They offered to wash my car and top off my fluids for free.

Fantastic (Honda) dealership in our experiences so far. Evan Carrier was the best salesperson we have worked with and our experience was better than past vehicle purchases (other dealerships). Evan and the dealership as a whole were extremely efficient with our time, handling as much as possible over email/calls as needed, he ordered our car, kept us informed of progress, and had it ready when we showed up. My wife and I will definitely recommend Germain Honda, and to ask for Evan (the rest of the salespeople and staff in general seemed attentive and professional as well, we just did not work with anyone else yet). The facility itself was very clean, open, and looked very nice inside and out. There is a nice looking waiting area for service, an area for customers to sit at a desk and work if needed, and even a special childrens room with appropriate decor and activities should you have to wait (they also have loaner cars). Well be back!

Went with my friend who had to cancel her car lease. Clean atmosphere, very polite service and lease officer was very accommodating.Will certainly consider doing business with this group in the future.

They make sure that the service(s) that you receive is done in a timely matter. Also, they’ve a waiting area with refreshments while you’re waiting.
