It was time to purchase a new car and I was really not looking forward to it, as it is usually a long drawn out process. When I went in to take ownership of the car a few days later, it was also a smooth process.

My experience started off pretty rocky but all of the issues have been fixed now. The General Manager was especially helpful in making sure all of my issues were fixed. The dealership employees worked hard to make sure I had everything I needed and I appreciate that.

I’ve used Fox only for service on my Hyundai but so far it’s been great. The people working there are really helpful and often remember my car when I bring it in. My wifes car was destroyed in a hail storm, and I had called ahead to this dealership to secure a brand new car to pick up the next day for delivery. My wife met all their prerequisites, including credit information etc in order to make that possible. I called the following morning to make sure everything was okay only to be informed that the car had been sold.I was very adamant with the salespersons, Alex that I could leave a deposit to make sure this car was going to be available and he assured me that was not necessary.Just fill out credit forms and we will take care of everything.This Was not the case as the car had been sold to someone else. After explaining I was going to have to drive a couple hours to get there I wanted to make sure there werent going to be any problems this is the way that they handled our transaction. We had nearly half of the money down in cash and have great credit, and just cant imagine how they let this happen, and think that this is okay! My wife and I will have to go somewhere else to buy a brand new car today, and Im sure somebody will be happy to take our money. I would not recommend this dealership as we never even received a phone call or an email or a text to let us know that we would not be arriving today to take delivery of our brand new car. Shame on you Fox Hyundai, I will definitely not recommend you to anybody else, and will absolutely be willing to share my story with anybody who is willing to listen. Not sure how great sales are, but I cant imagine taking a $19,000 customer and just putting them off on the sideburner knowing we had no vehicle to drive as the insurance company had picked up her old car. Walked into the dealership this past weekend with my partner looking to buy a cross-over/SUV. Were expecting, and Hyundai is highly rated for safety. First, it took 10 minutes for someone to talk to us, and when we inquired any hybrid/electric models, the salesperson was so rude, that even if we did decide to buy a Hyundai, it will not be from that dealership.

I came here to get some service done after the check engine light came on in my Tucson (I brought it here because I had purchased a Santa Fe Sport 2 years ago and the sales team was incredible). Made an appointment, you always should if you can because theyre pretty popular and busy, and was able to drop my car off and lucky enough to snag a loaner. Within two days I had my car back and fixed like nothing happened. Eric polite, friendly and just all around the type of guy youd like to deal with when getting your car serviced. Great place filled with great people!

If youre shopping with a Hyundai Family Circle discount or hoping to negotiate a good deal, dont bother with Hyundai of Ann Arbor. The sales guy we had the displeasure of dealing with refused to accept the Hyundai employee discount and when I escalated to his sales manager I was told they dont accept it. Nor would they negotiate anything other than sticker price. Plus, they were horribly rude. What a waste of time.

Whenever I have shopped for a car at dealerships, there are a few things that I think people from my age demographic are not comfortable with, mainly the old-fashioned intimidating and oversell attitude. So I was pleasantly surprised with my shopping experience here.My communication preference was well considered. When I initially made it clear that I only want to be contacted through email, that was followed through and I did not get any unwarranted or any workday interrupting phone calls. My questions and such were responded to promptly, the whole paperwork was also smooth and carried out well. Overall, great customer service experience from Andrew and the finance team.My only suggestion would be that for someone who may not familiar with Vehicle Service Contracts, prior and clearer communication of such contracts would be very helpful for a new customer.

I have always had great interactions with Eric in the service department. All of my car buying experiences be have led me to great salesmen too, including Andrew and Alex. The manager Tim was also so kind when we bought our new car. Our most recent experience included a very busy 1 year old, and Andrew and Tim were so patient with us while we went through the motions of purchasing our car and keeping a toddler entertained at the same time.

Because they didnt have one part at the time of my appointment, he personally picked up my car after a few days, took care of everything (also cleaned up the car), then brought it back to my place again.

Just bought a new Santa Fe here, excellent experience. Saleperson Andrew was low key and not pushy, very informative and helpful, found us a good deal on a 2020. We both have had Hyundais previously that lasted over 10 years for us, and the service department is top notch.

Worked with Andrew C. to trade in my 2013 Elantra for a 2021 Tucson. I looked at a few different brands before i came back to Hyundai. The car has so many more features at a better price than others in its class so it was a no briainer but Andrew also had me wanting to buy a car from him he was helpful and pressure free! The paperwork process was easy and they didn’t try to sell me anything additional. Overall great. I’ve used the service department too and they’re also top notch

Cheapest price by multiple thousands, no bargaining needed (I usually bargain to death) - other dealers did not even try to compete. No pushy/shady tactics, everything transparent and honest. I even signed paid the deposit and signed the papers without even needing to scrutinise them or ther car. Smooth, fast process. Got the best finance rate Ive ever seen. Just pick a car from their website and theyll take care of everything.

Thought I lost my key. Eric and the service dept were so nice and were going to make aNew one for me. But they first tried to start it and it started. They looked and found it in the luggage. James helped me narrow down my car selection to the new 2020 Hyundai Konas - even though I didnt end up buying from James - he tried in every way he knew how and surely went the extra mile so it wasnt for lack of trying.

What an experience! I was looking online at options for a new Tucson and thanks to Autotempest I stumbled upon Fox Hyundai. I live closer to Glassman, Ralph Thayer, and Feldman and have purchased from two of those in the past so I had plenty of options and prior experiences to fall back on. I was contacted by James after submitting some information on the Fox website since the advertised prices were lower than anywhere else. Almost too good to be true. But after speaking with James, the deals were legit. We did all the negotiations over the phone and through text (sending pics of my trade in). I made the trip (about 35-40 minutes) two days later and was sold. I wanted the car regardless, but after the experience on the phone with the attentiveness that James provided to all my questions etc, it was the experience that I was after. And what an experience. So straight forward, no dealership tactics, James is a true believer in the product he represents which is something that speaks volumes (even though I didnt need to be sold on it, Ive owned 2 new Hyundais in the past and both went well over 100k miles without issue). The drive was worth it, and Ill make that drive again in the future for other purchases. I never understand when people stick with a single car salesperson, theyve never made that much of an impression on me, just a means to an end, but Im sticking with James going forward. Went in for a test drive and a trade in appraisal for the very popular Palisade. The ones on the website kept being sold while trying to set up appointments to see them.Kevin and Michael were very gracious staying late to discuss numbers. After thinking about it overnight I put a deposit on the next Palisade they had coming in approximately 9 days out and happened to be in colors I liked.The delivery was delayed unfortunately for me due to the weather but Michael was on top of keeping me updated as much as possible, even on his day off.

Thanks Eric! I went yesterday to check my breaks, I fixed with them 7 months ago. He drove my car, asked me about what it was happening and He said I think everything is okay, but let me see in the system check and I waited less a hour, they made a computes check.
