I gave Shawn...my service guy...10 out of ten for my third Mercedes .prompt pic up of my car, delivered a new one to use. Just excellent all the way around from friendliness, perfect repair job and even if somethings gone wrong it won’t be for long! Love this place...love these people. Especially Shawn...my man in service!

Great service has been the rule here. They’re accommodating and expeditious while exceeding my expectations in terms of how the job is done. Like everyone, I hate taking the time to service my car, but they make this process better.

I got to the dealer 10 minutes late due to weather. Shawn Durham met me at my truck. He was so kind n very professional. I checked a few other Mercedes-Benz dealers in my area to make an appointment. They seamed like I was bugging them to try and get a appointment for a service date that fitted my schedule. Not Mercedez-Benz of AnnAbor. They let me pick the day and time that fit to my schedule. Shawn had me a loaner ready also, just in case I wanted to go get some lunch. They actually practiced Soical Distancing, also it was very clean. Everyone was super nice and professional. They actually go out they way to make comfortable while you wait. The service was exceptional and fast also. They don’t try to make you pay for something you don’t need. Some dealerships try to pull one over on women. Not Mercedez-Benz of AnnAbor, not with Shawn Durham. He was like my husband being there protecting your pockets from over paying.
