As I wanted to support a local business during the pandemic, I chose Three Chairs Co. to place my order for a Herman Miller chair. They gave me an estimate of a month for it to arrive, no worries. A month has passed since and I called to get a status update only to find out the stock order already arrived earlier and nobody reached out to let me know. Now, Im being told to wait an additional three weeks (on top of the 4 that has already passed) for the next batch to arrive and this is completely unacceptable. Will update review as they figure out how to resolve this issue.Update: Order has been picked up and taken home. Happy with the chair and is exactly what I ordered. They did keep their word and applied the discount but it took 37 days since being ordered to finally bring the chair home. Ellen was very helpful and friendly when assisting with this issue.

Very helpful staff helped us pick through a variety of offering without being over bearing. We had guidance and space. Nice selection of quality products.

What an awesome place. Came in to check out some Herman Miller office chairs. The place is awesome and the sales rep we dealt with was super knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be back to pick up my Herman Miller when I am ready to buy.

Very expensive. Kinda looks run down . Lady wasnt very friendly. For being t hff are for 20 years youd think they would at least be nice.

I totally disagree with the previous posting. I found staff in both Mitchell Gold and Three Chairs to be knowledgeable and gracious!
