First, this review is for the company,, not this store. Our salesperson (Chris) deserves 5 stars for his excellent knowledge and communication.The company itself on the other hand deserves 0 stars.We ordered and paid for our bed in February. The first delivery was rescheduled ON delivery day, and moved out 3 weeks.Today was that day, and due to a delivery snafu I dont even know when the bed will arrive. Ive dismantled my bedroom set twice now, and had heated conversations with customer service.What a terrible company to deal with. Please save yourself the hassle and consider an alternative.

Chris was an incredible and patient resource on this big buy for us!! We definitely made the right decision thanks to his advice.

Purchased an I10 and two sets of sheets four weeks ago. Waited three week for delivery... 5 minutes after the delivery window they called and canceled giving us another delivery date again three weeks out. After numerous phone calls and a threat to cancel we were given a new delivery date in three days. After the delivery time started with no update we called and were told they were 45 minutes out... Sleep number delivery never showed, never called. Were going back to the store to cancel order and request full refund since delivery has never happened...Very disappointed!So now its been another week and know I have yet another offer to call sleep number again and sit on hold For ever to get another ration of excuses of why they can’t do their job and somehow it must be my fault....I have better things to do with my time than continue to be a victim of the sleep number corporate shell game!

Great sales experience, he walked us through all of the options. We were able to try each mattress and got thorough explanations of each type and feature. Quick and easy check out and no high pressure.

Im sure it helped that we were the only customers in the store at the time, given the time of day, but our experience was amazing. Ove never been to a bed store before, but I was so welcomed the whole time I was in there. Tim was amazingly helpful, answered all my questions, gave his own experience of the bed. All around wonderful shopping experience. Bed is getting delivered in a week, cant wait to sleep on it!

We received a thorough demonstration of all mattresses/systems available, which I think is a requirement when considering a purchase of this kind. We spent almost 2 hours with our salesperson and I never felt that we were being talked into something or something more than we really wanted. We have not received our purchase yet, but are anxiously anticipating its arrival!

Tim was great in showing us all the different mattresses and gave us all of his time without putting any pressure on one way or the other. He stressed that we choose what we like and what is most comfortable, not necessarily the highest end.When we made our choice he was looking at how he could give us the best deal and was very pleasant all the way around.The mattress hasn’t been delivered yet but we can’t wait to get a good night sleep soon.Thank you Tim.

It was a great experience. Denise was very knowledgeable about all the options for the beds. Took her time with us. No pressure to buy right then. Store was clean and well lit.

Denise was great. Very informative great attitude and knowledgeable. Me and wife did research before entering the store. Denise answered all other questions we had. Explaining everything we needed, fitted us with pillows and sheets and pads. When your ready to make an investment in your quality of sleep I higley recommend going Sleep Number and talking to Denise and start to get the sleep you deserve...Mr.F

I have 3 beds, a King and 2 Queens. The beds were great for a few years and now I need service and CANT get any service I have called the service center and each time I go though the instructions only to be told no one can help me and instructing me to call back another time. I logged in to do live chat and waited about 45 minutes with no response. I simply want a service call to check and fix problems on 3 beds. I got lots of great promises of prompt service and great warranty when I purchased the beds but that simply isnt true. Now I called a local sales outlet and they put in a request for a return call and I should hear from them in 72 hours I was told.

Vey helpfull staff. I tried multiple beds, asked a lot of questions and left, never pushy to make a sale. I came back a second time to try them again and they were just as patient, purchase process was very quick. Delivery was also scheduled very quickly. I’m glad I stopped by.

Tim new his product and was very helpful with the purchase we made at Sleep Number.

I have always wanted to sleep number but can never afford one so honestly they cant be that great LOL. Cool store though.

Excellent service, excellent products...we have 3 SN beds, one king, two queens and I bought another reclinable queen bed for my mom who was having trouble sleeping through the night....all very satisfied and even like their sheets and pillows...really the best products in the bedding market. We tried Temperpedic etc...but these Sleep Number beds really work better for sleeping. Staff at the Ann Arbor store is always very helpful.
