Matt and Alisa were great. I received friendly and helpful service as soon as I stepped through the door. The store doesnt overwhelm you with too many options but instead has a select set of Mattresses that I assume are the best in their respective price ranges so you can quickly find what is best for you. I got a kingsdown, very comfy.

We had done some research about the type of mattress we wanted before we went into the store. Our salesperson Matt was very knowledgeable and so helpful. He answered any questions we had and made sure to look up any promotions that were being offered for the type of mattress we decided to purchase. He also helped us with pillow selection as we both have neck and shoulder issues. He helped us look into financing and was able to set up our delivery quite quickly considering the area that they have to cover. There was no pressure from Matt or the other salesperson to purchase anything which is a big plus for me. The showroom was much larger than I had anticipated and there were several of each type of mattress to try. I was really impressed! We had been dreading mattress shopping, but this was a very positive experience for us!

I have been looking for a mattress to replace my old one. I have needed one that is sufficient to provide comfort because of a painful hip and shoulders. A mattress is everything to my comfort level. And also to a good nights sleep. I found one that I thought would work. However I could not return it at the store I was considering. When I called mattress firm, they assured me that I had 120 days to test the mattress, could return it if it was not comfortable. Given the total cost, it would only cost me $187 more if I needed to return it. To me that amount was negligible given the freedom to return it if I needed to. Otherwise I would be stuck with a $2000 purchase that didn’t work. This was the breaking point for me that caused me to choose mattress firm. And the gentleman I dealt with, Hunter Holland was very gracious and help me through the process, answering all of my questions. It was an over the phone purchase because I had already done my homework in visiting stores and testing mattresses. Thanks to Mr. Holland!

Today my husband and I purchased a Purple .3 with an adjustable frame. Our experience at Mattress Firm was very enjoyable. Matt assisted us in finding the perfect mattress for us. He listened to wants and needs, and showed us a more comfortable way to sleep using the adjustable frame. He was very helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I bought an 1800$ Sterns and Foster queen from Matt at the Ann Arbor Jackson Ave store a year ago March of 2020. I sleep on my stomach and the right half of the mattress caved in and the left side remains high so sleeping in the middle of the bed is like sleeping on a hill.I contacted Matt and told him I wanted to excersize my warranty for a replacement as the warranty is ten years. He sent me to Mattress Firm web page where I filled out a form requesting an impersonal inspection of my mattress after seven days since my request. They gave me an id #03230806 and I waited. Well that was eight weeks ago and I have heard nothing from you. I’ve been calling Matt three times a week for a progress report and he wasn’t able to make a corporate connection for me which has been extremely frustrating for both Me and Matt. So yesterday when I called he still heard nothing and sensing my frustration he just said that He would swap it out for me which made me very happy. So I’ll give Matt five stars but Mattress Firm one star.

My Sales Rep, Kenneth, could not have been more helpful and informative. I needed a mattress for a person with special physical needs. Ken took the time to listen to my needs, educate me on what was available, and helped me select the best mattress for my needs within my budget.

Visited the store yesterday evening hoping to purchase a new bed. Matthew was very courteous and informative in helping me choose one. I never felt pressured to purchase a specific bed and he explained each beds features well. He offered me his opinion on what would be best for me(herniated disc and a side/back sleeper) and that was much appreciated. I ended up purchasing a bed and adjustable frame(yay) yesterday. Overall incredible experience! Matthew (the store manager) walked us around the store and helped us figure out our personal tastes and preferences. His style did not feel pushy or overly sales focused, but instead it felt like he was just trying to help us figure out what would make us happy. We went in to buy a twin mattress and box springs for our daughter’s bed. Jay was incredibly helpful. He found what we needed and made the process easy. He didn’t try to sell us an extra expensive mattress for our two year old. The mattress he suggested was comfortable and very reasonably priced. We were in and out within 10 minutes. He set up our delivery and sent the invoice to our email address.

I visited the Ann Arbor store on Jackson Rd.Salesman Jay was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions. I made a purchase as I had already reviewed what brand and type of mattress I wanted. He offered delivery or pickup. I chose to pick it up at their warehouse near I-275. The man there was nice and loaded the mattress in my truck. So I would recommend this store.

The sales dude was cool, I got a great deal. He knew what he was talking about and what I would need, being a picky cheapskate.
