Went in and after a tremendously long wait asked a guy a simple question about my card and value and appraisal. He then laughed and rudely said “you need to go to an appraiser for that” and laughed more as i walked out. Quite rude and probably won’t go into that one again.

This particular location has no gaming consoles aside from maybe a Nintendo Switch.

Just went in today and went due to the another gamestop store telling us there were switches. Upon arrival, Spencer, told us they do have switches and that itll just take 30 minutes to inventory it and be able to sell. We politely said ok and that we will definitely be back in 30 minutes. We arrived back at the store 20 minutes later and saw someone purchasing a switch at that time. Spencer then said Ooo Im sorry but we are all sold out and dont have any more. Dont listen to their employees on time. The review is solely based on Spencer.

I ordered a game online for pickup and got a response at 645pm order was ready. I get there at 7pm and told they are closed when the website hours shows closed at 8pm. All the guy had to do was give me the game and look at my ID. Really horrible service to wait until 15 mins to close tell me the games ready for pickup and to be turned away after getting there right when they closed. Never order from this store they are useless!!!

Is there any other place to buy and trade games? Love the staff. They are always helpful with suggestions. They are avid gamers themselves.

Standard mall video game store with good selection of new and used games/ hardware. The service is friendly, but I think they have a script. Sometimes I just want to browse the used bin with my earbuds in and they have their script to follow. Will go back though when there is something new I want or have time to kill looking for a cheap game.

I was hunting for older games for my Wii and PS3 and found plenty at a really great price. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Large selection.

Just picked up the new COD! Im glad that this store Price Matches with other retailers! They took the 10$ off and made me a happy customer! Walmart consistently sells their games at a lower price in store. So it makes sense for these guys to honor that price aswell. Especially when these games at trade in value depreciate so fast.

Sold me an Xbox that was in a flood didnt work so demanded money back went to Best Buy

Great selection friendly service go to game store

Went in to buy a Xbox one and he told me he had one in the back with a few scratches on it but it functions perfectly fine for 40$ less. Once I get home and turn it on it starts making a horrible noise and the disc tray does not work at all. They clearly never even tested it, I would have went back and returned it but I didnt have the receipt anymore. $240 down the drain. They also gave me $14 for my Xbox 360 in perfect condition with a bunch of games.

If I could describe the employees here: unapologetic, stupid, and rude. I call up and ask for a product before driving across town, they assure me they have it, exactly what I ask for, multiple times. Great, I think, Ill just slide on over and pick it up then. After arriving I go in and do not find what Im looking for, so I ask for help. Instead of showing me he just says we might have it, it will be in that area. Dude. So I go check again, nothing. I ask about the specific product I spoke about over the phone, and of course they dont have it. Oh well, I generally avoid GameStop to begin with, my first attempt at patronizing the store in probably 6 or 7 years is a terrible experience. Ill be sticking with Amazon, at least when they say they have a product, they actually have it. Their customer service is also light years ahead.

I love GameStop the staff is always so nice and helpful to me. Im in a wheelchair i have only found one store hard for me to manover around in. The Muldoon in Anchorage Alaska GameStop is hard for wheelchairs to get around. Only downfall that i have seen.

Little overpriced on there used gear and games especially when you take in to account how much they pay for a used item even brand new never used is worth less the 10% of face value in most cases... ouch!

In the diamond center is gamestop I went in and the 1st thing that someone came up to me and asked me if I needed help And thats reason why Id like to find my games their customer service is good theyre nice and courteous

This store is garbage. I pre ordered a game and apparently it was the only store in Alaska that didnt receive it when they were supposed to. No big deal, I left my name and number and they said they were expecting it tomorrow and would call me as soon as it arrived. I called 2 days later and they said yeah they came yesterday I told them thank you for calling me and letting me know. Never buying anything from this store again. Ill drive farther to the muldoon store from now on.

Got a game and an extra warranty was tacked on without asking when I questioned it the employee told me it was a new policy. I looked into it and this is a lie. Dont let them scam you of extra money.

Customer service is below average. Even for a GameStop. Employees often dont know about company promotions and are otherwise Ill informed.

I went into the GameStop at dimond today to purchase two Nintendo 3ds and had the worst service. There were 4 workers at the register and 3 of them were helping one lady while me and 3 other people waited in line for at least 15-20 minutes. Once it came my turn to get rung up, the lady they were helping beforehand went in front of me to purchase another game and the cashier did not tell her to go to the back of the line, but instead told me that he was already helping her and that another worker would help me. After that happened the person I was talking to told me that they cost $200 in store, but online they sell them for $180, and they dont price match from their own website. What kind of store does that?! I will never shop there again. They were rude and gave the worst service.

Just got off the phone with the Store Manager who refused to sell my 18-year old a game because she was accompanied by my 13-year old. He stood behind some unenforced law regarding the fact that they assumed the game was for my younger child because he handed her the game and money. Reality check time. As a parent, I gave him permission to buy the game. Its not like he was purchasing alcohol for him or something. Dumb rule, worse service. Lost my business forever.

Terrible management. Poor customer service. The older gentleman with glasses, Larry I think. Hes a jerk. No one there cares about the customer besides maybe Bryan. They completely RUINED the midnight release for Black ops 2 by forcing people who purchased and reserved the game weeks before, waited in line for an hour, then receive another receipt to stand in line for another hour. Complete BS. I will NEVER shop here again.

I went to sell some of my games and XBOX360. The employe said 16$ for the XBOX. 4$ for each game and he said some wer scratched, when i took a good look at it, the scratch was so tiny. Ive been playing these games for a long time. They still workerd. The stupid employe only gave me 4$ for 2 games.

I went in to trade in games and after totaling it up the manager told me they wouldnt be able to give me cash for them for another three hours. This is very un proffesional way to run a buisness you are supposed to have everything ready before you open your doors
