Wonderful shop and service. My iPhone X had been plagued with ghost touch issues and Apple recommended I replace my phone since it was out of warranty. After a recommendation from a friend I brought my phone in to see if AK Phone Repair - Ken take a look. He replaced the screen in less than 30 minutes at a very fair price. He even included a screen protector without an additional charge. My phone has been working better than it has in months and I couldnt be happier with the replacement screen.

Both front and back of my iPhone X were cracked. I only wanted to fix the front. Apple told me the back of my iPhone X was too damaged that I couldn’t “just fix the front” otherwise it would not function correctly. Well, they were wrong because AK Phone Repair was able to allow me to fix just the front as I asked and it works splendidly!! He got it repaired in 25 minutes!! It looks great! This company is fast and amazing!! Great customer service!

I’ve broken my screen like 3x and this guy never fails to help me out every time. He’s fast! Friendly, and quite nice!!! Ended up getting a new phone case too while I was there. He told me 30min waiting period, but it only took him about 15min to fix my phone! Also his price is way for reasonable than Zaggs. I saved $60 going to him.

Been here a couple of times, this time I brought in my iPhone 8 in to get the screen repaired and got it fixed within 30 minutes. Highly recommend to call this place before coming in, so you can get a quote and if your calling about a repair. A call can get you the estimated time for the repair, which greatly helps out.

Apple Store wouldnt fix it. Best Buy wouldnt fix it. Cracked Wireless didnt have the parts in stock (and was way more expensive than AK Phone Repair). I called AK Phone Repair and they had my iPhone X screen repaired and back in my hand less than an hour later. They were also very nice and helpful about some other questions I had.

I initially gave this place five stars. But the two phones that we had repaired the screens for $290, both had stopped working within a week. They refused to repair them. They said it was done by us. I will not be doing service with them again.

My phone started acting erratic, clicking on its own, almost unusable. I had my fiancé call ahead, and he said come on by. We were in and out in 10 minutes! My iPhone XS is good as new. Brought in two ipads - one with a cracked screen the other would not start up and I thought maybe needed a new battery. Before we found AK Phone Repair, I had brought them to an Apple authorized service provider, which wouldnt even touch them - said we were better off just buying new ones (at over $300 each). Glad that we found AK Phone Repair. They replaced the cracked screen same day. On the other ipad, AK Phone Repair found that the battery was fine - there was just a software problem, and got it running same day also. AK Phone Repair charged $200 total to get both ipads running like new. They also have a selection of used phones and tablets - I will definitely go to them when I need a repair or device in the future.

They arent friendly, but you can definitely expect great service. They took just 30 mins to repair my iPhone 11 screen.

Got my iphone 8 screen replaced there. They were very fast, everything looked great and it looked like it was working perfectly. However, not long after, my battery started dying instantly when it was working perfectly fine when I brought it to them. I brought it to another repair shop and they told me there was a lot of dust and gravel under my screen because there wasnt a seal on my new screen. In addition, they found puncture holes in my battery... if I have to, I will not be using them again.

I went in to get the camera side screen replaced. The glass was replaced with black instead of the clear it was originally. They didnt mention this when I brought it in. The same week the whole back side of my phone cracked while it had a case on it.

I have taken two iphones with failing batteries to these people. Both phones are now working almost like new. Having a good battery makes a huge difference in how well the phone works.In both cases, I made in and out in 15 min, as promised. Really great customer service.Thank you !!!

These guys are great! I went and got my screen repaired and everything was fine screen looked so professional. They even physically cleaned my phone. A couple days later noticed I was having issues with my Touch ID . Called them and they told me I could come in immediately. They even accommodated me at a store closer to my home. It was just a cable issue but they treated me with promptness and were so courteous. They even threw in a free screen protector for having to come back. Would recommend them to anyone great job guys!! I’ll be back soon.

I am soo amazed how fast my iPhone 8 was repaired today as I really thought I had to buy a new phone.My phone was literally in pieces with shards of glass hanging off it. Very helpful shop. I went in with a cracked screen and the speaker in my earpiece wasnt working. they fixed the screen and did not charge me for the ear piece fix cause it just needed to be cleaned. A lot of shops would try to get you to replace something that could just be fixed. Thank you guys Great work!!!!

I used to take my phones here to get fixed but after a couple of weeks they would always end up malfunctioning. Like for example the screen would freeze up and the battery would die so quick. So I started taking my phone to cracked wireless. The guy asked me who had fixed my iPhone before and I told them I’ve only been taking it to this place. He says that there were parts missing from my phone and some parts were replaced with old parts. I knew something was fishy about this place. I bought one of the Samsung phones they sell at their store and that thing just went off after a couple of days of using it. Don’t trust these people!!!

Replaced my screen in 8 minutes! I was so impressed I came back the next day and had them replace my battery too. I cannot speak highly enough of their service.

I had a bigger issue than just the standard chipped screen type problems ... that being that my charging port got damaged (by me, jamming the charger in upside down). I YouTubed the procedure to replace it, and it was fairly complicated.However, the guys here had the charging port in stock, replaced it perfectly, for a reasonable price, and it was done when I went back an hour or two later. Its good to know theres a place in town like this that can handle the more unusual problems.

I broke my phone, then found them on google. I was able to text them from google and they answered me within 2 minutes. Gave me a fair price. When I got there the gentleman was pleasant and knew his stuff! He told me to come back in 30 minutes and I did and boom my phone was brand new and he even fixed a sensor. He tested everything in front of me to ensure me it worked and that they did not store there finger print! I was very impressed with the knowledge and speed of this place. Highly recommended.

The cost to get the repair was $120, which may seem a little high, but I’d rather pay a little more for a job well done than end up with a phone that doesn’t work, as has happened to people who have gone to other places in anchorage from reviews I read when choosing a place to get this done. Go to high frequency wireless they have better prices better techs and they don’t treat legit consumers like garbage. This shop has rude employees, just trying to purchase items from them I was treated so bad I walked out and didn’t buy anything. Went straight to high frequency wireless on 36th just past midtown Freddie’s and was treated like a decent person and got a great deal on an iPhone XS plus. Go to this place. If you’re low class and don’t mind being treated that way. But if you want stand up service go to high frequency wireless.
