Went here after Apple told me they couldnt fix my iPhone. I thought my phone was a lost cause but they told me that it seemed like an easy fix after explaining my situation and what Apple told me. Sure enough they were able to fix it! Theyre very transparent about fixing phones just for trade-ins, quick, and half the price of what I would have paid at a different place. Highly recommend! If youre debating, at least go in and talk to them and see what they can do for you. (Plus, they have cute dogs!)

Wonderful little local store that specializes in hand held electronic repairs. I enjoy actually enjoy visiting this store and their expertise is refreshing. They have fixed not only my cell phone issues, but also issues I was having with the screen for our baby monitor.

Phone troubles can be a headache. There is always hectic lines, limited service, and the unlikely hood the issue will be resolved on the spot unless an appointment has been made. In the midst of breaking my phone in the hospital trying to change my sons diaper, I was pretty much content to not having a phone for a little bit lol. In the midst of monitoring newborn naps and 200 diapers later, I stumbled across High Frequency from customer recommendation and my own research. The words used to describe this company is an understatement in juxtaposition to what I have portrayed. The staff is always kind, professional, knowledgeable, and seem to bounce around to make sure nobody feels abandoned in the store. The products sold are top quality as many of my friends are still pleased til this day that I sent them over. The biggest thing about them that stands out to me is OVER THE TOP service. An employee understood my situation, that I wouldn’t be able to come back for a while due to taking care of my newborn and I came into the store an hour before they closed. They brought me my phone fixed in brand new condition. Dropped it off to me! Something they didn’t have to do, but shows they are about being above and beyond for all of their customers. I am forever grateful and will respect high frequency at all times. #loyalcustomer

Weve had our cell phones repaired here a number of times over the years (even bought a used phone) and we think that the customer service is excellent. They are polite, patient, fair and QUICK. Weve never compared prices with other shops because, honestly, they do such a good job at High Frequency that weve never wanted to shop around.

Dan was awesome! Went in because my Samsung phone was having problems charging and kept saying that there was water detected in the charging port. They first offered to clean it to see if that would work and when it didnt they replaced the charging port for me at a great price. Everything was done quick and now my phone is back to working perfectly!

Coming here was the best choice one could make while on vacation! My wife and I were in recently on our way to visit family, and everyone in the store was so welcoming. We were just there for an iPhone charger! 10/100,000,000 would recommend.

Great service as usual. I always bring my phones here for repair from screen replacement to battery replacement. I’ve also purchased a used phone from here that was unlocked and in great condition. This last visit was great as usual. I initially took my daughter’s phone to Batteries + for a battery replacement. The techs at Batteries + not only couldn’t replace the battery, but they even fried the circuit board and gave me back a non functioning phone. Rather than take ownership, they blamed the manufacture of the phone. I took the phone to High Frequency and they were able to fix the circuit board and replaced the battery all at once.

Great store, lots of selection and friendly service. Prices are a little higher than I would expect for used, but it looks like its nearly new!

I was very impressed by the knowledgeable and efficient and friendly staff. The sign out front says Cell phone repairwhich, they do, but its also a great place to buy used cell phones and computers and such. I will definitely be back to the store when Im next looking for electronics for myself.

What a great store with great staff... I was repairing my Asus ROG 2 screen and was having issues with the display ribbon cable. They were happy to take a look at it free of charge, and actually ended up fixing it within minutes!! Im very pleased with their customer service and compitence. I bought a iPhone 6 and it turned out to have a not so great battery and I return it after a couple of weeks and they kept their word and stood behind their product and upgraded me to a much better phone at a very fair rate. Also took the time to help me with transferring my information from one phone to the next and were very patient with my lack of knowledge of technology and were very helpful throughout the whole process.

I didnt realize that if they sell a locked phone it is probably because it will never be able to be unlocked. They will buy phones that have not been paid off. Found that out trying to unlock my phone for an international trip. Just a heads up. The guys are real nice though

These people exemplify the epitome of customer service. I brought my phone in to get my charging port replaced and they were fast responsive and professional. After the repair I had issues with my microphone so I brought it back and they fixed the issue quickly and without charging any extra fees for the service. They were professional and it doesn’t hurt that their dog may play tennis with you from time to time.

Im typing this on the phone they repaired.I ran my Note 10+ over with my car, (long story) it was faced down when it happened. I thought it was done for but I brought it in to high frequency and they gave me an estimate and I gave it to them, left and the same day a few short hours later they said it was all good very fast very professional. A young boy(appeared to be the owners child possibly?) showed me their options for buying a used iPhone(which were rather steeply priced) and when I explained my situation- he continued to show me the phones for sale, but no other options were discussed and no other employees were available to help me. I essentially received no help and no service during my visit here.

This place was great! I had an issue that I thought was not repairable. They were very professional, upfront, called me to notify of additional repairs and options. Paid 259.00 for a screen replacement on my S9, which is the usual for screen replacements. It had looked like a nice job done, but I noticed a line inside the screen next to the camera. Luckily it wasnt right in front of the actual camera itself, than I looked closer and noticed some small smudge marks above the camera as well. It didnt bother me at first because I hadnt used my front camera right away, but I started noticing lines in the pictures Id take from the light reflecting off the lines into the camera. Tried seeing if they can do anything about it, but they said they didnt see any smudge marks and that the line below the camera is part of the screen replacement. My mom got her S9 plus screen replaced elsewhere and there was no line nor smudge marks, so thats the main reason I called this all into question. Next time, I will stick w AK Phone Repair.

Apple said it was time to recycle my phone but High Frequency wireless actually gave me a credit towards a (new to me) phone! They answered all of my questions about the specs on each iPhone and didn’t try to up sell me on anything, just gave me the facts.

I could not have had a better experience getting my Note9 fixed after dropping a hatchet on it while cutting trees down.Great service, easy process, ready when they said it would be with a full battery, and on par with other local repair shops and Samsung for price.I will most likely have another broken phone shortly and I will be going back to High Frequency Wireless!

Wading through the reviews of non manufacturer repair shops around Anchorage can be tough, a fair number of shops seems to be quite shady or questionable.So when I needed my phone repaired which is at the heart of keeping my business moving I was very hesitant as to where to take it. And having a Google Pixel it is hard to find shops that service Google phones.I landed at High Frequency based on Google reviews and am super happy with that choice, when I walked in I was greeted warmly, the shop is clean, organized and well lit. The repair was cheaper than I had seen online through the manufacturer. The staff was very communicative on how long the repair would take, what the steps of the repair would be. Joe Donahue, the owner, even went as far as to offer me a loaner phone while High Frequency would have my phone for repairs. Which I was blown away by. He also offered to allow me to come into the store on a day when they were closed for inventory to pick up my device.If you need a fix or repair, High Frequency is the shop that I would take it to, theyll have my business for any future electronics repair.

Woke up to a completely dead iPhone 7. These guys replaced the battery that suddenly and unexplainably died completely AND fixed my volume down button that has been broken for months. The price was VERY reasonable. The service was top notch, quick and very friendly. They will be my first call if I or anyone I know has a problem with their phone. I would recommend this business to anyone.

They had the screen I needed in stock and fixed it in 3 hours for only $175. Three other stores around town that I called told me it would be $260 and I would have to wait for them to order the part then 1 day to repair it. Called in to ask if they repaired my phones cracked screen, and was not only asked great follow up questions, but was told they had the parts for it without me having to ask. Was quoted 3 hours for the fix, which was great because I expected a whole day and over night. They even finished the repairs earlier than expected! When picking it up, I asked about cases and was given good advice for my phone.I was nervous to hand my phone over to anyone, but thankfully other reviews and their great customer service helped me realize this is the place to go.

My wifes iPhone six+ had a bad experience with gravity and a hard concrete floor a week or so ago. The screen was completely shattered with pieces of glass coming off of the screen. Additionally the metal frame was actually bowed/bent quite visibly. Travis was not only able to get it completely fixed quickly but he was also able to save us money by using a hot plate to straighten the bent frame costing us only the price of a new screen. We saved hundreds of dollars and time over going to the Apple Store and the phone was fixed in just a few hours. Really happy with the service and the results!

I don’t know what he did, but I dropped my phone and nothing I did would make the screen come up, but then he turned it on like it was nothing. 10/10 nice guy. Also, they got a doggo in there who is very sweet 13/10 would play fetch with.

I highly recommend not doing business with High Frequency. I took my iPhone SE to them thinking the decent reviews proved they were a good business to take my phone to. My iPhone randomly displayed vertical lines on the screen and the screen wouldn’t work where the lines were. I take it in and they think it’s the screen. Weird cause the phone has been babied and in a case it’s whole life and never cracked. They tested it and confirmed screen issue. Alright no big deal $89 bucks to get my phone good as new, boy was I wrong. I received my phone back to discover my Touch ID was not working I went to settings to try to figure it out and saw that my stored finger prints were no longer there. I call them and they said “they will take a look at it”. Brought it back in and they said it will take a day or so so they provide me with a loaner (iPhone 3G which didn’t even have internet access or iMessage) I realized that I didn’t want that loaner so I rescheduled to have them do it on a different day early morning. Fast forward about a week I take my SE back and they take it apart to look at it. They say that they “can’t fix it” and “it’s something to do with the motherboard it must’ve stopped working upon impact” funny cause the Touch ID worked PERFECT before they touched my phone and I never dropped my phone besides a gentle drop on carpet or something like that (no rough drops) I requested the owner, Dan, and he pretty much said the same thing and refused to fix HIS MISTAKE but they gave me half my money back on the screen so $44.50 back. They must’ve known they messed up my phone to give me half my money back. I just wanted my phone back to normal. Take my advice and NEVER enter this establishment. They seem nice but it’s all a front. I’m only dealing with the apple store from here on out.
