I went to a couple of dealerships before this and felt like I was being pressured and ripped off, to be honest. I saw one of Sencion’s vehicles online and immediately felt like it was a fair price for the description. My wife and I went over to check it out and they stayed open later than their closing time to accommodate us and allow us to test drive different cars! We ended up loving their Hyundai Sonata (the one I originally saw online) and bought the 5 year warranty along with it since it’s a used car. I have lots of peace of mind with my purchase and no buyers guilt! The customer service was excellent. Everything they could do to make us happy they sought to do which made us, as the buyers, feel cared for. There was absolutely zero pressure to and we feel that we’ve found our “forever home” when it comes to autos. I do not recommend this dealership to anybody they totally sold me a lemon. The day I purchase this vehicle when I got home my check engine light came on it was a sensor that they did at least fix but now I’m wondering if that was only because they forgot to have me sign one of the papers for my car because 47 days after owning the car the engine blew and now they’re doing nothing. This car very much seemed like it was fixed up to sell because the first thing I did was take it on a road trip and on the road trip all of a sudden things started to happen with the car the brakes went from doing nothing to squeaking to grinding the clutch all of a sudden was having issues I lug nut came off and was completely stripped out underneath like it had been glued on. Save your money and buy from somewhere else because I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. As a single mom this has been incredibly frustrating having my car in the shop for a month now and the dealership does nothing.

Thought I finally found a good dealership with the car I love till these guys showed their true colors! Absolutely no care for customer service (selling cars out from under you) and lying about the problems the cars have! Definitely be careful if you dare buy from this dealer! Had a great car purchasing experience. I worked with Domus and he was very low/no pressure. When I took the paperwork to my credit union they were surprised by how good a deal we had received. Domus really pushed us to leave him a five star review, so I naturally held off leaving the review for a bit. The next day I noticed the rear-differential was leaking. I called and they got me taken care of--made the repair for no charge. Ive had the truck for six weeks or so and am very happy.

This place is truly exceptional!I had my eye on a vehicle that was posted online and was worried that it looked too good to be true. I had purchased a similar vehicle at a different dealership, a couple years ago, that turned out to be an awful experience. So, I went in to test drive it with some serious trust issues.It turns out, they were fantastic in every way! Carlos went out of his way to replace the radiator because he spotted a small leak. And the next day, I brought it to my mechanic for a pre-buy inspection and was so relieved to see that the engine looked fantastic, with no leaks! I was thrilled to get the chance to buy a dependable, 1 previous owner vehicle with a clean title. Its been a week and a half and Im still so pleased with the sale process and my new car!Bill was super helpful and friendly, too. I really appreciated the no-pressure thing they have going on over there. And I feel like their honesty and sincerity helped mend a lot of my previous car-buying trauma.Its worth mentioning that they were quick to respond to my inquiry and follow-up messages too. And their website showing their inventory is well-maintained and professional.Im so happy I discovered this place and look forward to doing business with Carlos and Bill again, in the future!

I had a hard time finding a new car that 1. I loved and 2. I could afford. I found a car I loved and they let me test drive it, they then fixed everything i noticed was wrong right there. They were also able to get me a great loan as a first time car buyer. Logan and Carlos made the process so easy and I would definitely come back!!

Carlos is AMAZING!!!! Hands down will always go to them from my new car. I got a little soul 2018 + it had higher miles so we were nervous to get it but we test drove it and it felt great I paid a place to inspect the entire vehicle for $40 and nothing was wrong they said soon new rear brakes and they said the bumper had looked repaired. We took it to get an alignment to make sure it wasn’t in an accident ( Carlos paid for btw) nothing wrong I got 4 brand new tires at Carlos price under 400

This was the best experience that Ive had at a dealership. I made several visits to Sencion Performance and Domus was absolutely great to work with. I expected the regular pressure tactics that Ive had at other dealerships but instead Domus just handed me the keys and gave me as much time as I needed to look at the truck I was interested inside and out or to ask any questions.I ended up purchasing the truck and the the dreaded financing and trade-in process that everyone dreads at big dealerships was the complete opposite experience with Carlos and Domus. They mentioned the availability of an extended warranty and when I opted out of it, it was never brought up again and I never felt pressured through the whole transaction -- that would never happen at a big dealership. It was clear that my satisfaction was their first goal in mind and my wife and I drove out of Sencion Performance extremely happy with our purchase.Not only was my experience great, but their prices are extremely competitive. I spent several days comparing similar trucks around the area but the truck I ultimately ended up purchasing was always the biggest bang for my buck. A quick walk through their lot and youll see that they sell very high quality vehicles and not just run-of-the-mill beaters.

AWFUL!!If I could give negative stars somehow I would. I bought two cars from this dealership and should have learned the first time. First car I bought was a Volvo that had a bad catalytic converter. The check engine light came on the 2nd day I owned it. They cleared the code so that it would stay off just long enough for someone to buy it. New Cat from volvo is about $2000 not including labor..... then I bought an audi A4 wagon just a few weeks ago. Big mistake... The car was listed under book value but had multiple dents, cracked taillight, bent wheels ect... All things I could take care of and I liked the car. They also mentioned they replaced the turbo. Come to find out it was the cheapest turbo they could buy from Rockauto. The car didnt even make it 500 miles before the turbo blew up again. They told me they would warranty the turbo. Then a week later said they wouldnt warranty it. They also said they only paid $400 for the turbo where the cheapest turbo you can buy on rockauto is $850. They also claimed to get the parts wholesale which is a lie because rock auto doesnt offer wholesale pricing to businesses. I called and verified. So now Im on the hook for a $2000 oem turbo plus labor, not even including all the other issues. These guys are a joke and take no pride in the cars they sell. Its all about buying junky cars at aiction, fixing them with the worst quality parts and doing the bare minimum to get cars out the door. Avoid this dumpster fire of a dealership .

We had a good experience buying a car here. Domus was very helpful and prompt with responding to inquiries. There was a little bit of cosmetic damage on the car we bought that we couldnt see online (just some scratches where the paint came off mostly on the front lower bumper). But they were able to show me the carfax and let me take it to the mechanic I trust. My mechanic verified it was just cosmetic and the car looked great otherwise. Even with that I think we got a great price on a good quality car that I hope will last a long time. I was also very happy with the price they gave me for my trade in. Overall I would return here in the future and recommend them.

Our car buying experience at Sencion was great. I loved that there was no pressure pushing us into a car we dont want to buy or cant afford. Pushing a pricy warranty. Carlos offered to help us with getting another key. Over the years my husband and I have had some great experiences and some horrible experiences with car dealerships. Weve learned its always a gamble when buying a used car. So the thing that stands out is the the service. We were able to take the car for a couple of hours to get it looked at. There were newer tires all the way around. Every car we drove was clean and ran well. Carlos and the younger salesman were great. Now to hope our CRV will last us for years to come.

Sold me a lemon. Ive only got the car for a couple months and it has had so much work done on it. There had been a crack in the engine block and needed to replace the whole engine. The mechanic that they use is not good and did a lot of damage to the car. I lost a lot of money. Everyone else that I talk to that has checked out the dealership has found major issues with the vehicles that they are selling. Dont trust them.

UPDATE: 2 STAR. Not so sure about my previous 5 star review. Ive had the vehicle for 5 months and it has been in the shop twice even though I was assured it had been thoroughly inspected by their mechanics and was in tip top shape. Additionally, I took my daughter there to purchase a vehicle shortly after I bought mine. She has not had a good experience - the car was not ready when they said it would be - we are talking a week later before it was finally ready, with all the same assurances they gave me. Then shortly after purchasing the vehicle her check engine light came on. Our mechanic said the engine needs to be replaced. Carlos took it back to his mechanics and $500+ later (from our pocket) they seem to have fixed things for now, but again it was not ready when they said it would be. Twice they ordered the wrong part and my daughter was without a vehicle for several weeks total. I know we take our chances when we buy used vehicles and no one can guarantee these sorts of things, but this has been too much.Old Review: I had been looking for a specific car, and when Sencion listed one I wanted I immediately checked out their reviews. I was impressed with how they responded to their few negative reviews, so I stopped by the dealership. I was again impressed with the relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere. I worked with both Carlos and Domus and found them to be very informative, knowledgable, up front, and helpful. They held the car for me for a small fee until we could come pick it up a couple of days later. Thank you for the great experience! I definitely recommend this dealership.

This is in response to the review left by my husband and Doms response to him. Yes, I was the one who came in to purchase the truck. I’m not sure why that makes a difference. I went in their based on my husbands research of the truck. There were specific features he spent time researching, and when he found them in this truck, we acted fast as we needed a truck and were leaving on vacation the in the next few days. After purchasing the truck, it wasn’t the next day, but rather over the weekend that my husband, through further research, found out it was missing some pretty key features. Features that were part of us acting fast in purchasing the truck. When I went in to test drive it, I even mentioned the Allison Tran and Was told it had it. By the time we found out it didn’t have three strong features that were a big motivating influence for our purchase, it was too late, as we were leaving on vacation the next day. Upon talking to Dom, my husband discussed what he felt the right adjustment would be to the price, as an Allison Trans is a big upgrade. We were given two options. Bring the truck back, or get $700.00 In a contract adjustment. Because we were leaving on vacation I’m a couple of days and needed the truck, we felt this option wasn’t a choice. The $700 didn’t nearly Cover the missing features. It sounds like the dealership purchased the truck believing these features were on the truck, and then sold it to us, never checking if they were there actually there. It was a huge inconvenience, and we have felt a bit ripped off because of it. When my husband mentioned the doc fee being returned, Dom said it was part of his commission.

For a first time car buyer, this place was definitely the best choice. Domus did a stellar job with walking us through the process and making sure we understood our options. Can’t say how happy we are with our choice!

Amazing experience! The owner is a mechanic and very honest, so he makes sure everything they sell is up to par. They encourage you to take any car you’re looking at to a mechanic and they are willing to make necessary repairs you buy it. This is a relationship building dealership. They weren’t pushy AT ALL. I know they just wanted to help me get the car I loved. Dillan and Carlos were both fantastic to work with, working with them just felt like talking to friends. Bought a truck from their rep Domus. Drive the truck home and find out it does t have remote start like they said it did. Domus told me he would try and find a new fob for it. Never did. I told him it wasn’t just the fob the truck didn’t have remote start installed on it. I let that one go and addressed the next issue. Their listing and he himself said it had the Allison’s transmission. Big selling point for the truck. Nope. Didn’t have that transmission in it and he seemed to not care at all what a difference that would make for a purchaser. Then I find out it also doesn’t have the z71 package that they claimed it had. At this point I’m pretty ticked off as they sold me a truck missing thousands of dollars worth of equipment and upgrades. Their offer. I’ll refund you $700 but that’s all I can do. I ask Domus about also reimbursing the $300 dock fee. He says no that’s part of my commission. Yeah this guy that posted the listing and represented the vehicle had all these items does t want to give up a part of his commission to make things right. There are better dealers out there that will take care of you and provide and back honest listings. Avoid these crooks.

They are a great dealership to work with. I’ve been looking for a Camry for the longest time now. They were able to meet my price and the mileage I’ve been looking for. Domus is a great salesman to work with. He was able to relieve the high pressure in my car buying experience. While I was buying the car, I mentioned my concerns about the tires and brakes. They easily replaced that. Although the car is not brand new, they tried their best to accommodate to my needs. I will definitely come back here.

Went to look at the Ford Fiesta with 35,000 miles listed on KSL. First of all they listed it on KSL twice as an automatic vehicle but it really is a manual. I still wanted the car so I went and got it checked out by a mechanic. It all checked out at first and then I drove it away from the the shop I was at. The check engine light went on. So I took it back to the mechanic and they put the computer on it and it needed a new catalytic converter. I took it back they said they would have it fixed by their own mechanic and apparently it was already fixed? Also under warranty they didnt need use their own mechanic or money. Ford should be covering it since it is by law it needs to be fixed if under 80,000 miles by the state of Utah. I dont think catalytic converter just break overnight either. They said they would fix it again which is upward to a 2,000 dollar fix mind you. They also said they would call me as soon as it was fixed and they would save the car for me. I had a cashiers check in my pocket to buy this car. Anyways, the next day they re-listed the car for more than they listed the first time and Im pretty sure never fixed the catalytic converter. Im convinced they are resetting codes from cars that have serious issues. Beware and make sure you do your homework on cars before you buy it.
