Once we had the title, the process went very smoothly. Gerald was very good in guiding us through everything we needed to do. There were only two issues: first; the mobile team has limited availability, so we had to have the car towed to the office. And second; we received less than the initial sale price that was quoted. But the sale price was still fair considering the age of the car, and probably more than a dealership would have given. If you need to sell a car quickly, it is a good way to go.

Prompt, convenient courteous service - There were many time slots available within 2 miles of my home. Sherri was very friendly and transparent regarding the inspection and financial process. She explained that the online / email offer pricing was a starting point assuming the car was in pristine dealer sellable condition. The offer would then be adjusted based on findings during the physical inspection. My offer increased slightly because I had fewer miles than I’d entered online but then decreased drastically because of scratches and diagnostic codes returned from the onboard computer. The findings (I do believe to be all true) ended up reducing the initial offer to $0 at which point Sherri asked the bottom line price I would accept. Management agreed and we walked away with a check.
