RUN FROM THIS PLACE! We bought a brand new GMC in 2018. Ever since the roof top has given us issues with rain water coming into the car. They fixed it twice while the car was under warranty, however both times the car just sat in their lot loaded with water with the windows closed for days before they could suck the water from the floors. Obviously the car smelled terrible mold. They tried to mask it with stinky sprays but we knew it. Not to mention they never offered us a loaner car while they took their sweet time with ours. The third time around the roof top malfunction and opened while we were out of town. Rain water was all over our car. We called and they weren’t accommodating at all telling us to wait a week and half for an appointment with the roof top open during summer time. We had to tape it shut. When we finally took the car they wanted to charge us $2800 to fix the roof top. We left the car overnight and bagged them to leave the car in a covered lot but they ignored our request so when we went to pickup the car the next morning to get another quote somewhere else, the rooftop was filled with gallons of rain water and about to collapse into the car. They were very rude and tried to blame us saying we parked our car under trees. We park our car on our driveway with no tree directly above. The staff was rude and very aloof. They did not take any responsibility for leaving our car outside while it rained all night and ruined the rooftop and seats. The manager kept blaming us for parking out car under a tree after I told him we didn’t. We was rude with me and so was the blond women who my husband talked to several times about our issues but totally ignored it. They tried rushing me out of the store with water damaged roof top that was clearly their fault. The roof top was totally damaged due to water and they treat it like it was out problem and not theirs.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The scheduling and maintenance team are absolutely horrible with time management and customer service. I made a 9 am appointment a week ago for a normal service. The lady told me the service would be 1-2 hrs long. I arrive to get my service done, I turn in my vehicle at 8:50 and wait. At 10:30 I started to walk around and see my truck sitting in the parking lot. I asked the service manager the status of my truck and it has not even been taken back for the service yet. I asked him what the point of making an appointment was for and he replied with “just because you make an appointment at 9, doesn’t mean your vehicle will be seen at 9”. What is the point of making appointments. I had to schedule myself off for a two hour appointment starting at 9 am today until 11 and there is currently no estimated finished time. I also told them that my electronic cluster shut off while driving and he has the nerve to ask me if I thought it was a safety concern???? Obviously….

I will never be going back to this dealership for services!! This was my second time going here. The first time I brought my car I knew that it had bad struts. At first they told me they didnt hear anything and my car was fine. After arguing with them about my warranty, they confirmed that my car had two bad struts but claimed my warranty would only cover one at that time. Whatever, they replaced the worse one. I drove my car until I made sure it would make enough noise so that they wouldnt try and turn me away. After this last visit I highly DO NOT recommend going here. One, they have terrible time management. It took them a week to order my second strut and I didnt get my car back for a week and half. Two, they have the worse customers service. After I picked up my car I called them because my alignment seemed to be a little off. The service representative accused me of getting into a car accident. He made me feel like I didnt know anything about cars because I was a women. When I talked to the actual mechanic he made me feel better because he understood that I actually knew what was wrong with my car. Four, they charged me my deductible and a processing fee which I would be fine with except the last time I got service done, (when they replaced the first strut) there was no processing fee. I highly DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle here!!

After showing up for a scheduled appointment I was told it would be 3 hours to get my oil changed. 3 hours for an oil change!!!! And why? Because walk ins were being accepted as well. What is the point of actually making an appointment if you cant manage your time and resources resulting in unacceptably long wait times? When I asked for my vehicle back and I just wanted to leave my truck was amazingly already being worked on. That 3 hour oil change turned into about 45 minutes. And to top it off Im not sure the service was actually performed. But I got a $15 discount and my 3 year old got to visit the waiting room. Ill not be going back to this dealership for service or to purchase any vehicles.

It was horrible experience . No communication . I can not reach no one! No body inform my vehicle is ready or not. I decide the drive over there Saturday. They told me, my vehicle was ready since Wednesday. I have all my information was in the front desk? I ask the front desk, why didn’t call me. They told me, they forget! Some one drop of the ball. This is not fair! ! I’m very upset! I drop my vehicle last week Monday 7.15am. I did pick up my vehicle Saturday morning 9am. It’s taken 5 business days. I didn’t have a car 5 days! I’m full time employee . I didn’t have my ride. This is ridiculous . I’m not happy at all. Yes they fixed my car. But was, Horrible customer service…

I had an appointment at 8a and did not get a call to get my car until 11:45a for an oil change & tire rotation. I arrived at 12p and paid. I waited 45 mins just for them to give me my car. It was sitting in the back and Paige was unable to be found and apparently she was the one who had my car key. No apology no sorry for inconvenience. Nothing. I will never come here again:

I was very happy with my purchase of a GMC Acadia Dinali 2016. Jason Van Valin helped me find the car of our families’ dreams. So far his impeccable finishing touch on the leather protection and the detail cleaning resulted in high customer satisfaction. I will say they need to do a better job communicating about details because during the day of sale he confused the two cars he was showing us and gave me incorrect info. It was frustrating to have to go back and get my temp tags a second time as I had not received a follow email after purchase. All in all Jason put us in the car we love and thoroughly enjoy, I’m grateful for that level of professionalism

The scheduling department and the service department need to communicate. I pulled up for my 10:00am appointment just to be told that there would be a 3 hour wait for an oil change. It would have been easier for me to plan if I would have known this prior to getting to the dealership.When you are experiencing unusual wait times, you should have someone give a courtesy call to the customers who decided to wait for their vehicle when they made their appointment. Then we can decide if we want to keep our scheduled appointment or not.My vehicle was not ready until over 3 hours later.

Apparently after reading the reviews I’m not the only one receiving the time management issues. Unfortunately my car did not get its oil change, after waiting for 2 hours and finding out they had yet to worked on it I pulled it out. This was not the first time I’ve made an appointment and waited an hour plus for my car to be physically touched. Today was just the last straw, when requested to take my car home, they couldn’t find the mechanic who was supposed to work on my car. He spent 15-20 minutes pacing around the parking lot looking for my car. Definitely will not bring my car back again.

Its like an abusive relationship. Its the closest Chevy dealership to me. Ive bought/leased 4 vehicles from this place had them all serviced here. But no more, Im off to spend time with another dealership.Last time we tried to buy a car here we explained to the sales man we wanted an Enclave with certain features, he brought around a used Tahoe for us to look at. We bought a Subaru instead. Last straw was yesterday, dropped the car off Wednesday night with instructions. Friday afternoon they performed very little work. Their excuse, didnt respond to the email, to authorize the work I had already said I wanted completed. I called 5-6 times and made it to voicemail each time. Only when I physically showed up did the situation reveal itself. After being a customer for many years, they didnt have my email address correct and couldnt return my calls. My car is now at Rosenthals service department. I shall never return again.Wanted to update, its been a month and the dealership never reached out, even though they said they would. Like to see them keeping their service at a consistently low level.

I am glad that they were able to find the problem but having my car for three days just to change the battery is a little much. I feel this should have been completed at least by the next day. I also had to call to find out my car was ready instead of being informed as soon as it was done. On top of that when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle, my keys were misplaced and it took three men working at the shop to locate my key. I also noticed my vehicle was sitting out front of the service lot instead of inside the lot where the other service vehicles were located. Not sure if that protocol.

It was very satisfactory. The only thing I was baffled about is the recent unavailability of loaner cars or rentals at this dealership. I paid close to $3000 for my services that day and I didnt think I should have had to rent a car out of pocket! I arrived at the dealership about 09:30 I needed my brakes done and I was also told i needed a belt replaced, I told my adviser I would be waiting as I live in Maryland and did not have a ride home, I was sitting in the waiting room until almost 17:00pm, I texted my adviser to ask how much longer the wait would be he did not reply, I called him he didnt answer, I Think for that long of a wait someone should be updating the customers on whats going on, I was very upset for the extensive wait time. Other than that the work on my car was done well I can feel the difference in driving the vehicle and i now feel safe driving it. They did a great job, but the wait time stinks

Your parts Dept was excellent to deal with. When I was transferred to your Service Department to schedule the appointment. I ask the you lady how long it would take and she told me about an hour. She didnt tell me how much the installation if the tires would be nor did she tell about tje alignment that would be needed. Imagine my surprise when I bring my car in and Mr Keith to tell me it was going to take about 4 hours. Only because I had order the tires and Mr Richard was so nice, did I actually allow the work to be done. I had planned for someone to bring my car and they had planned to wait tje hour for the tires to be mounted. Because this person had to cancel did I wind up bringing my car.I dont like feeling like I am being fleeced when doing business. Mr. Keith made me feel as though he didnt want to deal with me and I will never deal with him ever again. The fact that I was made to stand and wait until he felt he wanted to deal with me was bad enough but for me.to feel he was just added things to the invoice, I cant say I will be back to use your services.

The customer service reps (men) at the desk in the bay area are rude, except the young lady who was pleasant and attentive. Those men arent welcoming- always disregarding your presence. This is NOT customer service. If you dont want to attend to customers, dont apply for a customer service position. Customer service means everything to me, even if my vehicle service is poor, if get great customer service, I just may overlook the poor vehicle service. More training is needed for the older gentleman in the from and the middle aged gentleman in the middle- ones African American, ones Caucasian- both are horrible.

I was asked whether or not I wanted to wait for the service to finish. I said that I would wait, but was informed that one of the key personnel for the service was not going to be in the office for another hour, so I walked home.The service ended up taking about 11 hours total to complete (Inspection + Recall).Also, although I had an appointment in the system, I still had to wait about 30 minutes before being helped.However, the service was done well.

I found my experience with my 2018 Bolt service confusing. I brought it in for 3 tasks: 1. the 30,000 mile check; 2. a state safety check; 3. the battery recall. The first two went fine, but the last was confusing. Prior to scheduling service, I had received an email from Chevrolet saying the software fix was available, and I should schedule an appointment for a battery inspection and software update. So I did.But when I picked up the car and asked about the battery inspection and software fix, the cashier said those had not been done, and the technician had simply applied the interim fix to reduce battery charge to 90%. I asked Are you sure? He said Yes, but Ill double check with the tech. He left, then returned and said yes, it was what I described. I left thinking the software had not been updated.Since then, Ive noticed the battery charges to 100%, and Ive used the Chevy Bolt app, and it indicates there are no recalls currently in place. By this, I guess it is reporting the software includes the latest fix.I wrote the Ourisman service team scheduler after my experience to ask about this. No response.

My wife and I went to this dealership last week. We first submitted an online interest form and Nicole (Internet Sales Manager) called me quickly and set us up with an appointment. The same day of our appointment she sent an confirmation email, I was very impressed. When we got to the dealership, Nicole was not available (not a big deal) because she was appraising another car despite me confirming that we would be there for our appointment via email. Instead we met with Jason, let me be be clear here though, Jason is the only bright spot of this review whatsoever. He was professional, honest, and seemed a bit frustrated at the end of our experience as was I. When we came in we made it clear we were looking to trade my wifes car in as were upgrading to an SUV as we begin to start a family. When we began seeing the very very limited selection of vehicles they had we had the pleasure of meeting Nicole who was finishing her appraisal of another car as she said, this is the last car today I am appraising, well, that certainly wasnt a lie. Not only were several cars that we wanted to test drive either completely out of gas, extremely low on gas, or just not in a condition to be presented to potential buyers. We test drove one vehicle that was not clean, had dents, and wasnt even available for purchase. I again want to say Jason did his absolute best and didnt try to sell us on vehicles they literally did not have. After several attempts to determine the appraisal and being told Nicole was working on it...side bar - my wifes car was never moved, was never looked at, no one ever even went to it and needless to say we left without an appraisal of the vehicle, great job working on it. Despite Jason being the only highlight we will not return to Ourisman Alexandria which was my first choice as I purchased a brand new Wrangler from the Ourisman Jeep a couple years earlier. Not sure if this place is doing really good or is just always like this because the selection was extremely low and they were very ill prepared (see portion of no or low gas in several vehicles. There was literally a SUV at the front that wouldnt start because it had no gas. I hope your experience with them is better than ours.

Ourisman sold us a used car and one day after driving it off the lot, the front strut started making noises, the display screen started shorting out, a piece on the exterior popped out of place, the steering wheel became hard to turn, and the car began accelerating slowly.In the four weeks that followed, we made five trips out to the dealership and had a total of one of these issues resolved.1. We showed up for appointments they made for us, only to be told we weren’t on the books and they didn’t have time to look at our car.2. We showed up for appointments they made for us, only to be told that the part they said would be in hadn’t arrived — not their fault, but why not call to cancel my appointment?3. We confirmed with supervisors on the phone and via email the issues we needed them to resolve, only to show up and be told that they didn’t have any idea what we were talking about and we needed to bring it back another day.4. We were told we’d be given loaner cars via phone and email, only to show up and be told they had no loaner cars for us. We live in DC and the dealership is in Alexandria, which makes for very expensive Ubers.5. We were told they would fix our display screen that had been shorting out, only to show up and be told that they couldn’t do this and we needed to make an appointment at another Ourisman location.This entire process required 12+ hours of time off work, for nothing.They talk to you like you’re an idiot. They act confused when you try to confirm details in person that were discussed via phone or email. They get mad when you let them know details had been confirmed via phone and email. They offer no apologizes for any inconveniences caused. They do not care about your time lost. Terrible communication. Horrible customer service.They love making sales. They hate helping customers.I’ve truly never had a worse experience with any company.If I could undo this purchase, I would in a second.

I have literally cried several times since having my car serviced last week. I chose Ourisman as my dealership because I value quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. My cars performance is totally diminished. 0-60 IN 2 MINS level diminished. I was told to my face that the car is tuned to specs and its just a 4 cylinder. I leased this car brand new from this dealership. I have never missed scheduled maintenance or taken it to be serviced by a third party. I pay for extended warranty. To be treated like this is totally unacceptable. I took pictures of the work order where the technician wrote operates as designed and refused to acknowledge my feedback. I will be visiting Ourisman to meet with management regarding this mistreatment. This will be my third trip for this one issue. Very discouraging.

I purchased a car here a few wks ago and noticed the air conditioner wasnt blowing cold consistently after a few drives. I brought the car in for it to be charged after 3 days of owning it and was charged $400 for this service even though Id just purchased the car. Ive been back to the dealership several times since to talk to someone about this issue an hopefully be refunded but have been given nothing but the runaround. I was told itd be contacted, never happened. Then on the return visit I was told it fell into a grey area where I was responsible for the maintenance, even though Id owned the car less than a week. I was also given an IOU upon purchase to have the windshield repaired from a small crack. After making the appointment I was contacted and told that theyve already done everything they could to make sure it doesnt crack more before I purchased the car. The windshield should be replaced no matter how small the crack and I should not have been charged for a/c maintenance on a car I owned for 3 days, used or not. I would never suggest anyone shop here based on my experience since purchasing.

Was told “it was just finished” when I called, yet when I got in the car 15 minutes later, the adjustable tachometer had the yellow at 3500 RPMs indicating it had not been on for awhile.Cashier - white, male - is incredibly curt and rude. I walk up, tells me to wait 5 minutes without a drop of inflection in his voice. I give him my credit card and he says “we don’t take Apple Pay” (??) then when he puts it in upside down says “see”.First time customer and was looking to build a relationship with this dealership but will be looking elsewhere.If you value communication and being treated kindly, look elsewhere.

I have been bringing my Buick Regal to Ourisman Buick of Alexandria since I moved into this area in 2016. There were multiple problems with my car in the beginning. Mike Seed, serviceman, worked with me about the car until the issues were fixed. I continue to bring my car back to Ourisman because I have confidence in the service I get there,AND thank you for the car wash and vacuum inside. (Extra bonus)

Very good dealer. Service was really good from beginning until the end. James is a fairly new salesman; however, he was professional, honest and not pushy--I see great things for him in the future. Kudos James!Unfortunately, it was upsetting to me that the dealer did an unapproved, credit check on me without my knowledge or consent. The vehicle was being financed under my husband and other than my name, no other information was given. I found this rather disturbing; had my mortgage company not questioned it, Id have never known until I went to check my credit score. For this reason, the received 4 stars as opposed to 5.

I took my car for an oil change at 10aJeff received it and said it would be ready in 2 hours and he would call me. I didn’t hear from him, until I called him at 3p at which time he said it would be ready at 5pm. When I went to retrieve my car, Jeff was gone, the cashier didn’t have my invoice and no one knew what has been done if anything to my car. Eventually Robert was able to assist me. I have never had this problem with the other employees until now with Jeff. Im very disappointed

Reading the comments over the last few days and weeks pretty much sums up my experience.I towed my car in for a non start issue after having the starter replaced elsewhere just for service to tell me it was my starter. I told them its brand new, try again. Then they said it was a starter and fuse box issue and the part was discontinued but they found one in the whole country. I was quoted a week to fix and a little over $1000 which is a lot for my 2011 Buick but I said moved forward.Fast forward a week and a few days, no call or update. I call, my service person is nowhere to be found. Spoke with someone else and they said the car was not done and they still hadnt done the fuse box and a recall issue. Okay, when will it be completed. Dont know and no estimated time, she offered to have my service person call me the next day. Okay, next day no call. I call no service person, no info, no car. I asked to speak with a manager, no manager. Offered to have my service person to call again the next day. I said no have the manager call. Next day, no call from service person or manager. I call no update. At this point Im extremely flustered. I call angry demanding a manager, transferred to the voice-mail. I left a message. I call back and demand to speak with a live person, transferred to Directors voice-mail. Left a message. Then my service person calls me to say the part came in broken and theyre ordering another one. Were coming up to two weeks youve had my vehicle.I didnt want to proceed but my husband wanted to because he needed his car. The next week rolls around the service person says the part came in. I said go ahead and repair. The next day after all repairs were complete they tell me I now need to replace the battery and alternator. What? The bill jumped from a little over $1000 to nearly $2000. What is the diagnostic for if not to find the issue? Are they guessing or are they educated experienced mechanics?Were now purchasing a new car and picking the buick up today. Had I known that information from the beginning, I wouldve been able to make a better decision and not wasted money.I will never return or refer anyone to this dealership for service or purchase. Piss poor service and total lack of customer service.

I originally brought my Spark EV in because the service light was on. First you called me to tell me fuel injection service was necessary. On an electric vehicle. Next you “serviced” the vehicle (changed air filters, etc) and called me to tell me the vehicle was ready. I picked it up and the service light was still on. So I brought it back to the dealership and was told it was a coolant valve. So I left the vehicle again. After an entire week with no word from you whatsoever I returned to pick up the vehicle. First, the representative (older man) was rude to my wife. Second no one could find the keys nor any of the information about the vehicle. Finally we were told the part was on “back order.” So we took the car with no resolution of the issue a month or so after I initially brought it in.

I brought my car in for an oil change and due to a ‘ burning rotten egg smell’ coming from under the hood of my car and through my vents. I met with Mohammed who I told I believed it could be my battery going bad, he said you all would run a diagnostic and get back to me within 24 hours. He called back later in the day and said they ran the diagnostic and couldn’t find any cause for the smell but they completed the oil change. I took the car home and it drove well but when I got home the smell was still there. The next morning my car wouldn’t start 😒. I had to call Triple A and they came out and immediately were able to tell it was a battery issue. They replaced the battery and the car is fine but this should’ve been taken care of at the dealership. I hold the dealership to a higher standard of service which is why I brought it in, but now at this location I can’t trust that I will receive that. I hope that the staff at this location takes more pride in their work and does their due diligence to resolve service issues in the future.

7:30 Monday appointment made on a Wednesday so constant reminders of my appointment were overbearing. Pulled up at 7:25 am was told my $34.95 oil change coupon would be worth 15 dollars off of the just went up price of $69.00 I think, but in total after my $15.00 off I paid $66.00. Why did this dealer send me a coupon they did not plan to honor and why was it for conventional oil and not my vehicle specific? Now I figure it would take 1 hour for an oil change, generic inspection and car wash but I was immediately told it would take 2 hours, what? I almost left then but had to get this done and took the day off to get it done. Then I see my car come out and dropped in the car wash lane, waiting just to find out that yet again, the car wash is broken. I ask the advisor if my lifetime engine warranty would be valid if i got my oil changed at another GM dealer and he said ALL GM recommended services had to be done at this dealership. I thought having free car washes and a lifetime engine warranty was a good perk but i am rather certain that i will be letting these perks go and take it to Koons in Woodbridge. I already know my GM engine is very strong and I keep my cars clean myself so at this point Ourisman has nothing else to offer me.

This system made me give 1-star but the service department here deserves 0. This is the most appalling customer service I have ever encountered with a GM licensed dealership, so much so this is the first time I have ever written a yelp review and I am going to spend the time to file a formal complaint with GM since they are licensing this business to represent the company. I made an appointment at 745 am on this past Monday for warranty defects on my car that is under the initial 3/36,000 warranty period still (fog lamp seal is bad so water is in the lamp and the navigation system has software defects that are causing it to crash)--a simple observation of the defects should have lead to immediate ordering of the new parts to replace as it is a new car under initial warranty. The service department checked me in and said this may take until tomorrow despite my appointment, but then I immediately received a text message saying I could conveniently text my service rep or call based on preference. It is now Wednesday evening and not only have they not called me despite my five text requests, online chat with one of their employees and the scheduler that I managed to get on the phone that the service rep call me---I have further demanded that a manager call me and so far NOTHING. After all of my pleas to try to figure out what the hell they are doing to my car (or nothing at all while it sits in a parking lot) NO ONE HAS CALLED ME. I received two texts in response from the service department (keep in mind I asked them to CALL ME, but ignored) and those two texts provided next to nothing in information. I received This has hard diagnostic electrical problems. This will take time---vague as can be, not to mention I am not sure what the hard electrical problems are, water is in the bulb not because of faulty electricity and the navigation system is just defected with glitches (REPLACE IT), but nothing else yesterday after I informed him I need my car tomorrow morning and will happily pick it up and go to a different Buick dealership. NOTHING in response. Today after several complaining texts trying to demand a call or a time I can just take my car home so I could go elsewhere, I received We have ordered parts. I am checking now with the parts department to see when they will be here--that was more than 3 hours ago so now is obviously relative, and he completely ignored my statement that I NEEDED to pick up my car today. I have called a dozen times and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE---. I have been a loyal GM customer my entire life and always take my cars to certified GM Dealerships, this is the first time I brought this car into Ourisman after moving back to this area with it and I will NEVER GIVE THEM BUSINESS AGAIN. I would rather drive an hour to Manassas where the closest other Buick dealership is that I know about then to go through this PAIN again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM THINKING ABOUT ENDURING THE PAIN OF SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP---IF LIKE ME YOU HAVE RECEIVED HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE PLEASE WRITE TO GM TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT, IF ENOUGH OF US DO THEN MAYBE GM WILL THREATEN THEIR LICENSE---MAYBE THEN THEY WILL CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Newly visited this Chevy location for vehicle service, in which initially was overcharged for. Quoted one price and requested to pay a different price upon completion. New changes in price was never communicated by representative to approve of all the exact services that would be completed. Poor customer service, will not be returning for future services, highly recommend going elsewhere or a different Chevy location to have vehicle work done.

Manny was a great salesman for beginning to end. Excellent customer service and willing to go above and beyond. His honesty is what made the difference for me. Often times salesmen can leave you feeling taken advantage of, but here I felt I was really treated fairly. And that’s ultimately what helped me decide where to spend my money. I had lots of questions about my vehicle prior to purchase, and he made sure I got all of the answers I needed. I’m also grateful for the saleswoman who helped answer my questions about the car’s history. I would highly recommend.The reason I have to give 4 stars is because I really did not have a pleasant experience once I went to the finance department. I felt it was extremely pushy and I felt rushed, even though I was already pre-approved. I guess that’s their job, though. Anyway, thanks again, Manny! I really appreciate your help.

I made a 7am appt at the service center for a recall airbag repair, oil change, and check engine light diagnosis. The service center was not able to complete all of this work in a 10 hour period of time. Jeff, stated that they had a lot of oil change walk ins. Jeff stated my vehicle would need to be retained overnight to complete the check engine light diagnosis. This is unacceptable. Somehow walk-ins are prioritized over someone who planned ahead and allowed this service center an entire day to complete jobs that should take no more than a couple hours in total. I was prepared to have the center complete whatever service was needed from the check engine light diagnosis. Instead, this service center lost out on that business and any future business from me as I chose to not leave the vehicle to complete the diagnosis. Thankfully, the service manager made it right and removed the charge for half complete diagnosis. Please do better when it comes to prioritization of walk-ins vs appointments. This should not be a difficult concept. It is like showing up to a restaurant with a reservation and then being told that you will have to wait a long period of time because all of the tables were given to walk-ins. I have owned my Chevy Silverado for 13 years and if I choose to buy a brand new one, I will think twice about shopping at Ourisman. Thank you for the opportunity to provide a review.

The salesman, Anoush, who tried to help us when we arrived was a horrible salesman and seemed too preoccupied with a personal call instead of us, and was rushing us in the car picking process i assume so he can go to his personal call. We got very annoyed with how he treated us and we ended up just saying nevermind were just going to leave and he starts to walk away from us mid-sentence and says good luck in a very condescending way. Definitely ruined our experience, he was not helpful in any way and didnt even seem interested. Do better.

I was informed at 11:45 that parts had to be acquired from a different dealership and the tech failed to disclose that the part was still en route until two hours after that. Further the tech didn’t care, nonchalant attitude about the entire ordeal.

Every experience I had with this dealership was pathetic at best. I brought my wifes car in for warranty work in October of 2018. They needed to order a part. I called back 3 months later and the party hadnt come in. So I called back 3 months later and still it hadnt arrived. I did this until October of 2019 when I found out that the part had arrived in November of 2018 and they returned the part in August of 2019 because I never scheduled to have it installed. Rinse and repeat for 2020. It wasnt until I got the general manager involved that my wifes car got fixed. Then I had the recall done on my truck and opted for the multi point inspection and cat wash. Needless to say, neither of those happened. Do not recommend this place to my anyone.

WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM OURISMAN.My poor parents had the terrible experience of working with Keith the service agent. He was incredibly rude. He left them waiting for nearly 3 hours in the lobby only to notify them that they did not have the part required (a simple license plate bracket). At one point he was flat out ignoring them as they politely attempted to speak to him. As someone who likes to leave honest reviews, I cannot believe what my parents were relaying to me. The General Manager tried to intervene and agreed that Keith is very rude. Unfortunately we wont be renewing our lease with Chevrolet or working with Oarsman in any capacity in the future. Steer clear of this chain as I imagine if they tolerate Keith as an employee, I cannot imagine what else they are willing to tolerate.To top it off, they charged them $70 to install a $5 plastic bracket which took them literally 3 minutes. Highway robbery to boot.WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM OURISMAN.

Brought my car in for a leaking sunroof (that had already been “fixed” twice). Was told I had a cracked engine cooler and a leaking oil pan gasket and was quoted $2100 for a fix. Took the car to a local mechanic who did a perfect job fixing the leaks - for $700 - and actually fixed the sunroof that was still leaking after three visits to Ourisman. Will not be going back here for service or for my next vehicle.

I recently brought my vehicle in to their facility on the 25th and I’m just highly disappointed in the service I received from my rep. I had originally scheduled an appointment to work with Sandy (who has great customer service skills); when I previously brought my car she helped me through my entire experience. If anything was wrong or needed any additional information she doesn’t hesitate to communicate with you on said concerns. However, this time around my appointment was passed some how to Keith… Now when speaking with Keith he says he’s going try to get my car in and out as soon as possible. He told me my car would be ready on Tuesday 8/3 no later than Wednesday 8/4. Which was a lie since my car has been held there for over two weeks now. Yet his only explanation on why it’s taking long is due to my warranty. He states that they are not responding when he contacts them, then continues to tell me that I need to call them for a response (Basically doing his job). However, when I call them they respond same day and time when I call. Now during these past two weeks, he never called/msg me to let me know that parts had to be ordered for my car nor let me know that he was “still waiting on a response” from my warranty. He did however let me know that they started working on my car two days after it was supposed to be ready. Then when I tried to call to speak to KRIS (the supervisor) about this issue, Kris reports me back to KEITH the person who I am having simple communication problems with. I just find all of this unacceptable. For all the time my car was spent there I could’ve ordered the parts and had a another repair facility do the work, have it ready on time, and at an more affordable price and better service. Yet I was inconvenienced from work because ONE person failed to do there JOB to simply COMMUNICATE with the customer. If this is what Ourisman Chevrolet prides themselves on then that’s even more disappointing and I would not recommend there service to anyone.

On Monday, August 23rd my son drove my vehicle the dealership for a 1:00 appointment. When he arrived he was told that they were backed up and the vehicle probably wouldnt be seen until about 3/4:00. He couldnt stay do to another obligation he had and asked them to make another appointment for another day when they are slower. He arrived for my 10:00am rescheduled appointment on Thursday August 25th and didnt get the car back until approximately 2:38pm. Over 4 hours after my scheduled appointment. Very inconsiderate of their customers time.

I took my vehicle in for repair...I received a message to service parking assist and service side view detection. My vehicle was dropped of on Sep 15th @5:30. I didnt receive a call on Sep 16th, I left a message and was told that Ms Paige will return my call but she never did. On Sep 17, I finally got in toucheith Ms. Paige and she did not have a status of the vehicle. She returned my call and stated that a wire need to be repaired and a 5 amp fuse was blown. I authorized the work to be completed. On Sep 21, here I am once again with the same problem and no one is answering the phone. I need to know what would be a good time to bring my vehicle back in to get this issue resolved. I dont understand why I was charged $285.49 and I still have the same problem. This issue has been noted with Buick Customer Service Center.
