My newly college graduated son was relocating from California to Washington, DC for his first job and he needed a reliable AWD car. I found a 2014 Subaru Forester at Beyer online. I am the queen of researching and am the primary automobile purchaser for our family. I must have spoken to about 8 dealers and auto sellers about various vehicles. Christopher Clark at Beyer Subaru was, by far, the most professional, knowledgeable, and un-aggressive sales person I spoke with. There were hoops my son needed to go through to finance his first car purchase with his first job starting after he needed the car and his first apartment away from college having only been moved into the night before but Chris knew (or knew who to ask) the method to get this accomplished.We knew no dealer would hold a car but we rolled the dice, made an appointment for the moment they opened (9 AM) literally hours after we landed, and crossed our fingers that this particular vehicle was still on the lot. It was! Chris was waiting for us when we arrived and, even with the hoops regarding financing and registering a car to a person who has not enough proof of residency yet, it was one of the most seamless auto purchasing experiences I have ever had. Huge relief that this #1 task was accomplished fast and without complication as we had a lot of things to do to furnish his apartment in the short one week I was there to help.Additionally, Cat (finance) was terrific. She was patient and professional. Explained things we were not absorbing immediately. We were very impressed by her overall demeanor and efficiency.The car has one minor hiccup (remotes will not open the tailgate) but my son will get that looked at eventually.Id give Beyer Subaru an A+ and my sincere thanks for making this anticipated stressful transaction a piece of cake!

We first met Christopher Clark a few years ago when we were just starting to notice the new Subarus on the road. We werent quite ready to buy a car yet despite falling in love with the Forester. Fast forward to this month and we walked back into Don Beyer Subaru asking for Chris. Not only did he remember us two years later but he remembered what car we had looked at, that we had daughters that now must be driving age, and instinctively knew that safety features would be of the utmost concern. He was as friendly and knowledgeable (and still very patient with us!) and anyone could be. He walked us through looking at each and every car that was of interest to us and ultimately made the time we spent at Don Beyer Subaru as smooth sailing as possible. We drove home our new Forester that afternoon and are so grateful for Chris guidance throughout the process. He let us drive all decisions and didnt push us in a direction we were not comfortable with. Wed highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car!

I came here to look at one of their pre Owned vehicles and the sales man was very very friendly and helpful (when I get back home I will find his name). There was no pressure to buy the vehicle, we werent pressed to sign paperwork or to talk prices. He let us test drive the vehicle then provided us with all of the information on the vehicle. Ive been in DC 18 years 18 years and never set foot in Beyer Subaru dealership before last week. After buying a car there, I dont want to buy one anywhere else and will look here first.A fantastic experience on a TOP quality, pristine, used Subaru Outback at a great price. Ron Samuels was awesome in unubtrusively just letting the car sell itself, closing the deal with a test drive and walk-around. They beat the finance rate on what I thought was an unbeatable one from my local credit union and wrapped up paperwork in a timely manner that put the dealerships from our last two experiences to shame (**cough**Koons**cough). None of this even touches the amazing after sales support for the car they offer.Seriously, go to them and actually enjoy buying a car for once.

I came here for a software update. They noticed I was overdue for a state inspection so I asked them to take care of that. When I went to pick up the car they couldnt find the paperwork. It took about 10 minutes to straighten it out and the pleasant service agent didnt charge for the inspection. I was favorably impressed.

I have an older Subaru, and there are some things that my local mechanic can not do - he recommended Beyer for the work I needed. They were personable, courteous, and prompt. Able to book a service appointment online, which is great.The work I needed took more than a day to complete (parts had to be ordered), and they gave me a new Outback as a loaner vehicle.For Subaru specialty service that my mechanic cant do, would definitely choose Beyer again.

I do not recommend this dealer for nothing they sell cars that do not work. to change the engine sizes say that it takes 2 weeks as a dealer: they have to have the products for 2 to 3 days. I do not understand what kind of dealer they are. 4 days with my subaru q buy and that the engine broke down the truth. I do not recommend this dealer

Haha, what can I say? If youre in the market for a new Subaru you never know what stock theyll have so its absolutely worth a look. The purchase experience was really easy too! Theyre very straight forward and very reasonable.

Beyer Auto is quickly becoming Beyer Subaru. They dropped the Volvo from this location a few months ago and have expanded their Subaru operations. Construction starts in the spring of 2018 to remodel the show rooms and service center.
