I drove 2 hours to just look at a Jeep. When I walk into a place as a single female Im usually filled with a bunch of bs. After meeting with Todd, Brian and Jay, I walked out of there with a great deal and as a Jeep owner. I would definitely recommend them!

On a Labor Day holiday weekend our lift cable broke. Bob went out of his way all weekend trying to get someone out to fix it, returning calls when he said he would. On Labor Day Pat Allen came to fix the cable, and later in the day Bob called just to check that everything was okay. Amazing customer service.

From Iowa, vacation at Buck point Resort in Osakis. First day I put my boat in the water I had serious problem with the boat .I called these guys not knowing what to expect they told me to bring it in. They diagnosed the problem ordered parts had it repaired and I had it back in a day and a half. Absolute Rock Stars in my book. I reccomend these guys to anyone. Day and a half and back on the water catching fish.Can never thank them enough so I will just say go and see them.My kind of business!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks!!

My fiancé and I drove 2.5 hours to look at a MINI that they had up there. We did not end up purchasing the vehicle for various reasons (mostly due to already being pretty much settled on a different one), but one of those reasons was certainly not the customer service. We worked with Jay, and he was one of the kindest, most down to earth guys that I have ever dealt with. You get a lot of sleazy salesman when youre looking to purchase an older vehicle, but Jay was definitely not that. He was informative, pleasant, and was very patient with me while I was shaking off the rust of driving a clutch for the first time in years. :) Based on our interaction with him alone, I would highly recommend them. So, I buy this little mercury, as is. was told it had no mechanical issues. 3 weeks later the engine was shot and needed replaced. I paid $1400 for it, had to salvage it for $200. But hey, dont give an honest bad review, youll get harassing phone calls /voice mails.
