Im not completely sure, but maybe someone tried to sell us services that we didnt need it. It wasnt transparent to us, and we felt like there was something wrong. We left feeling like we had to ask for a second professional opinion.

Amazing customer service. Spoke with the manager Hassane, on my recent visit about concerns I had about my vehicle, and he gave me a very informed answers and took the time to actually verify his responses, not just telling me what I want to hear. He made me feel welcomed and treated me as if I had been going their for years. Thank you Hassan for making my first trip very pleasant. The prices were good, I spent about a hundred dollars to have the oil changed, air filter and cabin air filter changed. While he did seem to want my business, he didnt seem to push for it, which I greatly appreciated as different from my experiences in other places. Again, great experience in this shop, I will definitely be back again.

I have finally found my mechanic! The past couple of years I have been jumping around from one mechanic to another and I never was comfortable until went to Hassan. I went in because I ha sounds when I was turning my car and two other mechanic shops told me that my strut assembly (the most expensive part of the suspension) needed to be replaced. Hassan was honest with me and told me that he could not pinpoint where the sound was coming from, but he noticed worn out bushings on my control arm. He advised that we replace those first because its they were visibly cracked. his honesty showed when he told me to replace the control arms first because they were cheaper and they eventually were going to completely go bad. It has been two days since the fix and my car is completely quiet. Hassan also followed up with a phone call asking me how the car was and if I had any issues. He also allowed me to bring my own oil and filter and charged me a reasonable price for an oil change. He also took his time to make sure I understood what was being done to my car. I will definitely go back to him for any future work and will refer him to family and friends. Hassan if you read this thank you so much!
