Outstanding mechanic shop! They were very professional and got me in for an appointment in a very timely manner. Within one day they found out what was wrong, knew how to fix it, and had the part in stock. One more day and it was ready to go. So many shops here in town give people a runaround with repairs, not these guys! Highly recommend this shop!

Very Professional; diagnosed and repaired problem! My car was well taken care of and reassembled after replacing ignition coil.There was no damage to car while in their care, and car was free of grease and hand smudges etc. when I picked it up. Outstanding Service!!!

Terrible, Quoted almost 9,000 for the work to fix my car and went to another mechanic and got it done for 1,100. The receipt was inaccurate with what the manager was explaining the test they did on my car, he was saying they did one thing and a receipt said something completely different with no details. Since I pick my car up from the other mechanic Ive been driving it everyday including out of town and no problem since.

We have always utilized price automotive services and were never disappointed until today. My wife scheduled an appointment to drop off her car to address some A/C issues she was having. We adjusted our work schedules to make it to the appointment and we were told that too many individuals made appointments for the same time. We were told we would have to leave our vehicle for 2-5 days We have never had this issue before but we were very disappointed in the way our appointment was handled. In the future We will be looking to other auto repair shops that know how to handle appointments for people with busy work schedules.

Scheduled an oil change for my sports car and was able to drop it off same day. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, easy, and fairly priced. I would definitely bring my vehicle here for more extensive service.

Pleased with their service and speed. They provide you with updates and work to get you back in your vehicle quickly. They are pretty pricey in my estimation but they deliver a great service. One suggestion I’d have would be to provide customers a ride home. I have had this courtesy at other mechanic shops and it was very nice.

Took it to them with a puzzling electrical problem that 2 previous shops could not diagnose. The guys found & corrected the problem in a timely manner.

They did not charge my warranty center for the diagnostics they charged me $155 for diagnosticsit to them and whoever the technician was responsible for my car left two parts undone left the motor cover just threw it over the motor and when my son picked it up there was a screwdriver laying on top of the motor what they wanted to charge me $400 to fix when they said was my problem costing me a whole $25 and 3 minutes of Labor at AutoZone then to refund my money for the diagnostics he did not want to fax or email my invoice showing where I was charged for something I shouldnt have been

They are over priced and their mechanics didn’t hook my turbo hoses back like it was suppose to, they caused more issues for me. It was 700 for intake and outtake hoses. The only pro they have is that they take car warranties. I will not be returning.

They were very detailed about what they would do, after I told them what my car was doing. And they fixed the problem. Its my wife car and she was very happy .

I let them know I was stranded and from out-of-town, and needed to get back by a certain day. They made sure I got on the road in plenty of time. The communication was clear and constant, the rates were reasonable, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

I heard about this place so I tried them and not only were they fast at figuring out the problem they worked quickly at fixing the problem. During the time my car was there somehow my window got cracked and they are fixing it with no issues so even when one bad thing happened they are still getting 5 outta 5 from me. Thank y’all

Overpriced and I felt like I was cheated and treated like a child. And all I had done was front end alignment. It didnt drive any better than it did when I brought it in. $86 down the drain!!! I was the 1st one there and they kept my car for 5 hours

Ive taken my Jag in a few times for service and its always prompt and affordable. They also give great advice that you can trust!

Service was fast and efficient. Checked everything we requested and reported findings verbally and in written form. We have always had good experiences with Price Automotive.

Have used Price off and on for several years and several vehicles. Maybe they are decent at the hard stuff, but they finally lost our business when they failed miserably at the easy stuff. Did not tighten the drain plug after an oil change, oil dripping in pools after only one day. Could have been catastrophic since the car was leaving off for college the next day. Lost a hubcap earlier in the year after a tire rotation. These are the things you expect from a quick place. The attitude towards the customer after these events was most troubling, even though they did eventually replace the hubcap.

Well please with the friendly, helpful,courteous service. We always go to Price for our oil changes. Will go back next time

Had my car towed there and was told that warranty was not going to cover and that I would have to pay 360.00 to have the engine taken apart to see what damage it had told them to wait had my son-n-law from out of town tow it to his shop and at lunch on a Friday and by that afternoon my car was running because it was a broken bolt and a o-ring, they must be a money racket

When other shops could not diagnose my trucks issues they sent me to Price. That says it all. Professional staff and completely rectified the issues I was having.

Never again and I am making sure I tell any and all other people about this place. Quoted $2000 for repair to my AC and a window.....and they charged$99 for the quote. I have been driving around Louisiana with no AC because I thought I would be able to find it cheaper but still did not have the$$$ to do it and my car is 15 years old. Finally took it to an honest dad of a coworker and he fixed it with Freon and a resistor and labor for $106!!!!! So pissed at these people. You suck!!!

Ive been pleased with the service Ive gotten when needing my oil changed and tires rotated, particularly if I have a coupon for a discount. They noticed I had a brake light out and replaced it.

This is a good company and they fixed my car right the first time!

Took a 1986 Toyota SR5 4x4 pickup to them which was had a short somewhere which was causing my lights to dim anytime I hit a bump in the road. Since their name used to be Price Automotive ELECTRIC, I figured they would be able to trace it fairly easily. I picked said truck up around closing time (big mistake) after paying them $600 or so and not more than a mile from the shop, the same problem happened. After getting home I climbed under the truck and found 2 wires that had rubbed against the bed of the truck and cut through, which I snipped and spliced together and the problem was eliminated. This led me to believe that they had not even bothered working on it and charged me $600. After a heated argument with the owner, who was a rude a-hole...the most he would do is refund me HALF of the $600. My suggestion is to go to Leon Daigre or 1st Choice Automotive, which will actually work on your vehicle.

Scam artists especially for women. Every day mechanic dude call, Dear, weve found another problem with your little car for 5 days. Finally had to get two tough brothers to set them straight. SCAMMERS!Day 7-still diagnosing-My two tough (dont mess with her) brothers seriously on the case. Feel my car is literally being held hostage. I had one simple problem-ONE! We will give them 2 more hours MAX & all hell will break lose.

I recently had upper ball joints, brakes, calipers, rotors, wheel bearings, grease seals, & a master cylinder, replaced. I drove my truck a couple of days, I heard noise in the front wheels, i took it back and the problem was corrected. I have taken my truck to Price Automotive, since 2006. I’m thoroughly satisfied & highly recommend them to anyone.Andy Byon

Very over priced and didnt find out what was wrong.

Spent about 5,000 for struts thats faulty, the shocks on the back were replaced, picked the car up got down the road and both shocks were not put on properly, resulting in holes being bored in both sidewalks. Its a lot of noise and racket in the back as well as the front. Truthfully, please dont take your car there unless u want it tore up. For real!

Okay, I went to Price cause I was told that they would get the job done. I was quoted a price of $1236., after not believing that price, after I got the $1236. I was then quoted a price of $1743! While upset I had to got the 1743...I got another call saying it was $2300. I will never return to that place again! Oh, must I add when I DID pick up my truck, I had unconnected wires hanging from underneath my dashboard. Later, I found out from others that Price is known for jacking up prices on vehicles.
