My experience here overall was not positive - the only satisfaction was that I was able to book an appointment the next day (Saturday) for tires to be replaced on our vehicle where other shops were days / weeks out.Store lobby was what you would typically expect and staff seemed friendly and courteous. I arrived on time to the appointment but waited some time (15-20 minutes) to see my vehicle pulled into the shop. Overall time it took was just under two hours for completion which seemed a little excessive - I worked several years in tire shops in my youth and a decade in heavy truck repair so I feel I understand firsthand what a job like this takes.This is not my primary complaint... After my vehicle sat overnight, I noticed the next morning a low tire. After adding air to the tire I checked the rest and found 3 of the 4 were low. I sprayed soapy water around the bead and valve stems and found the source of the leaks were between the wheel and the valve stems and also found at least one of the valve stems had not been replaced.Getting past this, I torqued the lug nuts finding all were not even close to spec for this vehicle - more alarming, I found two that were no more than hand tight.I called the following Monday morning and spoke with the store manager regarding these issues and received an empathetic and sincere apology and he offered to make it right. I brought the vehicle in later that day and sat another 1-1/2+ hrs for the service to be redone. This time around I acknowledge their attention to detail with the exception that 12 of the 24 lug nuts on this vehicle were now declared damaged and required replacement (oem stainless shell on steel nut). Pleasantly, at the conclusion of this trip, the shop agreed to cover the cost stating they missed this the first time.Given the amount of issues experienced for the basic job of changing four tires, my experience is that I won’t be doing any further business in the future with this company.

Usually this is my go to place but after today I don’t think I will be returning. My little sister brought my car in for me for an oil change. I sent her with a coupon for a $30 oil change. When she gets home she informs me it was $70!!! The man was rude who checked her out and only gave her a $4 DISCOUNT. Are you kidding me??? I don’t care what kind of oil you put in there I’ve never had it cost me that much before and I had a coupon this time!! Don’t advertise coupons for a $30 oil change then surprise people with double that at check out. :(

Great repair shop. Technicians are willing to explain the process of any repairs they may be performing on your vehicle - which for me is a plus. I have brought 3 cars (2 Ford Edges & 1 Ford Fusion) for new tires and yet to have a bad experience. The car report is also a nice touch for those wondering what needs to be done to the car. Would easily recommend others to give this place a try and I will continue to bring my vehicles here.

Dan and his team do outstanding work . After investigating, they indicated that I did not need some of the work that I had requested . Dan researched and found me a rare spare ( donut ) tire . I would highly recommend them to anyone !!

We had an accident on the freeway. These folks helped us by ordering our tire — but gave us a loaner when the local car rental place was closed for the day!!! Super helpful to people from out of town!!!

Your service is usually good & employees very helpful.Last time I was in I was told it was $49.95 to check out my fan then told there was nothing wrong, I feel then there shouldnt have been a charge ???The charge for looking at the brake problem was also $49.95My total bill was $117.70 even with a $10 coupon & the only repair was a tail light put in for $18.27.Plus I was in your business about 1/2 hr. WOW

I came in for just an oil change they took over an hour and they tried to tell me my oil filter housing was broken which is over 100$ to fix so I left and got a second opinion and nothing was wrong with my car they just tried to get my money wouldn’t recommend this place

We were from AZ and on the road when we had a rear tire separation on one of the back tires of our pickup that required a replacement. We were towing a 35 5th wheel and on our way to see family in WI. Jennifer provided us with excellent customer service! They not only had the tires we needed, in stock, but backed another car out to give our situation priority. Less than an hour and we were back on the road! Very much appreciated! Good people!

I had tire issues on the way to the Twin Cities... Called them and they were able to get me in within an hour, which was appreciated and acceptable. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that they didnt have a great deal of selection - I was limited to only 3 kinds for my tire size. Most places this size you usually get more. The staff were friendly towards me and overall it was a pleasant experience. Would recommend.

They helped me out with a flat tire. They found that the valve was busted and thats why the tire wouldnt hold any air in it. They took the extra time to check that out instead of replacing a faulty but still good tire. That saved me almost 200 dollars. Because of this they have kept me on as a costumer

While traveling from Grand Forks to the Twin Cities our alternator died at the exit 100 offramp. A stranger picked us up and took us into town to help. The first shop couldnt look at our car for 2 days. Dan, JD and their team looked at our car within an hour. They let us take a loaner to get some supper and had the work done so we could still get home that night. They went above and beyond, staying late to take care of things.

Flat tire, late in the day...called and they got me right in and back on the road. Very polite and transparent about tire and prices.

Was driving to Winnipeg from St. Paul when tire pressure in left rear tire began falling and TPI gauge sounded alarm. Stopped in Alexandria Goodyear to ask for help. They were very gracious, got me in within 45 minutes, found a nail in the tire, fixed it and sent me on my way. Only cost me 27 bucks! Would have been a bargain at twice the price! Thanks guys!

I had 4 new tires from their vendor at the mid range price scale put on my vehicle. One day before 1 week had passed I had a flat due to what they admitted was a bad tire from their vendor.The flat assistance that is part of their warranty would only come help me out if I paid them up front and I was reimbursed later and had my own spare tire which was not feasible for someone on a tight budget who had just paid $520+ for four new tires not even a week before.After borrowing a doughnut to put on my car I brought it in and they said they would have it fixed. I later received a call that a new tire had to be ordered and that it would be in the next day and that while the cost of the tire would be at no charge that the labor to replace their vendors defective tire would be $35.When I inquired about the $35 installation fee over the phone I was met with a hostile explanation that was used to talk over my concern and the point that I was making until I gave up on it and instead gathered the details as to when I could pick up my vehicle.When I picked up my vehicle I again attempted to make the point as to the abysmal nature of their costumer service policy and was met once again with a hostile explanation that was used to talk over and avoid the point I was making.The two stars is for the fact that they did put on my tires and balance the vehicle. I really wanted to give 3 stars as I hate having to give bad reviews but I simply couldnt go higher than 2 out of principle. The loss of those 3 out of 5 stars is due to an extraordinarily bad part from their vendor, a poor customer service policy that lead to me being charged for the second installation, mediocre at best roadside assistance and terrible over the phone and in store customer service.

I have brought my Nissan Xterra to Plaza for service and repairs on three different occasions. They diagnosed the problem, told me what the charge would be to fix it, and then they fixed it. I am very happy that I have such a reliable place to get my car serviced.

I went to Plaza Auto and Tire due to necessity as my Alternator had gone bad. One of the mechanics here gave a list of additional charges, even charging twice for some of the fees. I went to nearby Auto Zone where I picked up brand new parts at a fraction of the cost, but as a result I was billed far more for labor. One of the parts they replaced was a serpentine belt, which within a mile of my departure began to squeal intermittently. Of course they had refused to guarantee their service, but within 2 weeks the belt had broken and the car overheated on the highway. I would not recommend taking your car to this company. I would not have posted this but for the second time this week they have sent unwelcome advertisement to my home. Perhaps if they had done what they were hired for to begin with, I would look at their work more favorably, but please, if you can go anywhere else, save your wallet and save yourself the regret. Dont bring your car to Plaza Auto and Tire.

Was going to buy 4 tires and a alignment, they couldnt get my tires after 2 days so I had them bring the car back to me. I told them to change oil, they called and asked if I wanted synthetic oil I said NO. They brought my car back with the bill they put synthetic oil in anyway, so I called them the owner said they went way above the call of duty, he was rude and unprofessional at that point I had him refund my prepurchace. Of the tires. I wouldnt put on a set of gocart tires with this undeserving business.

They are a rip off tried to charge me 4 times what any other place would. They always try selling a diagnostic for 81 bucks its some idiot guessing not even checking the vehicle outUpdate: after I told them not to fix my truck I went and picked it up to fix it myself. Turns out they didnt even diagnose the problem right they said I needed a new fuel pump and all it was, was a loose electrical connection to the fuel pump. Im even more mad now that they tried to charge me over 800 bucks for a problem that wasnt even right. Dont trust these liars.

I stopped to get and oil change which in any case should never take more than 20 minutes I waited for 47 minutes for a very simple service, Chad finnigan seemed very friendly and helpful for this process, I understand there is gonna be shop talk but this should not be able to be heard by customers as some unfriendly words were exchanged between a couple employees, cant say Ill go back anytime soon!

I was in the area visiting family and needed to replace a tire on my Grandmas car. I was approached by Chad, who was extremely rude and very pushy. My Grandmother and I immediately felt like we were being mistreated and went as far as to ask to speak to his manager, to which he replied by telling us he was his own manager. The other employees laughed at this and my Grandmother embarrassed and walked out. I later called to speak to someone who I could report the belittlement and poor treatment to, but I was just put on hold for 20 minutes and when I hung up and called back, the women who answered the phone laughed and hung up again. I would not recommend this business to anyone and dont feel it even deserves one star. As a business owner myself, I would never want someone like Chad interacting with my customers and feel his lack of kindness and willingness to help should not go unnoticed.
