My car’s engine light came on while on the freeway (6 hours away from home) and it would not run. I found this place through AAA and they were amazing. Glad they were open during the holiday weekend. They were courteous and got the work done. Cesar took care of us. Thanks guys!!

No reason that a gas station with a digital sign should have incorrect gas prices posted. This is just deceptive to increase sales.

Convenient place for gas and a reliable spot for service. I stop here for car work every once in a while and as I have mechanics in my family, I know what I should be charged. The prices are reasonable and the work is what they say it is. Haven’t felt scammed yet and will continue coming. Folks that work there were welcoming to me - I know they went through a staff change so can’t speak for employees before.

Abdullah performed a VA Safety Inspection and Emmissions Inspection on my car in record time! He was extremely courteous and helpful. Five stars all day long!

I used to go here routinely for oil changes. The regular cashier and mechanic were straight to the point and never bothered me with extra work recommendations. But then I went a third time and was met with a new cashier. Didn’t catch his name unfortunately. After I picked up my car, he recommended that I do a radiator flush as well. He even put the recommendation on my receipt and wrote it was recommended to get it serviced every 3,000 miles. Do they think that because I’m a woman I don’t know how cars work? For those who don’t know, the general recommendation for getting a radiator flush is every 30,000 miles (yes, an extra zero) or every 3-5 years depending on the age of your car. Whatever comes first. I had the car for less than two years and had driven fewer than 20,000 miles. To make things worse, you really don’t need to flush it until you’ve reached 100,000 miles, and I’m a few years away from that milestone. When I told the cashier no (I had not looked at the receipt yet to see the exorbitantly false mileage number they put for recommended service, so I didn’t realize he was trying to take me for a ride), he rudely said to come back when I have the money. I wish I had looked at the receipt more closely to see this BS before I got home, so that I could have given him a piece of my mind. You lost a once repeat customer.

Fixed my car and were affordable. As a female I felt respected and didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of for my lackof knowledge. My only complaint is thatIthat wish they were more proactive about calling to update me. But that could be a me problem 😂

Excellent shop, nice guys. Had my timing belt done here a couple years ago, has worked well since and price was far better than any other quotes (and I got a lot). Service only took a day, and have gone back here many times since for little things. Highly recommended.

I never review but these guys are great. Service team is awesome, always quick friendly and honest. I mainly get oil changes, inspections here, I did get an timing belt done and the actual price was far cheaper than the quoted price as the job didnt take as long as expected. They always offer to replace air filter etc but I always say I can do that myself and they are great about it.

My wife recommended I take one of our vehicles to this Sunoco station because they assisted her once before and performed excellent work. I had a similar experience today with a vehicle inspection during which the gentleman performing the inspection was able to make minor corrections in order for my vehicle to pass (replaced a rear bulb and unfogged the headlights). They also took the time to point out exactly what I need to have done within the next few months and gave me a respectable ballpark figure for the services needed.I think I have found my new service station for ALL of my vehicle needs. Well done and praise deserved.

Excellent Service Ive had my Buick Park Avenue & prior to that my Toyota Camry, serviced at Fairlington Sunoco for years and they have always taken care to do only the necessary work while keeping me informed of services I will need, and when I will need them. Ive always been treated with respect and received a competitive price.I took a 2,000 mile trip last summer and had them go over the car to be sure I would not have any problems, and they found a rusted brake line that was missed in the Maryland Inspection. I was going to be going through quite a few mountains in West Virginia and Arkansas so they likely saved my life. Id recommend them highly to anyone.Chris Filby

Non-existent customer service. Rude and ignorant mechanics.I went there to have my vehicle checked out. The only mechanic available was Abdul who would not even talk to me about my car. When he finally decided to speak he did not seem one bit interested to tell me what exactly is the car issue, how long it will take to repair it or anything that I should know. He just stated that I need repairs. Really? I think I figured that one myself. Please avoid at all cost, there are so many mechanics in this area. This gas station shouldnt even call itself that.

They charged me for a service that was not agreed on. Also asked them to check my tire pressure. 2 days later two of the car caps got lost because they didn’t tighten them. I would not recommend this car repair shop and will not go there again for any of the services and avoid the gas station.

I took my car here for a VA Safety Inspection on February 2019. Their safety inspector (Abdullah) failed me, citing defective SUSPENSION. He also took down my contact information and a few hours later left me a voicemail for a $1200 cost estimate to replace the suspension. The following day I took my car to the dealer, paid another $16, and passed the VA safety inspection. As far as I am concerned they tried to cheat me for $1200 and still owe me $16 fee for the original inspection.

This place is ridiculous. They quoted me $600 just for two new tires, after Triple A towed my car there. I was so annoyed I had the car towed to a different mechanic.

I get my vehicles inspected here, Theyre fine and reasonable (my dad is a mechanic). I have work done here too, usually I tell them what I want done, and they do it. They tell me X and Y are also looking bad or whatever, and Ill check, and they havent snowed me yet.

The station charged me for an emissions test, but never performed the service. When I pointed this out the mechanic was apologetic and offered a refund. The Manager, Milt Hahn, was rude and unapologetic. Our conversation ended with him saying get the F*** out of my space woman. I have never had such terrible customer service and will never take my car back again. Milt Hahn should never have a job where he works with people.

Really poor / expensive mechanic service. Brought my Jetta in here about 6 months ago for a simple rough running issue. They charged by $99 for diagnostics and then top price to replace plugs and wires. The issued turned out to be a bad ignition coil which I found and replaced myself after I got the car back. I spoke to the mechanic, while he was polite, he did not seen to be very knowledgeable ( certainly didnt do $99 worth of diagnostic work) In addition they told me the check engine light was cleared by the work they did but it was on when I picked up the car. Very disappointed. I spoke with the owner during the process but just got double talk. Disappointing

Asked about an oil change. Was told $40. Asked why it was more than the dealer, and the guy flipped me off. Obviously did not do business here.
