I walked into Mattress Warehouse very frustrated because I had purchased a mattress from Macy’s and at that point I had already waited a month from the promised delivery date to no avail. Not sure what the hold up was on Macy’s end but when you spend a couple thousand on a mattress, chances are you really need one. Maria met me with a smile, listened to my story and explained that Macy’s doesn’t keep most items in stock like Mattress Warehouse does and then she floored me. She said she could have a brand new mattress delivered to me THE VERY NEXT DAY! Apparently that is standard delivery for Mattress Warehouse, and had I known that, they would have been my first and only stop. She threw in some free items Macy’s was charging hefty prices for, and since they were having a sale, I saved over $500 from the original Macy’s purchase which I happily canceled. The delivery team was on point and on time. White glove service all the way. They were done in ten minutes. Maria’s professional service was outstanding and the entire process was hassle-free. I highly recommend Alexandria Mattress Warehouse. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful experience buying a new mattress and adjustable base combination. I was having back issues so instead of going to a cookout on Labor Day, I headed out in search of a mattress to remedy this issue. I didnt want to be shopping for a mattress during COVID, but was pleased to see they had precautions in place (lots of hand sanitizer, disposable covers so you can try the samples). Lamar called the owner to get me a better price on the model I liked, which I appreciate. After a not-great experience with a mail-order mattress in a box, I was very impressed with the kingsdown mattress line. The adjustable mattress frame was no more money than a box spring so im looking forward to reading in bed.
