This local business is great! The shopkeepers are friendly and helpful. All the furniture is made in America! Much of the wood furniture is crafted by Amish. We find value and quality in everything that we purchase here. We’ve previously purchased a bedroom set and today we purchased a couple mattress sets and a bed. We can’t wait til delivery day! This store offers beautiful, high quality, and very functional furniture. The staff is friendly, and the service both before and after purchase is phenomenal. My fiancée and I have returned to them for multiple items, and had an outstanding experience each time. We struggled at other stores to find items to fit our budget, needs, and aesthetic preferences, but Warehouse Showrooms has always come through. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jorge was so helpful in finding my old receipt to help with a damage claim from a military move. My actual receipts hadn’t arrived yet in a separate move from overseas and he was able to get me the info I needed to expedite the claim for items that had been in storage.

High quality, hand made, solid wood furniture at fair prices. This showroom is excellent and the staff are really knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We visited the showroom looking for a dining set and a sleeper sofa. We were really impressed with the range of options available and the high quality workmanship. And most items are very customizable to adjust sizes and wood types and finishes to match just what you are looking for. We are really impressed and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for long lasting furniture.

Great experience. We wanted to try out a particular brand of chair before ordering a set online. Warehouse Showrooms had great customer service and after we decided we did like the chairs, they were able to order them for us at a better price than we would have gotten buying directly from the manufacturer. They also had a wide selection of other really nice furniture. Would definitely shop there again.

My experience thus far (Currently having visited the showroom twice and making a purchase):I knew I had wanted some quality furniture that would last as long as I wanted it to - and solid wood. I did some research online and learned everything I could about woods - which to buy, hardness, grains, etc and what types of joinery and craftsmanship you could expect in top-of-the-line furniture. I ended up here after visiting many stores in the area and being (mostly) unimpressed with the quality of the furniture on display, armed with my new knowledge. I eventually ended up in a similar store to Warehouse Showrooms over in Chantilly - and fell in love with a particular set/maker there. The problem was that it was rather expensive for one; and two - even though the quality was high, the woods used in the furniture was Aspen. Most of the high-quality furniture that is built to last is built out of harder woods like cherry, oak, maple, etc - so I decided I would continue looking. As soon as I walked into Warehouse Showrooms - I knew this was where I would be buying my furniture. I walked through the store in a stupor; such quality furniture I had rarely laid eyes upon. I was approached by one of the sales staff about 10 minutes into my search, and he gave some pointers about the quality levels of the furniture: advising that another brand may be even higher quality than the particular dresser I was eye-ing at the time. I eventually made my way over to that section - and it was as he said. The quality of the drawers was fantastic: I could tell that effort and expense had gone into the piece - the drawers were made out of the same solid cherry as the outer piece. I fell in love with a particular set and color almost immediately - and the price was better then the Aspen set I had looked at previously; despite being solid cherry vs a softer wood. I spent a couple hours poring over a couple sets in particular before resolving myself to this particular set - and during that time I was approached by some of the other sales staff that I had previously not spoken to; but they all answered questions and left me to my consideration. Out of the couple hours I was there, I was probably only talking to sales staff for less then 10 - 15 minutes, some of which by my own volition; so I definitely wasnt being dogged. When I expressed interest in a set, one of the particular sales-people told me to sleep on it after I requested a itemized breakdown of the particular items in that set and their prices; so I did. I thought long and hard about buying this set - as it is rather expensive compared to something at a run-of-the-mill furniture store. The prices were near Crate & Barrel - but the quality and build quality was another level. After thinking - I resolved myself to my decision and came back the next day and made the purchase; along with some office furniture because this store is a death-trap of finances and I couldnt help but get dragged into the abyss even further. I was then to pick out the knobs and finishes that the furniture would come in - which was a painless process as I had already pretty much decided what I wanted. After that I presented a deposit on the furniture with the rest to be collected upon receipt of the furniture in good condition.Thanks again to Warehouse Showrooms for showing patience with my inquiries - I will probably return again to get my dining table. For now though, my bank account licks its wounds.

Beautiful, handmade, fine wood furniture for less than other shops. Some pieces may take some time, but theyre worth the wait. They also have sofas and chairs. Every salesperson I have worked with has been so knowledgeable and there is absolutely no pressure. They know they have a fine product that doesnt need an extra sales pitch.

Apparently when the table and chairs were originally delivered the nuts and bolts were not tightened down sufficiently. The store was very good at sending someone to fix the problem without charge. It was done in a timely manner. Now my table is solid and secure. It was unfortunate that the original delivery crew overlooked he important issue of tightening the nuts and bolts. Sometimes it seems people get too wrapped up in leaving in time to avoid traffic on 395 instead of doing their job to the best of their ability. Mistakes do happen though and Warehouse Showrooms fixed it!

I asked Andy about the manufacturer of one of his end tables, and he told me the story of visiting the Amish builders on site in Pennsylvania years ago and knew the full history of the brand. My husband and I love the furniture here! As first time home owners moving from a small apartment we needed a lot of furniture, after shopping all day at the chain box stores we finally ended up at Warehouse Showrooms and immediately found furniture that we loved. We bought a table and chairs and two couches and came back 3 years later for a complete bedroom set. You have too be prepared to spend a decent amount of money but the product is so well made and custom, its completely worth it, especially if you wait for a good sale, 40-50% off.

I really couldnt be happier with the service I received from Warehouse Showrooms. I ordered six chairs, and one of the six came from the factory in an obviously wrong color. Warehouse Showrooms immediately offered to re-order and get the right chair at absolutely no cost to me, including coming by my house for a new pickup and delivery, even though it was probably the factorys fault.Also, I shopped around at other local distributors of the same product--they all standardize prices, so Warehouse Showrooms was no more or less expensive than anyone else, but their friendliness and attention to customer service were head and shoulders above anyone else!

Bill Shook is a skilled thoughtful, thorough and honest BMW technician. I have trusted him with my cars for 25 years. Over the years I have occasionally had other people work on my cars, and I have often returned to Bill to fix their mistakes. He is a one man show and his schedule can be booked, but he is one of the best BMW techs in the region.

We went shopping for dining room furniture six months ago. Hard to find good quality solid wood furniture in the area. Almost settled on some stuff from Belfort, but deferred for awhile. Just discovered Warehouse Showrooms and was very impressed by the selection and quality of service. Its a small place, and we wished they had more in-store samples of dining chairs (in particular), but they had three different lines of high-quality Amish-made items, and were happy the help walk us through all of the options, including possible mixing and matching of items from different manufacturers. In the end we ordered a table and chairs from one vendor and a buffet from another. Will update this review when they arrive!

Yeah, yeah, I know: all of the review for Warehouse Showrooms give 5-stars. I wont break that trend: the selection, the people helping &* the quality of the Virginia-manufactured (Rowe Furniture) sectional couch made for a great purchase. This is a place to go to avoid the crazy high-end retail outlets (who have to charge way more for their cost-per-square foot showroom location and under-performing ad-spend-for-Lead). It took 10 weeks to take delivery: just what they estimated upon our deposit put down. Their Delivery crew was friendly and thorough: they took our 14 yr old couch away for us for $75. All of the charity outfits had no availability to take it except if we gave College Hunks $600 to pickup! OUCH! There is sagacious, experienced advice to get here if you shop for quality furniture. They use every inch of their warehouse, so there is plenty of selection. Recommended.

Ive been meaning to write this review for sometime now but after my latest AWESOME experience I knew it was time to sit down and do it. I have ordered items from Warehouse Showrooms for years but when I went to purchase some Rowe Sofas I assumed I would have to use Belfort and understand how popular they are in Northern VA. I had ordered and put a substantial deposit down in Sept of 2015, I was told the sofas would be in by Thanksgiving. After MULTIPLE promises, it became the first week of December, then before Christmas and then VALENTINES day. Well, they never came in! I finally cancelled my order, finally got the refund, wasted 6 SIX months. I discovered that Warehouse Showrooms carries ROWE! Guess what? I ordered the on Jan 1st and they came in Jan 30th YES SAME YEAR! Not to mention the guys that work there are FIRST CLASS, KIND and KNOW THEIR BUSINESS! Dont bother looking anywhere else. GO TO THIS PLACE FOR EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE. WE even discovered their mattress are better than any other store. Thanks for a family owned business in todays world!

Had a great experience with Warehouse Showrooms. We purchased living room furniture (a sofa and two chairs) and a King bed (mattress and boxspring too). They have a nice selection--mostly Rowe sofas and a number of U.S.-made Amish brands for bedroom furniture. Really high quality stuff with tons of customization options for a great price. Staff (we worked with Andy) took lots of time to go through the selections and options. Communication was great following the purchase and delivery--they took care of scheduling a visit from the manufacturer for a minor adjustment on one of the chairs. We bought during their annual sale and got a ton for our money. Will definitely be going back for our next furniture purchase.

I am very impressed with the customer service at Warehouse Showrooms. Several years ago, my husband and I purchased dining room furniture at a store that is no longer in business. When we wanted to add two matching chairs to the set, we found the same brand (under new ownership) at Warehouse Showrooms. Just looking at the website, we ordered the two chairs, but when they were delivered we found they didnt exactly match what we had. Even though it was our mistake, the staff at Warehouse Showrooms allowed me to return the chairs for a full refund. On top of that, I was directed to another store in the same warehouse complex that was able to locate the chair I was looking for. It is not often that a store will graciously send a customer to the competition, knowing they themselves are going to lose a sale. I will be sure to shop at Warehouse Showrooms the next time I need high quality wood furniture at a good price.

Decent selection, prices seemed a little high to me

We searched high and low for living room furniture and didnt find the options, quality or prices avialable at Warehouse Showrooms anywhere else. John (Son) and Andy (Pop) were both very friendly and patient while we searched for the perfect size and color. We havent received the furniture yet but based on our shopping experience will definitely return. Bonus that our couch and chair were made in VA!

My now wife, fiance at the time, and I were looking to furnish our recently purchased townhouse several months ago while keeping within a reasonable measure of quality/price since we had the wedding coming up. I never wouldve thought wed find a place that would actually EXCEED our expectations, and be MADE IN AMERICA, but we did! Warehouse showrooms offers a wide variety of excellent wood furniture that can now be found throughout our home after several months of return visits. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and can help you find what youre looking for. The store isnt one of those giant warehouses with display pieces everywhere with everything they sell, but they have plenty of showroom pieces that allow you to see the quality of the products they carry and all the catalogs are on hand to find what youre looking for. Since I first discovered it, Warehouse Showrooms has been my only go to furniture store, and after my recommendation several friends have visited and made purchases as well! My wife constantly praises how lucky she is to have me because I found this place :).

Wonderfully friendly low pressure furniture store.

These guys hardly need another 5-star review, but I wanted to post one anyway.After years of living in a mostly-IKEA household, my husband I are trying to get a few pieces of real furniture that will last a bit longer -- only to find that the furniture in many showrooms is no better than (and in many cases, seems inferior to) our beloved (but worn) IKEA pieces.At Warehouse, everything seems to be of high quality -- solid wood, quality finishes, great style. I love that we will know where our furniture was made, and that it was made in the U.S., and that we were under no pressure to choose a pricier model or upgrade. Our sales guy, Mike, literally talked up one of the cheapest models of dining chairs, even though I was clearly leaning toward a chair that cost twice as much. In the end, we got the less expensive model, saving a ton of money.Ill circle back after we get our dining table, but as far as Im concerned right now, this place wins.
