We were greeted by Feven and were very impressed by her knowledge, customer service, and the amazing/unbeatable deals that she offered to us. Edit: I originally left a 5 star review after what I thought was amazing customer service, however it all went south after delivery. I was told a bed frame came in my price only to find out it did not after my bed showed up. No big deal. I called the store to try and purchase a bed frame only to learn they don’t have them in store, and won’t deliver just a bed frame by itself, so I am left completely without a frame. If you can’t buy a bed frame at the mattress store, then where? The woman who sold us the bed, faven, was who I spoke with on the phone about the issue and was completely unhelpful after she had already made the sale. Definitely regret giving them my business.

I am just moving here from out of state and at the time I had no furniture in my new place except a bookcase, rocking chair and I was sleeping on a borrowed air mattress, (which does not help a bad back at all). II was driving down the hwy when I happen to see all these signs that caught my attention about a big sale that was going on at a mattress store so I decided to stop in and just look. I was greeted by a woman named Denise. She was so patient with me and told me all about I believe every bed in the store. I felt like Goldilocks as I tried each bed. I was trying to explain how I was sleeping on my daughters guest bed and how comfortable it was., after that she said I have the perfect bed for you. I was tired, in pain and by this point I was ready to go home but I went over to check it out. When I laid on the bed to try it out I couldnt believe how comfortable it was. All I wanted to do was lay there and go to sleep, but how could I afford it ? She then explained how they have interest free financing right now as long as you pay it off within 100 days. I explained that I didnt think I would get approved, She said it doesnt hurt to try, so I did. We then went over to do the paperwork. While she started that I started talking with the young gentleman at the desk behind us whose name was C.J.. He asked me if I was going to be needing a box spring ? I told him I believe I needed a split box spring because I didnt think it would make the turn into the bedroom. He said you are in luck we just happen to have a set in the back. I told him I needed a frame also and he got me the perfect frame with a bar down the middle for extra support for the split box spring. Next thing I know the application was done and it came back that I was approved. I couldnt believe my eyes or my ears. I cant thank Denise and C.J. enough for all the patience they had with me. I felt as if they saw the pain I was going through and wanted to make sure I would get a good nights sleep. I am now the proud owner of the most comfort-ablest bed even more comfortable than my daughters and have slept through the night like a baby, where I have not done in a very long time. I LOVE MY KINGSDOWN BED ! Thank you again Denise and C.J. You guys make a GREAT TEAM !

At MATTRESS WAREHOUSE, Marshall Veres was an excellent salesperson and went out of his way to find the right mattress for our needs. He answered our questions and did not pressure us and in the end we bought 2 quality twin mattresses, with a 10 year warrantee, for our home for a great price. I would suggest Marshall at MATTRESS WAREHOUSE over any other similar company. Because before seeing Marshall, we visited another mattress establishment near by and their deal was their lowest quality 5 year mattresses being a couple hundred less then Marshals quality deal with additional perks, like free delivery and more. Went to test some beds, found a bed that I liked. The price for the mattress only was I think $1400 for a king and for the set (with a box spring) was $1800. They were having a sale with a free adjustable base. They wanted to charge for the “set.” I said I’m not being charged $1800 for a mattress that’s $1400 as a “set” when the adjustable base is “free.” You can’t use a box spring with an adjustable base. Buyers beware. The 2 ladies in there were clueless when I asked why I was going to be paying for a set when the mattress only price was cheaper. If the adjustable base is “free” then the price you should be paying is the mattress only price. Although the guy they called approved the price, I would never buy from them with this experience.

I know Bilkis Personally so I am actually not here for her. I know her customer service went to Harvard college. I am here to talk about the mattresses that you carry. I didn’t even come to the store to choose. She did a virtual bed match on me and My husband and I love what we got. I can confidently say that I am sleeping good now. Guys, don’t look elsewhere. If you are looking for a mattress, please read this!I love this Mattress Warehouse location (7838 Richmond Hwy), and I couldn’t be happier with my mattress purchases! Yes, I said “purchases.” A little more than a year ago, my teenage daughters (then 15 & 19) needed new mattress. We had heard about Mattress Warehouse’s BedMatch system that helps you figure out what mattress gives you the best support. I thought it might be a gimmick, but we decided to try it. I expected that this stop at Mattress Warehouse was likely the start of a long search that might take weeks.The BedMatch gave very different results for each of my girls—one daughter was matched with very soft mattresses and one daughter was matched with very firm. Bilkis (who is amazing at her job) used her expertise to direct them to appropriate mattresses in our price range. For us, it was very important to have the experience of lying down on the beds to find what was comfortable, and the BedMatch did a great job of narrowing the field. My girls were so confident that their selections were “just right,” that we were able to take advantage of the great sale and make our purchase that day. (I checked prices online later and we absolutely got great deals).Fast forward to early this year—one daughter was still thrilled with her mattress, but my older daughter started getting a divot in the bed where her butt rests. I was really worried that a warranty claim would be a huge hassle. I contacted Bilkis to explain, and she put me in touch with the district manager. Both explained that once in a while, there can be a defect in a mattress. They worked with me to get proof of the defect and to have the mattress replaced very quickly. I was really impressed with how easy it was.Since we had such a great experience, I decided to replace our guest room mattress in July. Unfortunately, we now had coronavirus to deal with. I stopped by this location with my parents, who would be using the bed, and Bilkis explained the Covid-19 precautions—limits on how many people could be in the store, masks required, and bed/pillow protectors to be used. It was all quite reasonable and made us feel comfortable while shopping. My parents tried BedMatch, Bilkis gave them great advice on alignment and support, and they picked out a mattress. (Despite the ongoing pandemic, delivery was pretty quick. The delivery people wear masks when delivering.) We are really happy with the mattress. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and expertise that Bilkis offered at this Mattress Warehouse location. Not only are the employees great at helping you find the right mattress, but you can rest easy that they stand behind their products.

By far, this is the best customer experience I’ve had in a long time. I did not know how to buy a mattress until I met Bilkis at this location. She was really nice and accommodating. Marshall and Kristin were great.There was never any pressure to buy a mattress right away or up-sell me on something that didnt suit my needs. I had gone to the Hill Top location and the experience was awful. No pressure to get all my payments in- easy to pay for everything along the way. Informed me of discounts I qualified for and didnt hide anything from me. As far as sales and customer service goes- it was great and smooth. Ill update a review after delivery once thats complete.

My husband and I had gone through multiple bed-in-a-box experiences before finally realizing we needed to go to an actual shop.They have a bed test that asked a few questions and then did a scan of our bodies and it shared four recommended options. Denise took us around to each of the recommended mattresses starting with the first one on our list, a Kingsdown, and we loved it. What we loved even more was it was 70% off as it was the floor model, so we were able to get an almost $3k mattress for $900. These types of deals are unheard of online.We tried all of the other ones that were recommended since you cannot exchange floor models. We still loved the Kingsdown.Denise was delightful and understood when we were a bit hesitant to buy that day. She was kind and didn’t try to push anything else on us. She also called her manager multiple times to see if we could get a comparable deal with a Tempur Pedic. Not once did we feel she was trying to push us.That night, we went home, did some research and decided to take the risk and we love our mattress. My husband’s back problems that he experienced on our old mattress and the two bed-in-a-box models we tested no longer exist.CJ was extremely helpful when I went to pick the mattress up the next day. I was able to make the purchase quickly and get a fast and affordable trucking service that only ended up costing around $40(note, we are fairly close to the store). They were able to drop the mattress off within two hours so we were able to sleep on our new mattress that night.Needless to say, if you want a fancy mattress for affordable prices, skip trying to find it online and consider Mattress Warehouse. The bed test made the decision easy and gave us something we like, they have discounts, and the people are great!

Do not purchase from this store... The sales staff have no idea what they are selling. Can not give you any reliable information about the beds and pillows they sell. They make promises during negotiations which they can not live up to after talking to the regional manager. They push products you do not need. Promise delivery dates that come and go. Then when you try to exchange (not return) a product that they wrongly recommended they refuse to do a simple exchange. Very unproffesional.
