I went Mattress Firm where I was told that I had to mask up even though the Commonwealth of Virginia states that vaccinated personnel aren’t required to wear a mask. The tone and judgement from the Mattress Firm personnel compelled me to leave the property and look for an alternative company.I have been skeptical of mattress companies and placed them in the same category as used car dealerships. Then I went to Mattress Warehouse and met Imtiaz, the Sales Manager.Imtiaz has provided the best customer service I have received in recent memory. It wasn’t a high pressure sale, he set aside time to ask what we were looking for and made sure to understand our needs. He kept my spouse involved and made sure her input was factored into into our purchase. He was thorough and explained the process.We purchased a pedestal that allows for the bed to be adjusted. He was extremely knowledgeable of the different models. We ended up going with the top of the line model with a nightlight.He went into the warranty and return process giving us the deadlines. We left happy with our purchase and extremely happy knowing our bed was being delivered the next business day. I will be recommending Mattress Warehouse and in particular this store to anyone looking for a new bed.I want to thank Imtiaz for the assistance and making the bed purchase an easy and pleasant one.

So at first I thought the process of choosing a great mattress went very good. The sales Rep seemed very helpful and knowledgeable. He told us without being asked that we would receive our mattress in 3 days but we wouldn’t be home so we schedule it for a later date. Then I got rescheduled 2 times and didn’t get it until 3 weeks after purchase. I was told that there was a shipping problem. Come to find out that our mattress was made a week after we actually bought it. Yes I love my new bed and the salesman threw in some pillows, but beware of promises made if you need it sooner.

My man Imtiaz worked through all types of system issues to get me a great bed! However they forgot to clarify that they DO NOT take bed frames when coming to set up the new bed, which really makes no logical sense. Wish I knew that up front. If I’m LETTING you take my old mattress, which clearly has some salvageable value, the LEAST you could do is take my junk.

When I walked in I was greeted bySahid. He was respectful & professional. I thought I knew what I wanted he showed me several options based on what I had told him. I already knew what I did not want his challenge was to show me what might work with what I needed.They have a very nice selection I ended up buying their Wentworth mattress set and I would highly recommend anyone shopping in this location ask for Sahid,. Imtiaza I assume is the store manager was also helpful and professional. When I need my second set I will come back here. It was a much easier process than I expected I wasnt looking forward to shopping mattresses today.
