Audra in Alexandria was super helpful while mattress shopping. I would call on her again. The delivery guys from FF were most helpful too getting the mattress up my steep & narrow staircase.

Great service! Went into the store did some shopping, great customer service all questions answered. then went home and made our decision, called them two weeks later, they remembered exactly who we were. we made the deal and was able to have the purchase the next day! Five Stars

Stopped about 30 minutes before closing looking to buy a new mattress. The employees were more concerned about making sure we were out of the store at the exact closing time rather than selling a bed. Ended up purchasing elsewhere. Would give 0 stars if possible.

We were interested in buying two loveseats from slumberland that we saw on line. We didnt know which one to get so we went to a brick and mortar to see if they had some we could check to see if we liked them. The salesperson was very helpful to show us where they were. My only disappointment was they didnt have all of the ones we were interested in, but one we did try was perfect. We tried three all together, but the other two didnt match up to the comfort of the whitmore loveseat.

We were waiting for our complete order to come in we ordered it 3/15/21 some came here and there but we wanted it all together so it finally came in end of July so I talked to them because our house was also delayed and they said yes no problem so we came in to get it and they said oh we are missing the couch it had been there so long they resold it now they are out 4-6-8 weeks until in or you can have floor model NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL considering we had been in contact with each other

Went to 7 furniture places to find an accent chair, finally found one that we could carry out with us. Our lucky day.

Ordered my bedroom sets (3) and mattresses (3) online. They called to tell me thank you for the order and that orders are taking longer than expected. Which I knew because I read it on their site. But it was nice of them to personally call to let me know.Then I was texted personally for the order and if there was anything I needed and that they are doing their best to fulfill my order. Which I forgot two mattress foundations for my two sets of beds. I texted back to see if I could order them with my order I placed the day before. They responded and said for sure they could. I called and added to my order. Very nice and pleasant to work with. I have ordered multiple times from slumberland. Always very accommodating.

My husband and I arrived at our local Slumberland store this morning and were greeted by Donna, our sales person. She showed us our options after chatting about our needs for a new mattress. She was so helpful and fun to work with. Several choices in both mattress and an adjustable base frame were tested by both of us. Later in the day, I called the store and talked to Donna and made the order. Great experience for us and will keep Donna’s card for future purchases.

My mother and I went to the Alexandria store on Black Friday 2016. My brother had went earlier that week to look at a few items for our mom and he told us to ask for Donna because she was very helpful. When we got there, I did just that, and I was blown away with her energy, kindness, and willingness to help us find the best product. My intentions were to buy my mom a new entertainment center, coffee table, and chair tables, but I left with all of that, a new dining room set for myself along with an entertainment center too. Donna was very patient with our questions and was willing to go above and beyond what we could have expected to make sure we were getting what we loved. I will continue to do my business with Slumberland and will always make sure to ask for Donna when I do! We could not have asked for better customer service than what we received from Donna...simply amazing at her job!
