My experience at overstock furniture store was one of the best that I have ever had.The employees were very helpful, respectful and very knowledgeable. There was one employee in particular who knew exactly what I was looking for when I walked in the store. Her name was Valeria. She knew exactly what I was looking for when it came to the bedding that I was looking at. This was an experience that I would definitely share with my friends and family. Overstock definitely has a customer in me for the long run.Thanks Overstock.

They have good and wide selection of furniture, staff are friendly, but a little pricey, located in Alexandria in the shopping centers. A lot of parking spaces.

We stopped by Overstock Furniture this weekend to check out some items for our new house. We found a couch, a dining room table, a bed set AND a sitting set for our back porch! We had plans to check out several different shops and this was the first one we went to, we opted to get everything from this place and didn’t even go anywhere else! Valeria was so helpful and we appreciated her straightforward style of service. They literally had EVERYTHING we needed in one spot. We are also on a time crunch to get everything before thanksgiving and they were able to work with our window. It was perfect!! Will definitely be coming back for more!

So far the furniture looks really good in here. Price wise seems pretty reasonable and affordable. Customer service could be a little better as I saw an employee sleeping sitting up on a couch as I was browsing but I pretended not to see him and looked away. But as for the financing options both employees told me that the maximum financing was up to 6 months but there were ads hanging from the ceiling and all thru the entrance and down the stairs to the entrance of the store saying no credit needed and financing up to 60 months. So not sure what to believe but hey, if they can finance up to 60 months, then it could be worth buying from them.

Im highly not recommend this furniture store because this furniture store is big cheating and liar. i bought the sofa set with 5 year extended warranty includes (look at the receipt) now my sofa set have the problem need repair i came to the store asking about warranty they said call the warranty company and i did that then the warranty company said the store not paid the warranty for me i need to talking to the store back. i call to talking to the store manager about they dont paid for my extended warranty the said they cannot do anything about it because i dont paid for the warranty . but i did paid for it. they said not responsibility because the old manager who sale this sofa for me no longer working there . every body think what happen to this furniture store????????????

I originally bought my mattress from this store and the salesman was very helpful. I had just moved into my first apartment and was very nervous about purchasing furniture but the salesman helped walk me through everything. I then returned to buy a couch and the prices were about half compared to other stores and yet again the saleswoman who helped me out was very helpful and very nice. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for great prices and great customer service.

Please beware of this family owned company. This is not a franchise nor do they have a corporate office. Be careful in your dealings with them. The owner of this store is one of the rudest people with no customer service etiquette. They are running a fishy business and constantly lying to customers . You are better off elsewhere!!!! It took them 1 month and going to the store in person 3 times for me to get a copy of paperwork. Do yourself a favor, go where the business is actually legitimate and it is professional.

Please stay far from this place. The good reviews are when you first go there and they act super nice to get you to buy and sign the contract. After that they do not give a crap about you. I received a mattress that was completely torn. I noticed it upon putting my sheets on. It’s been 7 weeks and these people have not done anything about giving me a new mattress. I bought a king size mattress, sectional and dining room set from them and this is how they treat their customers. Please stay away from them. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I wouldn’t even recommend my dog to them

This place is huge! Have a really nice selection of many different types and styles of furniture. Prices seem pretty reasonable as well. Well certainly consider stopping in here again when we are ready to purchase new items.

The sales representative was way too pushy to get us too purchase and did not meet our standards. Very unprofessional comments. It was very obvious I was looking around but the sales representative was pushing for me to purchase and to leave a $50 deposit?! Very unprofessional. By far the worst establishment Ive ever encountered. Order furniture in February of 2020. Received less than half of the order several months late. Made changes when several items had recalls so of course i expected some delay. We finally received a couple more items early December 2020 since the delivery guys brought majority of the wrong furniture ( stuff we already received the first delivery). Its now May 2021 and still have yet to receive the remaining items. Thousands of dollars to wait over a year for all of our furniture. The reviews on here all completely fake.. this place is beyond a disappointment. Have fun trying to contact anyone via phone at the store or warehouse. Youll have to drive to the store just to be given absolutely no information about when you will be getting your order.

A lot of options at Overstock furniture to choose from. Walked in and immediately found a couch. Sami helped us out quickly and with great professionalism and we were able to order the couch we wanted. Definitely recommend coming here for all your furniture needs!

Today was my first day ever shopping for a bedroom set here at overstock furniture and I got help from Cesar and he was polite speaking to me. He knows how to communicate with their costumers. This is really the worst place ever!!!! I wish I can give 0 star. You don’t even deserve that 1 star. I ordered my sofa back in March 2021 said it will arrive on April 3rd 2021. I didn’t get half of my furniture till may 2021 and don’t even bother to call because half the time they do not answer or just brush you off with fake dates. As you all can see in the picture there is a huge default, apparently the Cushion in the middle was the wrong size and Mohamed “the manger 😒” said he will order the right sizes back on May 15th and it will take 4 weeks. It’s July and I still haven’t heard anything back from them and when ever I call they said we will call you back but never DOES. I’ll never recommend anyone to buy from them!! They are lairs and rude staff that never gives correct information.

This is the worst place to buy furniture or beds. they say your order will arrive in two weeks but then it never arrives. When you call to ask about your order they tell you that it will come within a month and so they keep repeating it every now and then Ive been waiting for 4 months and nothing yet

Having the worst experience with overstock furniture. They took forever to deliver my furniture. They made me pay for delivery I was even willing to pay extra to bring the furniture in but they where so rude I couldnt work with them. The worst customer service ever so now they are saying I’ll get my equipment in 2 months, that’s actually crazy.

I bought I bedroom set last year and loved it. I decided to upgrade to a new size this year and decided to come back here. The customer service was great yet again. I am pleased.

I am changing my review! Extremely disappointment that I purchased an adjustable base twin size bed and a mattress. The bed and mattress is not safe!!!! I am getting a total run around between overstock furniture store & the manufacture company of the product I purchased. I have been back & forth to the store numerous times & my issues was never 👎 resolved. I sent numerous emails & videos. Every time I called the manager at the store he is never around.
