Im not sure why there are bad reviews, unless we were just blessed to get a good salesperson. I had the best shopping experience. My wife and I went in to price a new mattress, not expecting to buy anything. We just wanted to look and compare to other places. Upon arriving we were greeted and asked what brought us in for the visit. We left him know we were just looking around. After discussing what we were looking for and the back issues that I have been having, he recommended a few options. Im the person, that will try just about every bed in the store just to make sure its the one I like. So I did, but all the ones he recommended are the ones that I liked the most. He was very helpful in matching us with something that we could afford. Shanon made us feel like we had been friends for a long time and was able to establish that personal connection. We decided to not look at any other stores and purchase one here at Mattress Firm, mainly due to his service. The quality of the bed and the price were lined up with what we could afford. Especially thankful, that he was not a pushy salesperson and overall enjoyed the time spent in our search for our new mattress. I have nothing but good things to say about this experience.

So we walk into the door and there was this guy by the name Shanon. As soon as we walk in he greets us at the door with his hand out and a smile on his face. When I tell you I’ve never experienced customer service on this level. It was just mind blowing. This man knew us better than us. He changed our sleeping life. He picked our mattress out like he knew us his whole life. This man knows his beds. Now don’t let me tell you how great he is. You just have to go there and experience his service for yourself. The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Since we were purchasing 2 mattresses testing took several hours. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured. We negotiated pricing and purchased several pillows as well. Overall experience was great, mattresses have worked well. The four star is strictly for the Sleepy pillow it was good for the first few months and in time the cooling factor diminished. I recently have caught myself flipping the pillow at night ..... for the cost very disappointing!

I have had the worst experience with mattresses until coming here. Bruce helped us out so much and even called us when more mattresses came in their location. sleep has greatly improved since getting our new mattress. I am pregnant and sleep has been hard to come by this last trimester. I’m so thankful for all of his help!
