Very good experience they made me very comfortable spending my money

Very pricey and not a lot of items in stock. Clean and extremely slow. I go in here to buy a remote control. I walk around find the boxes on the wall and choose 2 of them. Then proceed to look around and the employee tells me they dont have the 2 boxes I choose. Why would you advertise product that you dont have? Never again.

Ordered a game a week ago to be sent to my house. They got the address wrong, I went right back in and they said they said they corrected it. However when I went online today it still had the same wrong address and was also still not even processed and shipped yet. I paid for the 2-4 day shipping and it’s been a week with nothing happening. Had to jump through hoops to get the order overridden and cancelled. Also, store employee was rude about the situation.

This location is by far the best!! The staff is so helpful an their personalities are an awesome example of what customer service should be. I will travel to this location over any other for this reason alone. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Place is terrible. Manager literally told me that he would put aside a game for me only to sell it to someone 20 min after they opened. Im not surprised gamestops are closing with employees like this. That manager should lose his job. Telling multiple people hell put a game aside when there is only one copy left

GameStop is the bestest frickin place I ever been..

The first time I’ve been to this gamestop was Saturday morning to run in for some gift cards for a birthday party with my son. The staff was awesome, super friendly knowledgeable, great with my son, and even did their job and try to upsell us on reserving a game, which we did not do but the way he asked it wasn’t like it is sometimes where you feel like you are at a used car dealership.

I received the worst experience and was treated horrible by its managers and staff. I had called this location before entering to see if I can trade in my phone. They agreed and told me my amount of 594 that I would be receiving and they had the cash to do trade in . Upon entering I was not greeted and was ignored initially. When speaking the manager she not only didn’t care, she told me that I would only be receiving 200 for my trade in amount. I was told that I would be receiving 594, because I was trading in an IPhone XS Max 256gb and I was a loyal pro member. I referred to the GameStop website, and then was told that they didn’t have the funds. This was confusing because it took me 15minutes to get to the store. Finally, the manager ended the conversation by saying, “You people are so annoying.” As an African American customer, this is unacceptable and I will no longer shop at GameStop. Her name is Cassandra and this happened at 6pm on 6/21.

Sometimes the employees here dont know what theyre doing, but most of the time they are knowledgeable. A lot of the stuff here is overpriced, but it has just about everything in one place.
