Ive had cricket phone service for several years and they have to be one of the best 👍

They were not helpful or nice.

I hate Cricket one more time! I never seen that kind of person in any place. The manager who works in this location yelled to me because of I asked to her why they charged more money from our account. I paid more but I get less service and unkind conversations. This is unacceptable! Could you help me to understand what is the the mean; Never come back to this store again!

This was very good experience at the store I really like the customer service here she was very pleasant and she helped me set up what I needed to set up on my device I kindly thank her Naya was her name. I do believe thats how you pronounce it Im not quite sure have a lovely Thanksgiving Christmas and Christmas cricket and a happy happy New year I am glad Im back with your services MetroPCS sucked

Cricket is a fine company. Service at this store is spotty at best. I would rather go to either the Colonies Center location or the S. Pearl Street location.

Im not happy that when both my car charger and the regular charger are defective that even though I have both receipts and they are within warrantee the company does not want to replace the chargers. They say I have to return the phone and charger in order to replace the defective charger.
